You’ll join the Health and Wellbeing Onboarding team — the team that provides support and expertise to boutique professionals across the world. Personal training. Yoga. Bootcamp. Barre — you name it. We offer the services they need, so that they can focus on what really matters — helping their members and clients succeed.

Reporting into the Onboarding Manager, you’ll help us launch new clients onto our platform, giving every client a seamless experience. This role will lead client contact during the onboarding process and ensure a successful launch onto the Mariana Tek platform.  Some of the other responsibilities you’ll have:

• Manage onboarding processes from start to finish.

• Spearhead all client communications.

• Translate client needs into actionable solutions that can be implemented via the Mariana Tek platform.

• Consult clients on technical best practices and advise proposed solutions that fully leverage the Mariana Platform.

• Configure platform settings based on client specifications with high levels of accuracy. 

• Create mobile applications for clients by working and communicating with our Engineering team.

• Assist with onboarding process improvements.

• Conduct quality assurance testing of client websites and Mariana Platform configurations.

• Analyze data using Excel to facilitate testing and validate success.

What would make me a good candidate? 

• BA or BS preferred

• 2-3+ years of experience in software implementation or customer service

• Experience working in a startup or SaaS company preferred

• Experience with Wordpress, Squarespace, HTML, CSS and/or JS preferred

• Experience completing Excel analysis strongly preferred

• Extremely well organized and detail oriented.  You have the ability to wrangle, prioritize and execute against a large task list.

• Onboarding involves working with a lot of data and processes. You thrive when creating order out of chaos.

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously doesn’t scare you.

• Flexible - Some clients work early, others work late. We do what we need to do to ensure a successful launch with limited downtime.

• An excellent communicator (in person, on the phone, and via Slack).  You can communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders including our clients, their developers, our partners, and everyone inside of Mariana Tek.

• Highly analytical - You use data to make informed decisions. You love a good spreadsheet. (Did you know that you can’t pivot on a pivot? Or can you?)

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound Office 365 customer support issues for businesses

• Provide technical support covering a wide range of topics Evaluate the effectiveness of training modules, workshops, etc. and make changes as

• Schedule, coordinate, and deliver follow-up client interactions

Mural continues to grow! Our continued growth has caused an expansion to our Microsoft support team. This position is REMOTE in Albuquerque, NM and will be a remote work-from-home position for residents of Albuquerque, NM ONLY!

Paid Training Starts January 3rd, 2022.

Customer-facing Helpdesk, Tech Support, Information Technology, or IT Support experience strongly preferred but not required. 

Equipment will be provided. Must have reliable internet via a modem and ethernet cable and a quiet, private home office environment.

Preference will be given to applicants available to start on January 3rd.

AFTERNOON  - 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM start times

EVENING - 4:00 PM to 7 PM start times

OVERNIGHT - 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM -  start times (will be given preference)

Work schedule may be Sunday-Thursday, Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday.

Hourly base pay of $17-$20 DOE plus uncapped monthly performance bonus. Progressive shift differential will also be added for afternoon and night shifts.

The role of Product Marketing Manager, Square Point of Sale - New Segments (PMM) will be an expert on growth opportunities within new segments and markets. You will work with the product teams to identify expansion opportunities for Square Point of Sale, lead a cross-functional teams to accomplish go-to-market activities, and provide feedback about our new seller segments (e.g. sub-industry categories - bakeries, specialty markets, food trucks) and international markets (e.g. UK, Australia, Canada) to the rest of the team. You Will:

• Partner with the product team and in-country Product Marketing Managers to identify, build a business case for, and prioritize new products and features across all Square markets
• Understand customer needs through surveys, interviews, and analysis of product usage data
• Identify and segment target customers, their pain points, and needs through qualitative and quantitative research, and solutions to meet those needs
• Work with customer-facing teams (Sales, Account Management, Support) and conduct customer insights to better understand customer needs and share insights with relevant PMs and PMMs.
• Review competitive offerings and guide ongoing differentiation
• Develop product positioning, key messaging, and pricing & packaging to be used in product development and marketing campaigns targeting new segments
• Lead go-to-market strategies, tactical plans, and post-launch marketing programs with marketing channel managers, support content, account managers, and sales.
• Work with channel partners to conceive of and implement email, paid media, in-product, offline, and experimental campaigns

• 5+ years of professional experience with experience in product marketing, analytics, consulting or a strategy-related role
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong organizational skills
• Skill at managing details of ever-increasing complexity and scale
• Experience managing projects with several stakeholders
• Comfort leading projects
• Experience in payments or technology is a plus
