Nous interviendrons sur l’ensemble des sites et applications mobiles du groupe Showroomprivé.   

  • Accompagner le Head of CRO au quotidien 

  • Suivre les performances des tests & personnalisations 

  • Tenir à jour les plannings de tests & personnalisations 

  • Participer aux séances d’idéations pour apporter de nouvelles idées 

  • Compléter/créer les briefs pour préparer les prochaines actions 

  • Participer aux cérémonies AGILE  

  • Suivi des projets CRO autres 

Qualifications

  • Formation Marketing Digital – (Bac+4) 
  • Anglais niveau C1 minimum 

  • Outils : suite MS, idéalement un outil de test AB type AB Tasty, éventuellement logiciel type Photoshop 

  • Curieus(e) 

  • Capacité analytique 

  • Organisé(e) et polyvalent(e)

The Sr. Graphic Designer role will initially be dedicated to one large integrated architecture, engineering, interiors, and consulting project for the next several months. ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years professional experience in a graphic design position. Experience in the Architecture/Engineering field is a plus 
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field 
  • Stunning graphic design portfolio showing a balance of elevated brand collateral and high-concept materials, emphasizing print documents. Submitted copy of your portfolio is required
  • Compelling storytelling style, in both written and visual applications 
  • Strategic, creative thinking with the ability to brainstorm, collaborate, and build consensus among multiple stakeholders 
  • Well-developed communication and analytical skills 
  • Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory, and typography in both digital and print media 
  • Willing to travel in support of remote projects and teams 
  • Expert user of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator and the Microsoft Office 360 Suite 
  • Familiarity with After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Premiere is advantageous but not required

The salary range for this position is $69,200 to $86,500 annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. About the Design Specialist position

The role of the Design Specialist is to utilize design experience to advance 350.org’s Public Engagement’ objectives and support regional and global visual content projects. The ideal candidate will be an experienced graphic designer with secure and swift design skills across a range of fields (web design, editorial design, branding, information design, digital & social media design). The Design Specialist supports the Senior Designer in producing design outputs either directly or through a network of practitioners.

Satisfying the role described above will require performing the following responsibilities:

  • Design strategy: 
    • Supports the Senior Designer in the development and implementation 350.org’s overarching design strategy
    • Support 350.org’s global visual identity and coordinate unique brand identities for global & regional projects. 
  • Design systems & process support: 
    • Collaborate with web developers to define and design websites, user flows, user interactions, UI elements, site pathways and navigation patterns to ensure user engagement, accessibility and inclusivity.
    • Support, educate and empower 350.org’s staff to be good visual communicators by providing them with basic training and resources.

  • Collaborate with video team on cutdowns, coordinate distribution of produced video, and share feedback on the performance of social video
  • Work with the Associate Director of Social Platforms to review analytics for audience engagement and behavior, and adjust posting strategy accordingly 
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, emerging platforms, and competitor activity to keep Thrillist ahead of the curve

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • Minimum 2 years of social media experience, preferably at an editorial publisher 
  • Familiarity with social publishing and listening tools like Later, Parsely, Sprout, Google Analytics, and/or CrowdTangle
  • Good experience in monitoring social media metrics, tracking and analyzing performance, and providing regular reports to assess the effectiveness of content
  • Strong editorial judgment and confidence in writing voicey, clever, engaging copy

Компанію створили у 2022 році. За останній 2 роки вона виросла з 3 до 50+ людей в команді. Наразі більшість наших співробітників знаходяться у безпеці, ми зберегли усі робочі місця, на додаток — продовжуємо посилювати нашу команду.

Зараз шукаємо Graphic Gesigner-a, який(а) буде створювати рекламні матеріали для просування наших продуктів.

Якими будуть твої основні задачі:

  • Створення статичних креативів для просування продуктів у Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok;
  • Пошук референсів та генерація нових ідей разом із креативним та маркетинговим відділом;
  • Аналіз конкурентів;
  • Генерація креативів разом із креативним та маркетинговим відділом з метою просування додатків.

Що потрібно, щоб до нас приєднатись:

  • Від 1 року на аналогічній позиції, досвід роботи на продукті або в агенції: IT/Gamedev та досвід в performance marketing буде перевагою;
  • Досконале володіння Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma;
  • Володіння плагінами для оптимізації роботи;
  • Базові знання принципів дизайну та колористики;
  • Гнучкість та вміння адаптуватись до цілей бізнесу;
  • Наявність актуального портфоліо.

Буде перевагою, якщо ти маєш:

  • Професійна дизайн освіта;
  • Досвід роботи з ілюстрацією.
