About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead strategy and roadmap execution for the Invoca for Marketing product. You will work closely with stakeholders in Engineering, UX, and go-to-market teams to deliver near-term product development results and strategically set Invoca up for long-term success. 

You Will:

You will lead a team of product managers focusing on both maintaining Invoca for Marketing’s industry leadership and expanding our offering into product adjacencies. You will report to the SVP of Product Management and play a key role on the product development senior leadership team focusing on customer value delivery and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. 

Integrating a mindset that balances long-term strategy with short-term execution, you will collaborate with our product development and go to market teams to:

  • Work across Invoca departments and product development teams to set the vision for Invoca’s marketing product strategy and help craft and own corresponding OKRs
  • Drive product roadmap results for the marketing persona focusing on new revenue opportunities, customer value, adoption, and retention
  • Manage and mentor high-performing product managers
  • Collaborate with the Data Science team to further our use of AI in offering customer-centric solutions 
  • Work with the Strategy & Corporate Development team to identify and collaborate on product acceleration through partnerships and M&A 
  • Engage in ongoing, close collaboration and relationship-building with business stakeholders, customers, analysts, and partners at different stages of the product development & sales lifecycles 
  • Deliver presentations in a variety of settings – industry conferences, onsite with customers, Invoca events – representing Invoca as our leader and voice of confidence for Invoca for Marketing product offerings
  • Enrich our product development and go-to-market cultures through continuous improvement and innovation

You will do all this by striking the right balance between an agile, start-up environment (speed and flexibility) and the processes necessary as companies grow and scale (process and rigor)

You Have:

  • Minimum of 8 years of product management experience developing SaaS or Enterprise software products in AdTech or MarTech industries
  • Track record of product strategy development and ownership, ideally at multi-product companies 
  • Passion for agile product development
  • A spirit of continuous improvement
  • Experience owning large, cross-team projects that begin with blue sky vision and achieve tactical measurable results.
  • History of developing and leading a team of strong product managers
  • High energy communicator who can articulate our product strategy initiatives to internal and external stakeholders at executive levels
  • Flexibility to move between strategic business perspective and “roll up your sleeves” execution
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
  • Strong technical aptitude, product common sense, and curiosity combined with an authentic love for products, people, and innovation

Location

We are a remote-first company, with concentrations of employees in the Santa Barbara, Chicago, Denver, and San Francisco areas. Since most of our product development senior leadership are in Santa Barbara, we prefer a location that makes travel to and from central California easy for you, when productive to gather with the team.

You will work directly with product leadership, Sales, Marketing, Engineering to drive product ideation and roadmap development. What will you do? 

  • Build a world-class team with international team members, identify team members strengths and use them successfully
  • Continuously mentor and scale the product team while motivating product managers to deliver high quality work
  • Manage the business metrics for our Operational Reporting products (bookings, revenue, margin, gross retention, contribution Margin), providing recommendations to improve the commercial performance of our products and ensure financial goals are met

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B software Product Management, Marketing or in a related area with commercial responsibilities
  • 3 or more years of management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Pragmatic Marketing certified or related product management certification
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Role Overview 

ON24 is seeking a Product Management Director to help drive the product strategy and revenue goals of ON24’s offerings. This person will be responsible for the planning, creation and delivery of new and existing products and product capabilities.
