Job Description

In our Salesforce development team, testing is currently performed manually. We are looking for experienced Senior Quality Engineers to establish a robust test automation framework that aligns with existing practices in our Azure development teams while considering the unique aspects of Salesforce. The role will involve initiating the automation of key parts of the application and, once established, scaling the team by onboarding junior Quality Engineers to accelerate the development of automated testing.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with delivery, functional and quality engineering teams to define test scope for user stories, bug fixes, and features.

  • Develop and execute both manual and automated test cases.

  • Ensure thorough test coverage, especially for Salesforce-specific functionalities, and perform integration testing across modules.

  • Maintain and improve test automation frameworks, focusing on scalability and reducing manual effort.

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts utilizing our existing solutions, such as the test frameworks in C#, HTTP Client (for backend testing), Selenium WebDriver (for UI testing), and ADS, to improve collaboration between the SF and TPS teams. 

  • Automate testing for Salesforce-specific services and components, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

  • Perform manual testing when needed, particularly for complex or new features.

  • Identify gaps in the current QA process and suggest improvements to enhance overall testing efficiency.

  • Own and deliver quality initiatives, ensuring alignment with team goals and high standards of delivery.

  • Lead testing efforts for multi-phase projects spanning multiple sprints, collaborating across teams.

  • Work closely with developers and cross-functional partners to clarify testing needs, resolve ambiguities, and align on technical expectations.

  • Mentor and guide team members in understanding test automation frameworks and improving test coverage.

  • Monitor and report on test progress, quality risks, and key metrics to stakeholders.

  • Develop risk mitigation strategies for potential quality issues in Salesforce deployments.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce testing, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) and integration into CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps,GIT).

  • Familiarity with Salesforce-specific testing tools (e.g., Provar, TestComplete) is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

As IT Support Specialist, you'll:

ERP and BI System Support

  • Provide business systems support and maintenance, especially across our ERP, BI platform, and middleware software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any Level 1 issues related to the ERP system promptly.
  • Coordinate with vendors and IT teammates to implement system updates, patches, and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain QA tasks related to data & system integrity.

Technology Support and Maintenance

  • Be the first layer of technical support to team members for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on existing IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. 
  • Manage and improve our corporate network infrastructure including routers, switches, conference room technology, printers, security, and wi-fi.
  • Lead and support technology improvement projects including business requirements sessions with stakeholders, design, build, testing, training, documentation, and post-live support.
  • Manage and improve our business continuity and disaster recovery posture.
  • Create documentation and knowledge sharing including process and data flows, issue resolutions, and training materials.

Onboarding New Team Members

  • Manage the technology onboarding process for new employees, including setting up any necessary equipment and software.
  • Provide training and support to new hires on company systems, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure all necessary access permissions and accounts are created and configured.

Collaboration and Improvement

  • Establish and implement software, system, and data management policies to govern the organization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing new technologies or systems that can enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or similar education and career experience.
  • 2-3 years professional experience such as experience in IT support or similar work within a fast-growing company [ideally onsite / within an office environment]
  • Strong technical aptitude, knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems, and ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.

Position: Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities include:

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to provide services for Engineers and SQA to build, provision, deploy and manage their application stacks in AWS and other Cloud Platforms. Write, build and deploy services globally and at scale. Write tools to automate the entire development lifecycle. Work with toolsets including AWS API, Java, Go, configuration management tools and more. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Sciences, or a related field, and 4 years of networking and devops experience. Must have experience with: AWS or Azure; Linux system administration skills such as OS deployments, patching and management; Configuration management tools such as Terraform; Container management technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for automated deployments; Networking concepts and protocols including 5G networks, DNS, TCP/IP, IPSEC SSL VPN and firewalls; and Incident, Change and Operations Management. Vous serez amené à :

  • Collaborer avec les utilisateurs finaux afin de comprendre leurs besoins et développer une vision commune du produit
  • Participer avec le QA et le PO à la rédaction des BDD
  • Participer aux différentes cérémonies agiles
  • Participer avec le techlead aux différentes phases d’analyse et de conception technique
  • Implémenter les différentes tâches tout en respectant les principes du clean code
  • Participer aux revues de codes et proposer des améliorations de la qualité du code et de l'architecture
  • Préparer et présenter les démos aux utilisateurs finaux
  • Mettre en place des stratégies de testing
  • Travailler sur l’amélioration continue des pratiques de craftsmanship et de clean code de l’équipe

Qualifications

  • Vous avez minimum 3 ans d’expérience en développement dans des environnements Java/JEE backend avec une première expérience en frontend (Angular, React ou VueJs) dans un contexte agile.

