Clipboard Health is hiring a Remote Senior Product Manager

Why Clipboard Health Exists:

We exist to lift as many people up the socioeconomic ladder as possible. We dramatically improve lives, by letting healthcare professionals turn extra time and ambition into career growth and financial opportunity. We achieve this with our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals, allowing healthcare professionals to book on-demand shifts and healthcare facilities to access on-demand talent. Our mission is to enable healthcare professionals to work when and where they want, and to enable healthcare facilities to meet their talent needs.

About Clipboard Health:

Clipboard Health is a post-Series C, extremely fast-growing tech startup with classic two-sided network effects, revolutionizing the market for healthcare talent. We are a diverse and inclusive company with a global, remote team. We have been named one of YC’s Top Companies for two years running, and have grown 25x across all key metrics in the last 18 months. There has never been a more exciting time to join our growing team and help us serve even more healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities, who can then better serve patients. To learn more about the culture at Clipboard Health, take a look at our culture hub here.

About the Role:

You would be joining our PM team working with a fast-growing and fast-moving engineering organization. Our product today manages millions of dollars of invoices and pays thousands of participants on both sides of the market. But, we have only scratched the surface in the space of products and experiences we could build, and we need your help.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager that's excited to be a generalist in our rapidly growing Marketplace. You will not be building things with the hope that people need it, but rather filling the desperate needs of our users while innovating in ways they didn't even know they needed. You'll have to be adaptable, learn quickly, and have a deep interest in understanding our business, our users, and our product.

This role sits within our Product team. I’d read the following docs from our team prior to applying: the Product Team Standards, Product Team Recruiting, and Product Team Structure. These documents will give you a sense of how we think and what we value. We also have more links about team and company culture on our candidate website.

Beyond the basics, what will make you successful:

  • Extreme Ownership: the buck stops with you, no matter what anyone else did or did not do. You're self-reliant, and can get things done in the chaos that is an early-stage startup scaling quickly.
  • Extreme Curiosity: you ask "why" 3-5 times in a row for the same problem and are excited to tap into your inner archaeologist -- digging and digging and not being satisfied until you truly understand the root cause.
  • You've shipped features in a small PM team, love both the strategy and the details.

*After submitting your application, please check your spam folder periodically over the next few days for updates regarding your application.

Clipboard Health is hiring a Remote Associate Product Manager

The Associate Product Manager – New Grad position is designed to grow undergraduates into product leaders. APMs at Clipboard Health move quickly, with high ownership and good judgment from day 1. Previous APMs have scaled operational processes, written new pricing algorithms from scratch, and built new products all on their own.On their own = they were given a problem → they wrote an excellent plan that solved the problem → they executed that plan with full ownership.

Our APMs are generalists who work closely with our executive team. Instead of coming in with a toolkit and looking for problems it can solve (which often leads to incremental problem solving), they focus on the biggest problems and quickly devise new ways to solve them from first principles. Doing this from day 1 requires that our APMs are boundlessly curious and jump right into understanding our business, our users, and our product. We think that their curiosity and the ability to dive deep ultimately equips them to be excellent contributors and effective leaders.

Ownership is notgivento APMs once we think they are able to lead projects. APMs areexpectedto lead important projects from the get-go. Their plans and the quality of their execution are met with the same level of scrutiny as that of a Group Product Manager’s. We think that doing the work and getting feedback on it is one of the fastest (perhaps the fastest) ways to learn and grow, but it’s not the best path for everyone. We encourage you to think deeply about if that’s something you want.

I’d read the following docs from our team prior to applying: the Product Team Standards, Product Team Recruiting, and Product Team Structure. These documents will give you a sense of how we think and what we value. We also have more links about team and company culture on our candidate website.

In your first 30 days you’ll:

  • Talk to customers, understand their problems, and surface issues we weren’t devoting enough attention to
  • Ramp up on the business, the product, and how we work
  • Design and run marketplace experiments to validate hypotheses
  • Write weekly write-ups and other documentation to keep others abreast of your work

In your first 90 days you’ll:

  • Own an important problem on your own
  • Write a plan (you may have to write several drafts) that proposes a solution to the problem
  • Broadcast the plan to relevant stakeholders, get their feedback, and adjust it
  • Execute on the plan and report findings to the executive team

You can’t be successful here if you:

