We are looking for a Principal Engineer for our Account Protection team, we cannot succeed without creative engineers. Your cross-functional team will propose and build solutions for implementing cutting edge tech and software to reduce payment fraud and fraud through account takeovers. In Account Protection Engineering, we are scaling our fraud detection and cost savings both on reducing shrink and making our risk agents workflow more efficient and smart! We are looking at more ways to make fraud detection automatic with the help of data we already have, making our CX workflow more automatic than manual. Just in FY23 the Account Protection team saved Stitch Fix $13.3M and we are only getting started here and can do a lot more. As a Principal Software Engineer, you will help shape the future of Stitch Fix’s Fraud Detection and Account Protection systems. You will also be responsible for planning, building, and maintaining features and software in support of that future. 

Building valuable and sustainable software is a group activity. You will work within a distributed team of 6 - 8 software engineers and cross-functional partners including product, design, algorithms, finance, etc. You're expected to have strong written communication skills and be able to develop strong working relationships with coworkers and business partners. The position

You'll join the Growth team, responsible for the development and maintenance of our public-facing website. The Growth team is a subset of our engineering team, which consists of approximately 200 engineers across Frontend, Backend, SRE, and QA. We're organized into cross-functional development teams assigned to specific verticals.

Our team works with React and Next.js on the frontend. On the backend, we use Elixir and Phoenix. Postgres is our database of choice. GitLab is used as a version control tool and a CI/CD solution; we use Linear as our issue tracker. Our applications are hosted on AWS. We fully rely on our CI for deployments and deploy multiple times per day.

In this role, you’ll be helping build the new Digital Experience Monitoring product in the Cloudflare Zero Trust Platform. About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior ML Engineer to join our Data Science team. Cloudflare’s Engineering Team builds and runs the software that handles large volumn of  HTTP requests on the Internet today. We also build and run the internal tools that builds and runs our software. The Engineering Team is split into two groups: one handles product development and the other handles operations. Product development covers both new features and functionality and scaling our existing software to meet the challenges of a massively growing customer base. The operations team handles one of the world’s largest networks with data centers in 102 cities worldwide.

What you'll do

Cloudflare is looking for a backend engineer on our control plan product platform to help us build and maintain the codebase that powers both our customer APIs as well as internal service APIs. This is a role for engineers that are familiar with standard backend backend architecture, and capable in database design and interaction. Our API platform is under constant load and scrutiny, so experience and commitment to easily understood and test code is also a key part of the role. Your ability to visualize the flow of data through a complex application is critical to your success, and to the team’s. You will be working closely with the product team to understand and document the functional needs of their product requirements, developing new code to solve new problems, as well as maintaining existing code to squash bugs. About the Team:

The Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) team collects signals and data on a massive scale translating them into actionable intelligence that helps drive SecurityScorecard’s flagship security ratings and Attack Surface Intelligence products. About the Role:

This role focuses on the design and development of systems dedicated to distributed data collection and Internet scanning. Responsibilities include overseeing the management of collected data feeds, which are integrated into SecurityScorecard's processing pipeline and scoring mechanisms to enhance the Ratings Platform. A central responsibility of this role is enhancing and expanding the capabilities of web crawling and data collection systems. This includes scaling these systems to handle higher frequencies of web scans and integrating extensive datasets from millions of companies into the Ratings Platform.
