Job Description

Purpose of the Job and Expected Outcome

Lead and/or support regional teams in the execution of projects and to excel in service performance and delivery. To deliver superior performance (time, quality, cost, and service) to exceed the clients’ expectations and specifications and continued business relationship.

Key Accountabilities 

  • Oversee project conduct to provide a pro-active and timely project/study communication with the clients to maximize client satisfaction and continuing relationships as the primary point of contact between the Clinical team and ECL
  • Ensure accurate, timely and efficient study execution according to clinical protocol/quote within the regional scope of the project
  • Ensure that the project is conducted in accordance with project management global standards and procedures of ECL
  • Ensure that client’s formal approval on specifications, incl. amendments, are obtained before putting into production
  • Ensure all study activities (set-up, conduct, closure) are delivered on-time, in full (on specs) and within budgets and oversee corrective actions to bring them back on track and expectations
  • Maintain complete financial management of the budget for assigned studies
  • Take appropriate actions and escalate to/follow-through with Head PM, other functional and site leaders if services and projects deviate from expectations
  • Ensure that the Study File is accurate, maintained, complete, and self-explanatory such that it will pass a regulatory inspection during the life time of the study, and at any time after closure in line with the prevailing regulations at the time of the study
  • When required, actively support sales in bid process to gain repeat, and/or new, long-term business
  • Support and work with QA, be present during the study audit, and present the study file
  • Ensure timely resolution of corrective actions assigned to the Project Manager
  • Execute projects within timelines and on budget
  • Lead, manage, and support assigned projects to surpass global standards in a competitive and fluid drug development services business environment
  • Senior Project Managers will support Global Project Managers on global studies in their region
  • Perform other duties assigned by manager

Education

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Project Manager EMEA (PM-EMEA) who will ensure successful deployments of our Rootstock ERP solution to meet the specific needs of our customers.

As PM-EMEA, you will provide our customers with proactive application and implementation leadership for their Rootstock ERP implementation projects. You are responsible for managing implementation services for customer accounts from sales transition through project Go Live and close-out. This is a remote role, based in or near the Netherlands, reporting to the Sr Director of Professional Services, International. Based on customer needs, this is a contract role to start, and may potentially be converted to an employee. Dutch fluency is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates and monitors project plans, schedules, and reports, and manages all documentation pertaining to assigned projects.
  • Conducts regular status meetings with customers and team to assess progress against plan; performs re-forecasts of project variables as necessary throughout the project.
  • Manages the Statement of Work with the customer, ensuring Change Requests are developed as appropriate, and managing the overall scope of the project.
  • Identify major milestones and delivery dates, manage scope, track progress to detailed schedules and coordinate resources.
  • Develop and maintain operating budgets for each project.
  • Conduct post-project analysis to ensure project goals were met and evaluate cost variances and metrics.
  • Ensure that the projects adhere to the implementation methodology, requirements, budget, and Statement of Work.
  • Updates internal project status systems.
  • Develop and maintain a functional knowledge of Rootstock and Salesforce.
  • Acts as the focal point for customer communications and escalations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Ability to manage technical tasks for multiple projects simultaneously and set appropriate priorities between them.
  • Work in a multi-cultural and multi-time zone environment.
  • 3-5 year’s experience in enterprise software implementations and managing cross-functional projects with a high attention to detail.
  • Flexible and quick learner who can juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects (internally and externally) in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Fluency in Dutch (verbal, written)
  • Proven track record of successful deployments as well as customer and team satisfaction.

About this role:

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced and motivated EHR Integration Project Manager. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the US. This role will lead the implementations of iRhythm’s EHR Integration service with health systems across the country. You will be our go-to person for our customers as you lead them through our implementations and ultimately to go-live, while setting them up for a successful long-term experience with our integration service. Managing these projects successfully will take a mix of people skills, project management, and technical expertise in configuring integrations.

Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Interact with clients to understand integration need; works with the sales team to evaluate the account fit and readiness
  • Analyzes and documents customer requirements and business workflow for integration implementations
  • Responsible for project management of implementations of iRhythm’s EHR interface engine with customers
  • Work and communicate independently with the client’s implementation team on regular basis
  • Oversees testing and validation of implemented interfaces based on customer requirements
  • Assists sales team in explaining iRhythm’s interface mechanisms and details to the clients on pre-sale conference calls.
  • Follows project management mechanism to track EHR implementation process on regular basis throughout the implementation, ensuring timely completion of all technical and workflow components both at our customer and iRhythm
  • Align with customer on action plan that achieves success metrics and goals of the EHR integration and accelerates adoption of Zio throughout account.
  • Post implementation transition of accounts to the Customer Care organization for ongoing support
  • Drive continuous improvement of our processes and value to customers by leading and executing on internal projects, interacting with multiple internal and vendor stakeholders.

 

 

About you:

You are an analytical, detail-oriented individual with the ability and desire to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. While a large piece of the role is customer-facing, this team interacts with nearly every other division at iRhythm and are looking for someone that is excited about continuing to improve our processes, our collaboration with others within iRhythm and the other companies we work with, and the overall value that our customers get out of the comprehensive iRhythm solution.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with health systems and managing integrations or EHR project on either the health system or vendor side previously. Experience with the specific technologies mentioned below are a plus.

In addition to the overview above, here are a few key skills and qualities we’re looking for from you:

  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on collaboration and flexibility when working with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • At least 3 years of integration experience with EHR’s
  • Significant knowledge of, and experience configuring, HL7 integration engine solutions (Mirth preferred, others are ok!). Experience with FHIR is a plus.
  • Significant knowledge of HL7 and experience coding messages (i.e. ORM, ORU).
  • Experience with scripting (we use JavaScript, we’re looking for experience with any language) with regular expressions.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize business requirements in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Office and associated tools for project management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven success in working with health systems or providers in a strategic and consultative capacity, ideally including workflow consultation with customers and prospects.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and health economics is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in the healthcare field.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time, as needed.

  • 4+ years of experience on projects in the renewable energy market is required.
  • 10 + years of project management experience in an engineering consulting environment in the renewable energy, EPC engineering, power generation or power delivery sector is required.
  • Knowledge of PV system design is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of project controls is required.
  • High level understanding of different engineering disciplines: civil, structural, electrical, and others.

Job Description:

  • Oversee projects in a portfolio or a suite of projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or similar.
  • Prior experience in a renewable energy construction or engineering environment is required.

  • Advanced verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to be both creative and analytical.
