Base Salary Range: $57,000 to $87,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position.  Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. Required qualifications:

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience in relevant enterprise technology,  B2B enterprise technology, with, e-commerce,  payments, or fraud focus preferred

What You'll Do

  • Lead Regional Partner & Field Marketing by working closely with regional Channel Account Managers (CAMs), direct sales, broader field marketing and channel partners to define and execute impactful go-to-market (GTM) plans, including events and campaign strategies
  • Own regional partner & field marketing budget and work autonomously with sales and marketing leadership on strategic planning and metrics reporting
  • Manage event and campaign lead flow from all partner & field marketing activities to ensure appropriate and timely sales follow-up, coordinating across regional partners, sales, and broader marketing teams like Marketing Operations, Content, Brand and Product Marketing
  • Work cross-functionally both within Fastly, and externally with partners & the regional revenue team, to establish clear and compelling joint value propositions to advise campaign content
  • Lead proactive communications to partners such as development of regional partner newsletters and promoting adoption of the Fastly Partner Portal and driving deal registrations
  • Co-own partner recruitment through marketing campaigns and nurture activities in conjunction with the CAMs

What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ideally 7+ years experience in delivering regional partner/field marketing events, programs, and content to an enterprise IT buyer
  • You have experience working at a cloud services, SaaS/PaaS, or infrastructure business
  • You have knowledge of specific regional considerations across SE Asia, including knowledge about sub-regional differences and cultural nuances, and can supply strategic input across both global and regional teams
  • You have a consistent track record of understanding sophisticated technologies and extracting compelling value propositions for different audiences (including writing and messaging skills)

Work Location & Travel Requirements

Role Purpose

What You Will Do

  • Build and share SEO understanding for the region to increase the resonance of regional content and support the company goal of increasing organic website traffic volumes internationally

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of experience in a content & comms marketing role focused on content development (B2B SaaS experience is an advantage, but not required) 
  • Experience building regional content under a global brand for diverse audiences and channels
  • Evidence of 360-degree creative thinking to identify untapped, impactful content themes 
  • Solid knowledge of PR and how to make the best use of earned channels to build brand reputation both on and offline

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON:

  • Support customer marketing led hero programs – Such as Signifyd’s ‘Most Influential in Ecommerce’ awards, FLOW Summit, virtual community events, customer gifting programs, and more!
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to develop marketing and sales assets, including case studies, customer videos, testimonials, quotes and other customer-centric materials. 
  • Grow and maintain our customer reference program, ensuring support for new business deals 
  • Identify and match customer advocates for participation in case studies, testimonials, events, awards, analyst relation activities and campaigns
  • Drive brand reputation on 3rd party review sites such as G2 and the Shopify app store
  • Own and execute customer announcements and communications, including the monthly customer newsletter  
  • Track and communicate key performance metrics on customer advocacy initiatives and leverage performance metrics to optimize outcomes of each program.
  • Ability to grasp and distill complex technical concepts of B2B products and solutions

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, in a B2B setting; Customer marketing experience a plus
  • Experience writing customer success stories, case studies, and use case development – Strong writing skills are a requirement!

In this role, you will: 

  • Own Samsara’s Go-To-Market Systems architecture, vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Integrate Samara’s CRM with other key business systems
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing and Customer Support business stakeholders to understand requirements, develop strategies to meet architecture/technology needs, and provide technical design documents for implementation

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Sales and CPQ functional domain expertise including hands on partnership with Go-to-market business teams
  • Experience building product roadmap around GTM business processes
  • Experience building architecture blueprints around GTM business processes
  • 5+ years of SFDC Enterprise Salesforce Architecture experience across multiple clouds; Sales (including CPQ) and Community 
  • 10+ years of total business technology experience
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills 
  • Experience in designing and developing software components including Service Oriented Architecture and integration
  • One or more Salesforce certifications (preference for Platform Developer II, Technical Architect)
  • Expert understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and Code Coverage, Salesforce Standard Objects and associated business processes

Samsara’s Compensation Philosophy:Samsara’s compensation program is designed to deliver total compensation (based on role, level, and geography) that is above market. We do this through our base salary + bonus/variable + restricted stock unit awards (RSUs).  A new hire RSU award is awarded at the time of hire, and additional RSU refresh grants may be awarded annually.

We pay for performance, and top performers are eligible to receive above target equity refresh awards which allow employees to achieve higher market positioning.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join the Revenue Operations team at Electric. The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and fine-tune the systems and processes tied to marketing-related measurement and analytics, marketing automation, marketing infrastructure, and data management. This role works in close partnership with multiple teams across Marketing, Customer Experience, Product and Revenue Operations.

  • Provide insights on campaign performance through a range of metrics and dashboards to help drive pipeline using growth marketing tactics

  • Create a marketing database strategy to support general health and growth in various market segments

Who you are

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $99,500 - $155,750. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
