About the Role

Cloudflare is seeking a highly skilled and technically-oriented project manager to lead and manage global People team projects. You will drive project excellence and help the People function execute more efficiently against global and cross-functional initiatives. You will be able to work with the entire People Leadership team to lead and manage our most impactful People projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Having recently exceeded $1 billion in revenue, this Project Manager will be joining at an exciting point of growth as Cloudflare plans to scale to $5 billion in revenue, and from 3,800 to 10,000 employees, in the next five years. Our focus is finding the best people to work at Cloudflare and enabling them to do their best work. As we continue to grow, scale and mature our operations, we are looking for a proven Project Manager who is highly organized and motivated to solve tough problems that come with fast-growing, dynamic and global teams. 

  • In this role, you will report to the Head of People Operations, leading complex and cross-functional initiatives that support our broader People team strategy.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to partner with all People team functions and our cross-functional partners, serving as a project leader in establishing and teaching project management methodologies and tools that help the People function execute projects optimally. 
  • You will also help manage our People team planning process, publishing our People team goals and establishing a cadence of regularly reviewing progress and ensuring initiatives stay on track.
  • You will help tell our story and convey key messages by developing slides for company-wide presentations.

We are looking for candidates that are agile, able to move with speed, and balance between presenting to senior executives while at the same time diving deep into the details of the project plan.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure strategic priorities are met by aligning projects to company and People team goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Identify and mitigate project risks early, engaging the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Implement change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to daily operations.
  • Partner across various stakeholders in the business as well as across People functions to gather key requirements and gain support for the change prior to release.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor project performance and make informed decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting project milestones and outcomes.
  • Develop exec-level presentation slides for broad consumption that tell a compelling story.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

    • 10+ yrs managing high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders and business functions.
    • Proven working experience as a project manager in the technology sector, preferably with an international consulting firm
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining project resources and planning tools e.g. project plan, scope, status updates, resource plans, risk plans with associated mitigations.
    • Expert level slide making capability
    • Self-starter who’s able to execute with minimal supervision and some ambiguity
    • Experience in driving collaboration, accountability, decision making and governance toward project outcomes
    • Deep familiarity with different project methodologies (agile, waterfall, etc) and able to draw best practices to create solutions that make sense for Cloudflare.

Compensation

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

  • For Colorado-based hires: Estimated annual salary of 127,000 - 155,000
  • For New York City, Washington, and California (excluding Bay Area) based hires: Estimated annual salary of 148,000 - 180,000
  • For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of 156,000 - 190,000

  • Work with customers, Telematics Installers and other stakeholders to manage installation, service and/or repair of our telematics solutions.

About this role:

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced and motivated EHR Integration Project Manager. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the US. This role will lead the implementations of iRhythm’s EHR Integration service with health systems across the country. You will be our go-to person for our customers as you lead them through our implementations and ultimately to go-live, while setting them up for a successful long-term experience with our integration service. Managing these projects successfully will take a mix of people skills, project management, and technical expertise in configuring integrations.

Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Interact with clients to understand integration need; works with the sales team to evaluate the account fit and readiness

  • Work and communicate independently with the client’s implementation team on regular basis

About you:

You are an analytical, detail-oriented individual with the ability and desire to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. While a large piece of the role is customer-facing, this team interacts with nearly every other division at iRhythm and are looking for someone that is excited about continuing to improve our processes, our collaboration with others within iRhythm and the other companies we work with, and the overall value that our customers get out of the comprehensive iRhythm solution.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with health systems and managing integrations or EHR project on either the health system or vendor side previously. Experience with the specific technologies mentioned below are a plus.

  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on collaboration and flexibility when working with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • At least 3 years of integration experience with EHR’s
  • Significant knowledge of, and experience configuring, HL7 integration engine solutions (Mirth preferred, others are ok!). Experience with FHIR is a plus.
  • Significant knowledge of HL7 and experience coding messages (i.e. ORM, ORU).
  • Experience with scripting (we use JavaScript, we’re looking for experience with any language) with regular expressions.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize business requirements in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Office and associated tools for project management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven success in working with health systems or providers in a strategic and consultative capacity, ideally including workflow consultation with customers and prospects.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and health economics is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in the healthcare field.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time, as needed.