  • Don’t enjoy writing. We write a lot, and we hold our writing to a high standard. If you aren’t comfortable being scrutinized on not only the content but the clarity of your writing week over week, our culture won’t be a good fit for you.
  • Want to know what to do. In your role as an APM, you’ll regularly be given tasks that are seemingly ambiguous. You will have to use your judgment to bring clarity to it. You may even propose that the task isn’t something we should focus on today. That’s okay too.
  • Don’t like working with data or math. As a marketplace company, we have a highly quantitative culture. Our language is steeped in numbers.
  • Don’t enjoy talking to customers. We talk to our customers day in and day out. Our customer conversations are an integral part of how we make decisions.
  • Don’t want an intellectual challenge. The problems we face are novel and challenging, and we expect people to solve them quickly. If you aren’t looking for an intellectual challenge in your role, this won’t be a good fit.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Unlimited vacation
  • 100% remote with tri-annual offsites

Lumos Identity is hiring a Remote Product Manager

???? The Lumos Story

Apple changed the world with the App Store by making all kinds of consumer tech a click away. Lumos is doing that, but for all the apps a company uses. In short, we are building a company’s AppHQ to manage all apps in one place.

Here’s how it works: You go to the Lumos AppStore, request your app of choice, your manager approves the request in Slack and your account is created — instantly. No long IT ticket queues anymore. What if you stop using the app? Lumos automatically detects that and removes your license, saving the company money and improving security. In its essence, Lumos is creating the meta app for all apps.

???? Why You Should Join Lumos

  • ???? Jump on a Rocketship: In less than two years, our team has grown from 20 to ~80 people and our customer base has 10x’ed with companies like GitHub, MongoDB and Major League Baseball!
  • ???? Trust Renowned Backers: Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) backed us since the beginning. Also, Prospect (a platform where startup people evaluate different companies) called Lumos a 10x company among just a few other companies, beating startups like Rippling, Retool or Zapier.
  • ⭐ Thrive in a Unique Culture: You’ll be one of the first 100 people to join. So, you'll have actual influence on the trajectory of the company. Most importantly, when we talk about Lumos, we don’t just talk about the products we create but also the distinctive philosophy we live by. Check out our values to see if it’s a fit.

???? More Information on the Role

We just launched our third product, Vendor Management, which helps our customers wrap their hands around the hundreds of SaaS contracts that they manage and find ways to cut overspending. We’ve seen strong adoption in this product and want to double down on the investment and accelerate growth, and we’re hiring a dedicated Product Manager to lead the team. You’ll work closely with the co-founders and first PM, and help the whole company grow in the right direction!

✨ Your Role

  • Product Development: Own and manage product development from concept, to design, beta testing, deployment and support for new features and products in our market.
  • Customer Adoption: Work directly with customers to help them define and achieve success, and with our CS team to scale those wins across the customer base.
  • User Research: Be the brain behind our data from sales conversations, qualitative discovery process, customer feedback and product usage.
  • Team Leadership. Motivate and engage the engineering and design teams. Celebrate wins, question the status quo, and enable the team to do their best work to align the efforts of the team with the mission and vision of Lumos.
  • Product Strategy: Distill the Lumos vision & strategy into a compelling roadmap, prioritizing features and ensuring that the next milestone contains the most relevant items to customers, users, and Lumos.

????Pay Range

$140,000 - $170,000.  Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and/or level of experience.

???? What We Value

We purposefully did not create a standard list of minimum qualifications because we care much more about your motivation and ability to help us accelerate technical progress than we care just about your CV. Instead of focusing on what people need to have, we focus on what people need to do. Additionally, we try to find out whether you would be a good fit for Lumos based on our values that define how we achieve outcomes and what characteristics we value.

???? Benefits and Perks:

  • ???? Remote work culture (+/-4 hours Pacific Time)
  • ⛑ Medical, Vision, & Dental coverage covered by Lumos
  • ???? Company and team bonding trips throughout the year fully covered by Lumos
  • ???? Optimal WFH setup to set you up for success
  • ???? Unlimited PTO, with minimum time off to make sure you are rested and able to be at your best
  • ???????? Up to (4) months off for both the Birthing & Non-birthing parent
  • ???? Wellness stipend to keep you awesome and healthy
  • ???? 401k contribution plan

Thank you for considering us - we're flattered! ???? ????

    About Turing Labs Inc.

    Build a better sustainable world!

“Turing Labs is building the Palantir for the CPG industry” - Forbes

Consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies all over the world – including names you already have in your fridge, toiletries bag, make-up case, and pantry – rely on Turing’s AI technology to create new products faster, safer, smarter, and leaner. With our industry-leading platform, we leverage data and combine industry-specific AI technology to create new products 10x faster than the existing physical trial-and-error process.

Turing Labs is a Series A funded company backed by Insight Partners, Y-combinator, Moment Ventures, and several industry leaders.

