ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Assists candidates over the phone, email, or text correspondence to apply to open requisitions
  • Manages the Recruiting phone line by promptly responding to phone calls, text messages, and emails regarding candidate's applications and help answer job inquiries
  • Schedules interviews between candidates and hiring managers and coordinates interview expectations for both the candidate and hiring manager
  • Manages the job posting process by posting job openings on the company's website and other job boards, and responding to iniquities from potential candidates
  • Conducts initial screenings of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open job positions
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the company's applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Supports building connections with community organizations, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, social networking sites, and other resources
  • Assists with job fairs and other recruiting events, including planning and logistics
  • Supports the recruiting team by proactively checking in to assist with daily recruitment tasks and projects, which may include, updating data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), sending follow-up correspondence to candidates, and supporting other administrative tasks as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1+ years of HR/Recruiting or Admin experience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Read, understand, and follow the Employee Handbook and all company policies and procedures
  • Able to produce and work the following all MS Office software
  • Highly motivated and able to adapt to change
  • Positive and Professional Attitude

COMPENSATION: $22.00-$27.00/hour

LOCATION:Hybrid. The Din Tai Fung USA Corporate Office is located in Arcadia, CA.