About the role

We are looking for a Team Manager to manage a team of 5-17 “Lifestyle Managers” (concierges) who are specialists at delivering solutions to members’ requests. 

Responsibilities:  

Service Delivery 

  • To manage resource plans and rotas for your team, to be agreed well in advance. Each to be implemented and maintained accurately for the team to handle member’s requests effectively and avoid any gaps in coverage. 

 

  • To take responsibility for providing sufficient coverage for the wider business and not just your own team needs. Ensure sufficient coverage on weekends, evenings, and bank holidays to always maintain 100% service delivery. 

 

  • Work closely with IT and Finance to ensure that Lifestyle Managers (Concierges) always receive prompt and effective support for PCs, telephone system, and the knowledge management system. Take personal responsibility for ensuring problems are resolved and Lifestyle Managers can work speedily and efficiently. 

 

  • To set measures and targets for the team that contribute to the overall business need and ensure these are communicated in a timely manner. The team should know, at the start of the month, how and what they need to perform to. 

 

  • To manage any lateness, sickness or punctuality issues by individuals following HR guidelines so that any effect to service delivery is minimized. 

 

Development and Performance Management 

  • To manage the performance of your team of Lifestyle Managers so that they meet and aim to exceed job and supplier revenue targets and always deliver superb member satisfaction.

 

  • To regularly review requests managed by Lifestyle Managers, listen to calls and read communication, to assess Member Satisfaction within your team. 

  • Work closely with the Service Improvement Team to benchmark results and service levels, using the QA results to coach Lifestyle Managers through prompt and regular feedback, seeking opportunities to improve performance.  

 

  • To conduct monthly 121s, and performance reviews every 4 months for the team, identifying improvement areas and offering coaching to maximize performance.  

 

  • To identify and develop high calibre performers so that they progress within Ten. To work with your line manager as to ensure Lifestyle Managers progress through the formal development programs, ensuring staff retention and effective succession planning. 

 

  • To ensure that all team members are aware and understand all relevant HR policies while encouraging adherence. 

 

  • To oversee pre-employment screening for new starters (by working closely with HR) to ensure this is completed within the individuals’ probation period.   

 

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Understand and perform the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly Team Manager duties independently, on time, and without direction. 

 

  • Manage the time, attendance, and performance of your team to include response times, targets, and quality of work. 

 

  • At all times, maintain a working knowledge of all programs your team support and duties your team perform. 

 

  • Maintain a sense of urgency surrounding active support of team members and team buy-in. 

 

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  • Sales professional with extensive experience and outstanding achievements in sales with a tour operator, travel agent or concierge travel business putting together flight inclusive travel itineraries. 

  • A proven track record for impeccable time management and organizational skills. 

  • Experience in handling customer escalations through to resolutions.

  • First-hand experience with creating tailor made luxury packages for high-net-worth clients from start to finish.

We are looking for a seasoned DBA to support engineering teams in their day to day work. Technology selection, data modelling, query optimization, monitoring & troubleshooting issues, etc. are continuous needs that you will help teams with.

You will not only support the teams but will be responsible for evangelizing and leveling up our engineering teams regarding their data and database. By providing guidance and training.

In parallel to that, as our system is complex and distributed, you will work closely with our Senior Director of Technology to build a solid data governance framework and define/execute our data strategy.

Requirements:

  • Prior system configuration experience based on design specifications is a plus. The role will focus on configuration of a proprietary application based on Oracle’s ADF (Application Development Framework). No prior Oracle or ADF experience necessary.
  • Investigates and reproduces issues, provides fixes and workarounds and verifies changes and ensure continued support of the software solution
  • Ability to investigate challenging tickets from Client and close the tickets
  • Monitor and own all support related metrics including ticket backlog, average time to close, workload distribution, first response time, resolution time and ticket escalations
  • Strong understanding of databases like Oracle, SQL Server etc.
