How will this role have an impact?

This is a position in Quality Engineering responsible for implementing and driving the test strategy on a data engineering team. You will regularly work with your team and management to plan and execute effective and efficient automation and performance testing solutions to accomplish timely delivery of high-quality software products.

What will you do?

  • Drive quality in a scrum team at every level of the SDLC. Championing and influencing use of core shift-left testing practices, as well as implementing behavior driven development (BDD) and test driven development (TDD)  where appropriate. 
  • Design, write, and maintain automated testing for data engineering pipelines and microservices, including system, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
  • Responsible for testing Aggregation processes, Data identification (cohort, care gaps, etc), Data ingestion and curation
  • Document and perform manual testing of assigned products when necessary
  • Document and report bugs or issues found for automated or manual testing
  • Drive release planning and assist in troubleshooting during rollbacks or failures.
  • Implement and champion a metrics driven approach to continuous improvement of software quality.
  • Provide reporting and recommend improvements such as in-code coverage and defect density
  • Lead efforts to research and document the root cause for output issues and identify which areas are not in sync
  • Drive improvement to processes and technologies related with Quality Engineering
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal staff and other stakeholders
  • Manage tasks for self and teammates to meet the assigned project dates
  • Mentor more junior team members with their career and skills development.

We are looking for someone with:

  • BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, and/or 3+ years equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years experience with deep requirements analysis; ability to rapidly understand a business domain, a system and its dependencies, and ask questions that drive depth and breadth of quality.
  • 5-7 years of experience in quality engineering and testing work; specific experience in testing data engineering applications, pipelines, and microservices
  • 2-3 years of experience and Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
  • Strong SQL experience is a must
  • Experience with at least one language (Java, C#, Python), understanding and coding YAML files
  • Experience with Snowflake, DBT, Databricks and Azure Datafactory
  • Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow. We use Dagster (python based tool) in our data pipelines.
  • Experience with Messaging tools such as Kafka, RabbitMQ etc
  • 2-3 years of experience developing API testing frameworks using tools such as SoapUI, REST-Assured, Postman, Jmeter, preferred C# based test automation framework
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor, dependable, and able to maintain confidential information
  • Flexible and able to successfully accept change and lead the charge
  • Able to successfully interact with all levels of an organization while building rapport and trust

The base salary hiring range for this position is $92,300 to $160,800. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

The Partner Account Manager (PAM) is an inside partner account manager role focused on working with small managed services partners who have relationships and sell to small businesses in an assigned territory. This role has the primary goal of sales growth through pipeline generation with partners. The role involves small partner recruitment, enablement, and on-going partner management from an inside motion.  The role will facilitate partners co-selling into end-customer organizations with MSPs and will be a primary contact for territory partners.

 

The PAM will be responsible for pulling resources from a shared pool of resources, including vertical specialists, partner systems engineers and partner marketing, to help drive sales for their partners.  This individual must excel at influencing and coordinating with cross functional teams to meet and exceed sales targets. The role will hold a unique sales quota, so experience selling to customers from an inside sales motion would be helpful. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own a Managed Service Provider sales territory and unique quota and drive sales through MSP partners within that territory.
  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective partners, managing day-to-day and strategic efforts with the partners.
  • Develop partner’s capabilities to facilitate the sell through of Egnyte solutions through managed service partners.
  • Establish productive, trust-based relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Coordinate the involvement of Egnyte’s personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Drive joint pipeline generation with and for key partners tomeetingpipeline and revenue goals for the territory.
  • Process a high volume of partner orders and facilitate partner success by understanding partner usage and consumption.
  • Drive business planning with key partners that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Work cross-functionally with Egnyte key stakeholders and build a “one-team” attitude across all extended team members
  • Build capacity, capability, and collaboration within a portfolio of Partners to achieve partner loyalty and drive partner wallet-share

