HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Build. You will work across all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to build and enhance new features and modules for WildApricot. You will code/configure, maintain, test, and debug existing or new systems, ensuring we deliver quality features and bug fixes that align with our development process.
  • Grow. You will expand your skills and your understanding of solving real-world problems. You will gain exposure to all aspects of product feature design, development, and deployment as you participate in requirements analysis, implementation, test automation, continuous integration, automation of deployment and monitoring. You will collaborate to solve complex issues and push yourself to the next level of your career.
  • Prioritize quality. As a development team member, you will ensure each release meets our high-quality standards. You will provide end-to-end support of applications, participate in incident response activities, and help improve software stability and performance.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • The experience and the growth mindset. You have 4+ years of software development, working across the full stack. You have an understanding of the SDLC and strong knowledge of:
    • Computer science fundamentals.
    • Coding standards and design principles / patterns.
    • Building a system design for specific business requirements.

    Afin de renforcer l'équipe Core, Talan recherche un Développeur Backend confirmé spécialisé en C# .Net et Oracle PL/SQL pour intervenir avec l'équipe en charge des services permettant aux utilisateurs de suivre leurs ordres et transactions dans l’outil ETRM. Tous les développements sont planifiés en sprint de 2 semaines dans le cadre d'une méthodologie agile complète. Nos activités quotidiennes consistent en .Net C# Winforms WPF pour 60%, Oracle PL/SQL pour 30% et DevOps build/deployment pour 10%. L'équipe est entièrement Agile et met en œuvre toutes les étapes de Scrum : rétrospective, planification, révision et standups quotidiens.

    Sur le plan fonctionnel, notre groupe d'applications nécessite une interaction quotidienne avec les interlocuteurs métiers. Afin de répondre à ces attentes, vous devez avoir de bonnes capacités de communication et être autonome (Anglais requis, français hautement souhaitable).

    Vous vous engagerez à livrer ces développements en fonction des contraintes et priorités métier, dans le cadre du planning défini.       The base salary hiring range for this position is $92,300 to $132,900. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
