Opportunity Overview:

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving initiatives and programs across our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects that enhance our capabilities and meet our strategic objectives.

What you will do:

  • Program Planning and Management: Develop and manage end-to-end project plans. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other teams to align project objectives and timelines. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with projects. Develop contingency plans and manage risk mitigation by working with Engineering Leadership.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, about project status, milestones, and any critical issues.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure that projects have the necessary resources, including personnel, technology, and budget.
  • Jira: Be a power user of Jira and use its reporting capabilities to create dashboards, automated reports, etc.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve existing project management processes and methodologies.

Your background & requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4 years of Technical Program Management experience
  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, AI, or other emerging technologies.
  • Experience in a large-scale, globally distributed environment.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus. In accordance with state applicable laws, Cohere is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and internal alignment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Provide Business and Logistics Management Support Services (BLM/SS) Innovative Solutions on behalf of The US Coast Guard (USCG) Chief Information Officer, Assistant Commandant For C5I (CG-6), Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber, And Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC), And Coast Guard Cyber Security Command.  The requirement is to provide for non- personal services for Contractor Consulting, Project Management and Support, Strategic Planning, Portfolio Management, Business Process Planning, Process Development, Process Integration Planning, Facilities Planning, Marketing and Communications Planning Services, Life Cycle Cost Estimation Services, Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) Program Maturation and Recertification, Acquisitions Lifecycle Support, Enterprise Life Cycle Logistics and Engineering Support to include: Material, Configuration, Business, and Inventory Management, Logistics Supply Support, and Planned Maintenance Development Support Services. BACKGROUND:

This project supports the Coast Guard (C5ISC) Modernization Initiative shift to a functions-based support structure to standardize processes and procedures across all locations, missions, and asset types. The primary mission is to unify the Coast Guard’s command, control, communications, computer, cyber and intelligence support structure and business practices to Deliver Technology Solutions for Mission Success. The C5I Service Center is comprised of a geo-dispersed workforce, numbering over 1,100 dedicated military, civilians, and Team ProSidian committed to meet the demand articulated by the Commandant’s Intent, “The rapid pace of innovation in the maritime domain is leading to growing interconnectivity, increased reliance on data and networks, and the deployment of commercial space and artificial intelligence systems”.

The CIO, CG-6, C5ISC, and CGCC continue with a technology revolution of end-of-life enterprise systems and are in incessant need for support services to assist the United States Coast Guard (USCG) business and logistics functions during this rapid advancement in technology environments.  CG-6’s mission is to enhance the value of C5ISC in performance of USCG missions by developing and aligning enterprise strategies, policies, and resource decisions with USCG strategic goals, mandates, and customer requirements.

Desired Qualifications For Business And Logistics Management Program Manager (PACE1) | Key Personnel | Program Manager - Non-Exempt 874-1 Consultant Candidates:

ProSidian shall provide a Program Manager who shall be the point of contact for all Contractor work performed under this BPA. The Program Manager shall be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). It is anticipated that the Program Manager shall be one of the senior level employees provided by ProSidian for the work effort. The name of the Program Manager, and the name(s) of any Alternate(s) who shall act for ProSidian in the absence of the Program Manager, shall be provided to the Government as part of ProSidian's proposal. During any absence of the Program Manager, only one Alternate shall have full authority to act for ProSidian on all matters relating to work performed under this contract. The Program Manager and all designated Alternates shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

The Program Manager shall be responsible for ensuring conformity to contractual obligations and establishing and maintaining master plans and schedules. The Program Manager shall perform day-to-day management of overall BPA support operations.