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience of driving channel sales and managing partners from an inside sales perspective ideally within the data security and/or cloud storage segment
  • Hard working, self-driven and highly motivated individual with great team spirit
  • 5+ years’ experience building and managing partnerships ideally within the in territory with strong existing partner relationships
  • Motivated by driving indirect/influence revenue with a record of quota over-achievement

What to expect as our new Legal Counsel (Privacy and Commercial):

The Privacy & Commercial Legal Counsel will manage and oversee a broad legal portfolio in support of our commercial & privacy initiatives, including:

  • Negotiating, drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements. 
  • Working with all business functions to understand and assess legal and business risks.
  • Help to improve and build out the processes and procedures for implementing privacy initiatives more efficiently throughout the business. 
  • Keep up to date and advise on related international, policy, privacy and regulatory matters related to our expanding product offerings. 

As part of our Legal team you will:

  • Review and draft a variety of commercial agreements, including, vendor agreements, NDAs, Data Processing Agreements, and other technology agreements with the support of other legal team members.
  • Help develop, implement and support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements, legal processes, policies and training generally.
  • Be the eyes and ears for the legal team and refer out matters to other legal specialties where required, including privacy, employment, commercial and intellectual property specialists.

Privacy & corporate compliance

  • Monitor the landscape on laws and regulations applicable to the business and support the legal team in its global privacy compliance initiatives.
  • Support with compliance training, awareness initiatives, and embedding of policies.
  • Provide the legal team with useful compliance information to support product reviews.
  • Collaborate with the business and the legal team on Privacy Impact Assessments, Data Transfer Impact Assessments and GDPR Legitimate Interest Tests.
  • Support the implementation and embedding of our GDPR compliance action plan.

What will you bring?

  • AU qualified solicitor (multi-jurisdictional legal qualifications or experience a big bonus).
  • 2+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department (tech start-up, fintech or bank preferred). Prior start-up or privacy, financial services experience is a plus.
  • Experience with global privacy regulations, including the GDPR. Experience with South East Asian privacy regulations is a plus.
  • Proven ability to understand technology and the interplay between legal, policy and company strategy.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote business environment with a strong work ethic, to manage shifting priorities and multiple projects.
  • Strong project-management and operational skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Service Delivery  

  • Actively receive and resolve complaints raised by members, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain a complete understanding of corporate client SLAs and service deliverables
  • Record all complaints accurately and propose enhancements to complaint handling processes
  • Provide timely support for urgent complaints and escalations, ensuring fair and member-focused outcomes
  • Participate in member success training and coaching sessions for Lifestyle Managers and Team Managers

Client Services    

  • Serve as a point of contact for client services, assisting with troubleshooting and improvement initiatives
  • Interact with Europe & UK-based corporate clients, representing Member Experience in client meetings as needed
  • Support the resolution of client-related complaints and feedback, collaborating closely with the Department Head

  • Fluency in German and English is essential (additional languages advantageous )
  • 3-5 years of experience in the travel industry (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and advocating for clients
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain good relations with others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong time management and project management skills

Luxury Travel Agent

We are seeking a UHNW Travel Lifestyle Manager who can create travel experiences that wow our VIP clientele. This involves taking ownership for all aspects of selling luxury travel and bespoke holiday itineraries to our VIP members, while navigating and creating experiences across international destinations.

Core Objectives

  • Build relationships with our affluent members building trust and connection ensuring they will return to Ten and recommend our services.
  • Contact guests on their return to receive feedback and create new enquiries
  • Take full ownership of all aspects of selling and booking a holiday, including written and verbal quotations.
  • Constantly develop excellent product knowledge for all areas of Ten’s luxury vendors
  • Fulfill very complex travel itineraries going above and beyond where possible and making sure that every aspect of the itinerary represents luxury and exceeds our VIP member’s expectation.   
  • Constantly demonstrating strong business acumen skills using your in-depth knowledge of the luxury market and a proven track record working with ultra-high net-worth clients.
  • Meet travel booking goals working towards individual and team sales targets. Must meet Key Performance Indicators
  • Be conversant with all computer software applications
