What you’ll be doing:

This will be a hands-on opportunity in which you will be responsible for taking a lead role of a project team. You will also build new platforms and tools to the highest quality and reliability to enable us to continue our transition to a microservice oriented architecture and integration of new third-party services.

  • Work on digital transformation of T&F Order to Cash and Digital Supply Chain Systems & Services to our customers and business.
  • Follow Test driven development, review and improve source code by implementing design patterns, efficient algorithms and appropriate data structures.
  • Design low level design, technical specification, system design and application design with Amazon Web Services, MuleSoft, SQL and NoSQL Databases.
  • Define migration procedures of existing features and workflows to a microservice and event driven software solutions.
  • Build and manage API, workers and other services to run highly scalable distributed systems with high availability.
  • Responsible to Bring tech innovations which will help in growth of the platform.
  • Implement disaster recovery of the platform making is run across multiple data centres within AWS.
  • Analyse and optimizatise systems capacity, performance, and operational health of the platforms.

    Building a brand new support chat tool is an exciting and challenging problem. We are looking for someone eager to create a scalable, highly available real-time messaging service for our 9M+ users.     • Advanced-level knowledge of at least one back-end programming language and object-oriented analysis and design

    The Team

     The Data Platform plays a critical role in Nexthink’s cloud-native multi-tenant products. It ingests, aggregates, and processes events from millions of endpoints every second, and stores and serves these enriched data to all Nexthink services.

    Join the Data Ingestion team (one of three teams in the Data Platform), a small, agile group of engineers that has full ownership of the cloud components that form the first stage of this data pipeline. You will participate in the analysis, design, implementation and testing of new platform features, collaborate with other teams that rely on it, and ensure the performance, scalability and reliability of the data platform, and ultimately all of Nexthink’s product offerings.


    We are looking for a Cloud-native Engineer to join our Data Platform team as a Senior Software Engineer with the opportunity to become a Team Lead.

    • Design, implement, validate and deliver cloud-native microservices for a highly-scalable cloud-native SaaS platform
    • Play an important role in developing the next generation of our Data Platform, and help us in our journey to become a cloud-only company

    What you’ll be doing

    A Staff AWS Data DevOps Engineer is a hands-on technical position on our DevOps team with a specialization in Data, Data Management, and Machine Learning.     Our platform has been implemented using “Infrastructure as code” concepts. Advanced skills in Python or equivalent are a necessity.     • Automate security controls and governance for all Data types in our environment
    • Architect, deploy, document, and support cloud platform capabilities using AWS best practices