The Turing team has decades worth of experience and passion for creating the next generation of products. Today, we employ some of the world’s best machine learning algorithms – and the people who create them – to help drive product innovation that impacts billions of people’s lives.

You can learn more about our journey and where we are going on TechCrunch, VentureBeat, The Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, and Forbes.

Join one of the fastest-growing SaaS on the path of becoming the default platform for product development.

    About the role

Are you an experienced product manager with incredible drive and talent? Do you love building products and helping some of the biggest companies in the world create their next-generation products? Keep reading; we have an extraordinary opportunity for you.

Turing Labs is the AI-powered platform to formulate better and safer consumer product like cosmetics, shampoo, detergents, sauces, and plant-based alternatives. We are changing how some of the biggest companies in the world are developing – and we’ve recently raised a $16.5M Series A round to continue our mission of being the default platform for product development. We want you as our strategic product hires at what is already proving to be a category-defining AI company with a great customer list and backed by some of the best investors in the valley - including Insight Partners, Y Combinator, Moment Ventures, and others.

Simply put, the product you build will be used by the world’s largest companies to develop consumer products consumed by billions of people around the world.

If the following responsibilities sound interesting, let’s talk.

You help us to build something our customers want

Develop personas of customers and help us understand what they need. Then, without falling for the temptation to ‘build a faster horse,’ you will craft a product strategy and road map. You will know, and be eager to share, the ‘why’ behind every product decision and work with the executive team to map our route to success.

    You see what others don’t

You’ll be operating in an industry where, often, things are done a certain way ‘because they have always been done that way.’ You’ll be recommending that improves the productivity 20x.

    Ruthless prioritization

Customers, our team, and what’s going on in the broader market will be sources of an endless stream of ideas and ‘wouldn’t it be great if…’. It’ll be up to you to rapidly prototype and develop new ideas and features with our customers. You’ll be data-driven to ensure that product updates have the intended impact, and you’ll help us work with our AI/ML and engineering teams to define and deliver the objectives for each product sprint. You will live and breathe the interdependencies across our product, you will un-block blockers and champion opportunities across the organization. Most importantly, you will be helping drive the continuous feedback loop between the team, management, and the customers.

    Early prediction of issues

A rapidly evolving product doesn’t come without growing pains, but as the product lead, you are deeply familiar with the inner workings of the platform. You will help build tools, systems, and processes so we can catch issues before our customers do. You are also eager to develop mechanisms to respond quickly, ensuring that the train stays on the tracks.

    From strategy to execution

From the broadest strategy to the finest detail, you are eager to create a comprehensive, up-to-date plan for where we are going – and you help steer the ship as we move in that direction. You will capture feature requirements and distill them into a product funnel that the development teams can use to deliver successful products.

    Foster a customer-obsessed culture

We are upending a market where the customer is placing trust in us to get things right. We want to build a company culture that is obsessively focused on our customers and creating products that delight them. You’ll be a key part of this culture and eager to serve as a reminder of why we do this in the first place: To help serve our customer base.

    What you have to offer

    • 4+ years of experience building end-to-end, data-heavy, complex enterprise software. You have a track record of delivering impactful products to market.
    • You are at home conducting user research & user testing to collect new customer insights.
    • Ideally, you have technical knowledge and experience building enterprise-grade software
    • You are execution-oriented and you know how to make the right trade-offs. You are able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Your communication style is clear and concise, and you have an ability to translate deep technical concepts for a variety of non-technical audiences.
    • Solid experience in writing specifications for technical and non-technical teams, manage project executions, and define roll-out strategies. Collaborative and low-ego; you work well with all kinds of personalities

This will put you near the top of our list

    • You have built software for an industry that creates physical products, for example in the CPG, semi-conductor, or drug discovery space.
    • Have experience building complex, technical software with an AI component.
    • Have experience building products that run in cloud environments

    Who we’re looking for

    • You love building systems, processes, and tools to set up your team for success
    • You enjoy collaborative work – internally and externally
    • You are extraordinary at seeing patterns that others miss.
    • You are a fast learner and are eager to gain a deep understanding of the market, customers, and product
    • You are a natural mentor, helping others thrive and learn
    • You are at home in a rapidly growing and evolving startup

    What we offer

    ●      An opportunity to take a crucial, early role in an exciting, rapidly growing startup.

    ●      You’ll work with a smart, no-ego team

    ●      Competitive wage, comp, and equity package

    ●      Medical, dental, and vision package

    ●      A monthly health & wellness stipend

    ●      Weekly virtual social events and annual company retreats

    ●      Work-from-home stipend
