Your Role in a nutshell

In this Salesforce Technical Lead role, you will be hands-on involved in the day to day activities, as well as handling and driving the stories and leading the team's activities accordingly to implement and drive the success of Salesforce here at Vectra.

  • Develop automation, optimise operational processes, ensure seamless integration around systems, tools and technology using code and configuration
  • Design and develop both declarative (validation rules, process builders, flows) and coded (apex, aura, LWC) solutions to help extend Salesforce.
  • Identify and improve data quality results by determining system improvements; identifying trends; evaluating, and re-designing work processes, implementing change

Your Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and partner with stakeholders regularly in refining business requirements to deliver new enhancements.
  • Lead the team's activities from a technical standpoint.
  • Validate solutions, review code, and provide technical mentorship to the team members.
  • Write great code.
  • Be part of the team who is first tier one support for internal customers, using our Jira Service Desk ticketing system
  • Own and drive projects which will include multiple enhancements requests using Salesforce CRM and CPQ
  • Perform mass updates within Salesforce.com to standardise company information, build hierarchies, and integrate third party data

Technical Competencies

You ideally bring solid experience working on the Salesforce platform with expertise in at least 2 of the following Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Digital experiences and a strong emphasis on Salesforce CPQ.

  • Must have Certificate: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
  • Experience of working in both development roles and technical leadership roles- Lead teams of Developers, Business Analysts, Testers.
  • Solid Experience with the declarative development tools of Salesforce, such as Validation Rules, Process Builders and Flows.
  • Design, develop, implement, configure, maintain, administer, and integrate solutions on Salesforce Lightning Cloud platform (LWC)
  • Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, data loaders, SOQL, SOSL, and web services
  • Good understanding of Salesforce security model including sharing rules, roles, profiles, sharing settings, etc.
  • Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On
  • Understand and implement standard processes to migrate changes from development to test to production environment(s) using CI technologies like Salesforce DX and ANT

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst with expertise in monetization and/or user onboarding analytics to join our growing team. As a member of the Rocket Money Data team, you’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organizations. As a senior individual contributor, you’ll proactively work with the product teams to recommend how we analyze the performance of the onboarding and monetization funnel and drive strategies for growth.

You’ll partner with colleagues across, Product, Engineering, Research, CRM, and Data, to build a mature set of reporting and analytics. This requires being forward-looking and thinking through the team and company’s initiatives to better understand user journey behavior, while building tooling and frameworks that not only measure performance, but also ladder up to key company KPIs.

ABOUT THE ROLE ????

In this role, you will:

  • Independently lead the analysis for our Platform product group; focusing on user onboarding and monetization performance metrics such as onboarding completion rates, ASP, and payments.
  • Leverage your expertise in user onboarding and/or monetization to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in our data, and ultimately help provide actionable insights to inform and recommend strategies to optimize product offerings and customer experiences.
  • Be the expert on new user journey and monetization data, understanding the nitty gritty details of the program, and partnering with Analytics Engineering to ensure accurate and timely availability of data for analysis.
  • Form strong relationships between Data Analytics and the Product teams by proactively identifying and driving analytics projects that help inform the strategic direction and becoming an integral part of the product planning process.
  • Float from thinking about big strategic data questions to getting your hands dirty building out the processes, systems, and ultimately analyses to answer those questions. Be the person responsible for ongoing maintenance of what you have built.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Continue to improve our culture of experimentation. ABOUT YOU ????

  • 5+ years of experience in the analytics space, taking on progressively more complex work and senior roles.
  • Experience in SAAS companies and particularly around user onboarding, user journey flows, and/or monetization analytics.
  • Have a good understanding of experimental design and statistics and can leverage that for analysis and assessment of A/B tests.
  • Intuitively understand how to measure a monetization and users journeys and how various KPIs are interrelated.
  • Have a strong SQL background. You are comfortable spinning up a quick analysis or proof of concept data model.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders and comfortable speaking with senior/executive level leadership.

Your Role
As a software engineer, You will tackle tough engineering problems while developing and shipping new features for our product, making sure they are performant, scalable, and well-engineered. As part of our remote-first engineering team, you will build on the foundation of a modern web application used by hundreds of thousands of people. You’ll help scale Property Meld’s web application by developing new features, improving our CI/CD processes, profiling and fixing performance issues, and solving technical challenges alongside the rest of the team. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can ship software with exceptional quality in a high-velocity team
  • Can solve problems without adding accidental complexity
  • Can take ownership of projects and architect them from the ground up to be scalable, maintainable, and elegant in design
  • Is an expert in at least one area of building web applications and proficient in other areas
  • Has a bias for action
  • Has 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Experience operating the infrastructure of a public-facing web site preferred
  • Has experience in some or all of the following: Python, Typescript, Django, React, and various data stores (relational databases, NoSQL databases)

About Our Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is

$100,000 - $145,000

*Candidates MUST be eligible for full-time employment in the United States.

The product team at Property Meld is a remote-work organization. We require 4 hours of overlap time, daily, with the Mountain Time Zone. The position is 99% remote, with the following non-pandemic exceptions: Once a year, the total company gets together for a week of getting to know each other and to better understand the big picture of the company and how we work in each department and role. Two times per year the product team gets together in the same physical location to get to know each other better and work through interesting challenges together. In addition, once a quarter, on your schedule, you are expected to visit with a customer and shadow them to learn how they are using and not using our product.
