In your day-to-day work, you will be responsible for the top funnel growth of the company. With your SEA and SEO strategy, you ensure that potential customers find the company online effortlessly and cost-effectively. With your extensive CRO knowledge, you will optimize their website, including CTAs, so that the quality of the leads improve and they see a significant increase in their conversion rates. In this role, you’ll:

  • Drive new customer acquisitions through data analysis and strategy development

  • Conduct A/B testing, establish KPIs, and deliver easy-to-understand reports
  • Collaborate with the product team to highlight latest developments

Your Profile

  • A professional background in the field of conversion and optimization. Preferably acquired within a fast-paced startup environment

  • Recognized for a hands-on approach to tasks

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing demand generation team. The role will lead and execute our campaign strategies and PLG programs to drive growth for Recharge’s platform. Overview

Today, much of our business is managed through our partner ecosystem, a group of service and technology partners that lead their own successful programs with merchant customers that integrate and partner with Recharge. The Partner Marketing Manager will design and execute demand generation programs and marketing campaigns with and for the Recharge partner ecosystem. They will work broadly across all partner types and Recharge solutions to execute campaigns at scale that drive goals that are aligned to the overall business messaging strategy. The ideal candidate will be an expert on B2B marketing and can work to design campaigns to, for and with partners that drive strong and measurable results. A successful candidate for this role is energetic and works well with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders. They understand the key elements to B2B demand generation including messaging, content development, channel activation and measurement.
 

What you’ll do

  • Provide subject matter expertise on B2B demand generation for internal and partner stakeholders.

  • Create and execute content for collateral and email campaigns.

  • Work with Partner Managers to enable partners on the Recharge platform and implement go-to-market strategies. You will do this through helping define how to sell Recharge, competitive differentiators, and value-add positioning of Recharge with Partner solutions.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience working in commerce marketing or the partnerships space

    • Partner closely with revenue leaders, field sales reps, and SDRs on pre-event and post-event strategies to maximize pipeline generation and/or attendance.
    • Travel to and manage onsite logistics and run-of-show for field events (signage and branding, swag/gifting, registration/check-in, F&B, content/speaker set-up, on-site production/AV, activation and vendor management, breakdown). 
    • Work on growing our Exec-level events and meetings program, creating exclusive experiences for Executives at our largest accounts. 
    • Communicate and prepare our leadership and internal team for events they’re attending, speaking at, hosting; ensure everything is polished and the team is aligned ahead of the event. 
    • Maintain event and campaign documents—calendars, sales enablement tools and toolkits, checklists, briefing documents, run-of-shows, etc. 
    • Successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting budgets and deadlines. 
    • Develop content, assets, event topics, and manage speaker preparations. 
    • Achieve benchmarked ROI metrics by working with the Marketing Operations team, managing and analyzing campaign data in Salesforce and Tableau. 
    • Think creatively about the customer and prospect experience at events and build experiences (in-person and virtual) that exceed expectations, and delight attendees, while meeting our internal goals for registration, attendance, and pipeline creation.
    • Support the Corporate Events team with special projects and other large-scale events, such as our Annual User Conference and Company Kick-Off, as needed. 

    What we're looking for

    • Event planning and management experience with proven track record of successfully executing multifaceted events 
    • Ability to comfortably present to internal and external teams, including sales, customer success and marketing leadership.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, and other marketing technology tools including Goldcast, Canva, and Tableau
    • Relevant work experience in B2B field marketing at a SaaS or tech company. 
    • Experience working with mature enterprise accounts and account teams. 
    • Experience working with Executive and C-level customers, prospects, and internal leadership on high-level programming and preparation. 
    • Proven track record of building successful partnerships with Sales teams to craft programs that are metrics-driven in their approach.

    The Senior Manager, Performance Marketing is a critical role to the future success and growth of Sezzle. This strategic role will drive further growth via paid media across upper and lower funnel campaigns.     The Senior Manager, Performance Marketing will be comfortable in a highly visible role. You will bring a balance of art and science, and have the experience to thrive in a growth-oriented company. You will be a self starter with a strong bias for action, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.

    The right person for this role will have extensive hands-on experience managing 7 figure+ ad accounts. You will have experience in multiple PPC channels, and experience with affiliate marketing and streaming ads is a strong advantage.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with internals to create strategy and plans to drive efficient media buying across the entire funnel/flywheel.  Must be comfortable optimizing against various goals - ex. Video completions, lead gen, downloads, subscription, purchase conversions, etc…

    • Lead strategy discussions related to setting KPIs, with a clear comfort and understanding of how to help guide the creation of those KPIs and setting us up for success

    • Create plans & media roadmaps to support our success in the market by combining your market knowledge with your expertise in online advertising

    • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns

    • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC. Generally optimize for LTV/CAC ratio.

    • Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & owned media channels

    • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics

    • Working closely with other business leaders to share funnel/flywheel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.

    • Partner with stakeholders from across the organization to understand their needs, but also share learnings around new launches, competitive insights, risks & opportunities and benchmarking

    • Strength in community management and leading a team to understand the best ways to handle the everyday opportunities and challenges of community engagement.

    Requirements and skills

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience with performance marketing channels including a combination of PPC, affiliates, and programmatic.

    • Deep knowledge and understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CPA, ROAS, etc.).

    • Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, experience optimizing SEO as a channel.

    • Deep experience with Meta Business Manager, Adwords, Google Analytics, streaming analytics

    • You are comfortable breaking down complex bid strategies to various audiences, including senior leadership.

    • Experience leading monthly and quarterly performance reviews and strategy sessions with senior leadership. 

    • Effective communicator with the ability to inspire internal and external partners and to effect change in a positive, collaborative, and transparent way.

    • Proven track record of leadership in an environment with ambiguity and complexity.

    • Experience with both app downloads/engagement and ecommerce sales is a plus.

    Compensation:

    The compensation range for the role is $100,000 - $120,000. Our ranges are very broad to accommodate all types of candidates and encourage growth.
