Purpose

Essential Job Functions

  • Implements and maintains code for product features
  • Writing clean code and unit tests to support any source code changes, performing code reviews, and related activities that contribute to development and maintenance
  • Understand and apply software engineering best practices while modifying/enhancing our software platform and in code reviews
  • Attend and contribute to design review meetings
  • Offering input into the designs of product enhancements and third-party integrations and documenting designs
  • Working closely with other engineers and product managers throughout the SDLC
  • Being responsible for the design and implementation of new product features and enhancements with guidance and input from other team members
  • Writing unit tests to support any source code changes, performing code reviews, and related activities that contribute to development and maintenance.
  • Constructively engage with team members and management through open and active communication channels when problem solving and developing solutions, recommending changes in policies, procedures, and tooling.
  • Produce specifications as needed to determine operational feasibility and convey ROI projections of proposed solutions
  • Writes well designed, testable, efficient code that is easy to learn from
  • Effectively estimate time requirements for deliverables
  • Anticipate potential blockers and plans accordingly

Skills and Eligibility Requirements

  • 4 or more years of experience in a software engineering/development role 
  • Experience in an Agile software development environment 
  • Desire to ship high quality software at great velocity 
  • Thorough understanding of topics discussed in the influential works and authors describing the pillars of software engineering (e.g. content covered in Code Complete, Design Patterns, Clean Code, Refactoring, The Pragmatic Programmer, etc.) 
  • Expertise in one or more of the following technologies:

    In this role, you will:

    Samsara’s Compensation Philosophy:Samsara’s compensation program is designed to deliver Total Direct Compensation (based on role, level, and geography) that is at or above market. We do this through our base salary + bonus/variable + restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) for eligible roles.  For eligible roles, a new hire RSU award may be awarded at the time of hire, and additional RSU refresh grants may be awarded annually. 

    We pay for performance, and top performers in eligible roles may receive above-market equity refresh awards which allow employees to achieve higher market positioning.

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to own Adobe target. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in the Marketing Technology team own the administration and execution of technical solutions to deliver web site testing and  personalization capabilities across our digital platforms.     Key Responsibilities

    • Be the day to day product owner of Adobe Target and administrator, managing and governing access, configuration, and integrations.

    • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement across the website.
    • Provide recommendations for optimization or changes to ongoing or future tests and campaigns.

    • Enable set up A/B testing program in compliance with best practices for A/B testing

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in website operations, digital marketing, or related roles, with a focus on website testing, personalization, and optimization

    • Uses standards and best practices to create architectural designs and diagrams

    • Create Integration processes using OIC technologies
    • Build reusable code. Build efficiently upon the existing data model and quickly change gears as priorities change
    • Maintain high service levels for clients, always on
    • Implement security and data protection
    • Design and implement data storage solutions.
    • Estimate work effort and assist with task breakdowns.
    • Document work via appropriate code comments as well as maintain complete and detailed diagrams of the work being done.
    • Collaborate with team in solving complex problems, while at same time work independently on assigned tasks
    • Follow, enhance, and contribute to group coding standards and best practices around documentation, code-formatting, source-control
    • Ability to assist business users to get familiarity with OIC (error log checking, OIC dashboards, examining payloads for errors, etc)

    • OIC VBCS platform expertise
    •  Java – Expert level
    • JavaScript – Expert Level
    • TRADACOM, EDIFACT, X12 – Expert
    • Experience with EDI Integrations on OIC is an Essential skill
    • Experience with SFTP and AS2 based EDI

    We are looking for a React Native Developer who will strengthen the technical team and will work on the new B2C product (as part of Genesis ecosystem) in the travel & telecommunication market.     About us:

    • We are a mobile and web application that enables easy and fast purchases of mobile data packages in any country in the world, leveraging eSIM technology;
    • Our product allows seamless use of internet services while travelling at rates much lower than roaming and without having to search for local operators or purchase physical SIM cards.

    Your tasks:

    • Work directly under our CTO;
    • Responsibility for the mobile development direction (iOS and Android);
    • Release and approval of the application in the App Store and Play Market;
    • Interact with the design team and layout of designs with Figma;
    • Implement constant and rapid changes for A/B tests (later on).

    About you:

    • 4+ years of JavaScript experience;
    • 2+ years of React Native experience in production;
    • Good knowledge of all React Native components;
    • Good knowledge of Crash Analysis Tools and Production Management;
    • Independence at work;
    • Understanding tasks from a short description;
    • At least intermediate English level (all work communication in English).

    Nice to have:

    • Experience in Expo platform;
    • Experience in Typescript.
