Core Responsibilities:
- Manage SaaS-delivered services and cloud environments core to the operation of the company. This includes managing the configuration of access, security, and automation within each service.
- Audit services and access to those services to maintain compliance with industry-standard programs such as SOC 2 and NIST CSF
- Respond to user requests for assistance through the IT helpdesk function.
- Learn, understand and contribute to the company’s information security policies.
- Maintain the access management product (SSO) for services used at the company. Handle requests for new services and access configurations while also maintaining optimum security for existing services.
- Identify, review and recommend new software or services based on requirements from the business.
- Operate and extend the device management system to assure users have a consistent experience on their company laptops as well as a standard security profile.
- Manage vendor relationships with a goal of win-win for both parties.
Accountable for:
- Owning the security of data from customers, employees, and the company stored on third party services.
- Creating the best available balance between a great user experience and the requirement for strong security.
- Documenting whatever is built in a clear and actionable way, enabling the team to manage and troubleshoot without having to go outside the documentation.
- Maintaining departmental satisfaction targets for helpdesk requests.
- Meeting or exceeding individual goals on project work while also handling the helpdesk function.
- Logistics of procuring new hardware and software and delivering it to team members rapidly.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years prior experience managing IT in a security-focused product company or consultancy.
- Demonstrated 3 years of experience in managing at least the following SaaS services across one or more companies: Google Workspace (G Suite), Box, Office 365, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub Enterprise.
- 2 years as the administrator ("Super Admin" or similar) of Google Cloud Platform in a production environment. Experience would include managing app engine functions, IAM policies, virtual machine instances, firewalls, reporting, and auditing.
- An exceptionally good rapport with end-users. This requires the ability to make novice users comfortable asking for help and also to give experienced users confidence in their abilities to handle requests that challenge them.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with macOS device management, including native utilities such as Apple’s MDM specification, and open-source software, such as Munki.
- Previous direct experience writing code to integrate with APIs for SaaS services listed above. (Python is highly preferred).
Desired Qualifications:
- 1 year of device management of personal iOS & Android systems in a corporate environment
- Information Security certifications within the last 2 years

Physical Requirements:
- In a workday, this person may be required to sit, stand, walk, squat or kneel, twist, and drive/travel.
- Will lift from 1 to 50 pounds. Lifting may include miscellaneous materials if required.
- Fine manipulation is needed for PC work and use of other office equipment
- Visual requirements include the ability to read and follow directions