What you'll do:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Privacy Program at the direction of the Privacy Officer.
  • Lead Privacy Program initiatives to ensure business operations of Collective Health are supported and comply with state and federal privacy laws including, but not limited to data governance, disclosure of data, and systems access controls.
  • Ensure all Privacy Program projects are completed timely and appropriately communicated to proper teams and leaders across Collective Health.
  • Responsible for reviewing and drafting necessary privacy policies and other documents needed to align with company business practices, regulatory requirements, and programmatic functions.
  • Responsible for creating and performing privacy audits, as needed, including SOC and HITRUST audits.
  • Responsible for managing and auditing the Business Associate and vendor programs to ensure compliance with privacy laws and internal processes. 
  • Responsible for developing clear, digestible Privacy Program training materials, including annual Privacy Training.
  • Responsible for triaging/responding to privacy inquiries/incidents, including the management of breach notification and reporting.
  • Responsible for coordinating across teams (e.g., security, legal and compliance) to ensure the completion of privacy-related audits.
  • Responsible for supporting and assisting with any third-party, privacy-based inquiries, audits or investigations.
  • Responsible for assisting the Privacy Officer and Privacy Counsel with operational aspects of the Privacy Program.
  • Reporting regulatory research and staying up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations and industry standards in healthcare privacy.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the area of healthcare privacy regulations, including HIPAA.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or other relevant professional experience; Masters or Juris Doctorate strongly preferred.
  • 5-10 years experience working in healthcare or advising health care entities.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience serving in a role supporting a HIPAA-based privacy program.
  • Significant knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA and state laws, as applicable.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $110,000 to $132,300 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.

About This Role

The Program Manager, Sales Training and Enablement will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of training programs and initiatives for the commercial teams. Specific responsibilities include managing, developing, coordinating, and ensuring effective delivery of training programs and content, as well as assessing training needs and evaluating training program effectiveness.

  • Manage the development, delivery, and execution of effective training programs that align with and drive the commercial strategy and key messages, resulting in more effective commercial team members.
  • Develop and execute effective sales skills training programs, driving consistent development and growth within the commercial organization.
  • Analyze, design, develop and evaluate training solutions, including interactive instructor-led courses, self- led instruction, and web-based learning modules.
  • Create metrics and assess effectiveness of training programs, enhancing, improving, and pivoting as necessary.
  • Lead the creation of training materials that are educationally effective (format, readability, logical flow and alignment to learning objectives).
  • Develop and implement appropriate pull-through plans to ensure continued utilization of learning initiatives.
  • Manage, develop, or participate in cross-functional projects that support the commercial organization, sales training, and sales enablement.
  • Engage and partner with key stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to ensure balanced and well-rounded training initiatives and program development.
  • Maintain regular interactions with commercial team members and leadership, initiating training based on field needs and market changes.
  • Market programs internally to ensure awareness and proper utilization.
  • Support the maintenance, iteration, and delivery of the new hire sales training curriculum, including core competencies and objectives that are in alignment with evolving needs of the business.
  • Participate in field rides to assess and provide feedback on new and existing Territory Managers.
  • Support the New Hire Onboarding manager in supporting the Field Sales Training (FST) program.

What You Need for this Position:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the pharma, biotech, medical device or diagnostics industry with sales training, field sales, or field sales management experiences a strong plus. Cardiovascular and arrhythmia experience preferred.
  • Experience developing and delivering initial and ongoing training to sales teams. Training delivery and/or instructional design experience a plus.
  • Ability to develop training programs and content without support of external vendors.
  • High competency in the following areas: highly collaborative, strong oral and verbal communication, excellent multi-tasking, planning, process and project management, effective decision making, results-oriented, ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with meeting management with the ability to structure small- and large-group meetings to achieve pre-defined objectives.
  • Self-starter with an ability to identify behavioral and knowledge gaps and develop training to address them.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Up to 30% travel required.

About The Job

  • Design and implement communication plans to share information at the appropriate level within the core team, the wider Design & Research Org, and Cross-functional stakeholders. 
  • Communicate issues related to staying on schedule and propose solutions to remedy the issue.

  • Foresee and address potential issues before they impact the team. .

About the role:

In this role, you will: 

  • Drive programs across multiple internal teams as well as partner teams. This Includes horizontal and vertical types of programs.
