What you’ll do

To help us build functional systems that improve the customer experience we are now looking for an experienced Sr. Manager of SRE. You will be responsible to help improve Reliability, Scalability and Security of our SaaS platform.  You will be responsible for overall infrastructure for our Cloud platform and Datacenter setup, deploying security updates, Reporting Uptime and other relevant SLAs and managing and evolving our incident management process.

  • Manage, lead, and uplevel the SRE team as well as the wider Engineering team.
  • Collaborate with other Engineering managers to evolve our Infrastructure to the next level of reliability and scalability.
  • Lead your teams to deliver with a high level of executive and achievement.
  • Define and manage project plans and deliverables for the SRE group. 
  • Well-versed in SRE tools, concepts and methodologies. 
  • Help the team Investigate and resolve technical issues. 
  • Work across various Engineering teams (DevOps, Platform, Product) to identify areas of improvement in our SaaS platform.
  • Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.

Your skill-set 

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 6+ years experience directly and formally managing and leading SRE team and function
  • Prior professional experience as a SRE Engineer or similar role
  • Architectural experience building and managing large scale SaaS systems
  • Experience with multiple cloud technologies required (one of: AWS or GCP)
  • Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, Python or Golang required
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Infrastructure as a Code concepts.
  • Well versed with incident management process, uptime SLA, and, error budget etc.
  • Possess technical confidence and familiarity with SRE tools, techniques, and more importantly, mindset
  • Proven ability to develop innovative solutions that lead to increased productivity

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience with multi-cloud architectural environments preferred.
  • Experience managing teams supporting Google Cloud Platform (GCP) rollouts preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Opentrace, etc preferred.
  • Experience leading and/or supporting platform engineering teams and driving alignment with other engineering teams preferred.
  • Telephony infrastructure experience preferred.

About the Role:

Bloomreach is solving one of the digital world’s most fundamental problems: helping people instantly find what they need when they need it. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineerto join our Search Intelligence team, who will play a crucial role in advancing our search and personalization capabilities. The team focuses on designing, building, and enhancing semantic understanding, query parsing and processing, and language modeling within the search system. Your contributions will include the development of new recall and ranking search algorithms, as well as the implementation of machine learning and LLM models to optimize the digital experience for commerce. What you'll do:

  • Design and implement recall and ranking search algorithms, leveraging the latest LLM models to optimize the digital experience for commerce

  • Partner with the Product team to understand requirements and use cases, Lead and engage cross-functional engineering teams to plan and drive end to end execution of projects

What you'll need:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java or another object-oriented language, working with cloud providers (AWS, GCP) and building enterprise software products.
  • Experience with open source search engines (Solr, ElasticSearch) as well as big data and large-scale data processing technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
  • Proven track record in developing and maintaining distributed systems at scale in a production environment.
  • Extensive background in data structures and algorithms with strong software architecture skills.
  • Familiarity with the machine learning algorithms and tools, and keen interest for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in search/GenAI/LLM  technologies, and related fields.
  • Experience working with Data Science teams to implement ML models in real-time serving is a plus.
  • Startup experience in a fast-paced growth company is highly desirable but not required.

The base salary range for this position is $135,000-$185,000. As a Technical Architect, you’ll … 

  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success peers to launch new customers, drive successful product adoption, and reduce time to first value from Webflow. You’ll help tailor our launch strategies according to each customer’s business needs and objectives.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to cultivate and deepen strategic relationships with multiple customers simultaneously, inspiring them and instilling them with confidence to grow their businesses with Webflow.

 Our engineering team solves tough problems and works on operationalizing research innovations to mitigate the risk posed by deepfakes and synthetic voices. This allows enterprises to assess whether a caller is a real person speaking live or not in real time. As a software test engineer on our Deepfake team, your role will be to act as the team’s subject matter expert in test engineering and contribute to code with a focus on testability. You will review designs and look closely at code quality and risk. You will be responsible for refactoring code to make it more testable and creating  testing frameworks and automation. 

What you’ll do 

  • Partner in ownership of source code and act as a consultant recommending better program structure and coding style
  • Review and refactor existing test code
  • Analyze requirements to determine the testing strategy of different applications and products through automation
  • Participate in product and feature design with developers, usability specialists, user interface designers, and product managers
  • Create, update, review automated test cases to match product feature sets, execute manually as required
  • Participate and contribute to product code reviews
  • Educate team members on current and evolving practices, patterns and process to improve product quality

Bloomreach is seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to own the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI and GenAI driven algorithmic components for search, recommendation and behavioral insights that are used to personalize digital experiences for our customers. Our centralized data science team spanned across multiple geographies, is responsible for the data science modules that power all the products of the company, including Search Relevance, Recommendation, User Personalization, User Segmentations, Content Intelligence and Conversational Commerce. We invent and apply machine learning, data mining, and information retrieval algorithms to understand, identify, and improve web content discovery. We have built industry leading algorithms in search and recommendations for the commerce space that serve the most relevant experiences using Artificial Intelligence with the goal-building AI driven experiences beyond commerce.

We are currently allowing flexibility for all our employees to work from anywhere for the respective region. 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and enhance ML/AI models which mainly power Search and Recommendation.
  • Process historical data, search queries, product catalog, and images to extract hidden relations and features.
  • Conduct research to explore ongoing cutting-edge ML techniques (especially deep learning) and conduct a quick POC.
  • Work closely with Data Engineers and Senior Data Scientists to integrate and scale ML components to a production-level that can handle terabytes of data.
  • Continuously learn and stay up to date with the current state-of-the-art techniques by reading research papers and attending AI/ML conferences.

Qualifications:

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with a strong mathematical foundation and excellent programming skills (primarily Python)

  • Strong awareness and understanding of recent trends in Generative AI and LLMs. Experience in working with GenAI stack will be treated as strong credentials.

What challenge awaits you?

As the Bloomreach Head of Pricing & Packaging,this role will drive the pricing and packaging strategy for all Bloomreach products. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working cross-functionally with a variety of teams and have a passion for data analysis, financial modeling, and commercial strategy. In this role, you will need to be able to balance a variety of opinions, be customer-focused, and have the ability to work independently. Strong candidates will have a proven track record in delivering successful Pricing and Packaging strategies for enterprise SaaS software products and have delivered these strategies in a fast-paced business environment.

Your job will be to:

  • Define and drive monetization (pricing and packaging) strategy for all Bloomreach products, and build/maintain a coherent monetization roadmap for our product portfolio
  • Work with CPO and Product Management to understand product roadmap and feature functionality to develop pricing and packaging recommendations
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to provide strategic and analytical support on negotiations
  • Keep an eye on the market and competition to keep us a step ahead and understand which product levers we’re in the best position to monetize
  • Get executive buy-in and alignment around new Pricing and Packaging strategies
  • Develop Pricing and Packaging collateral and tools in the form of presentations, FAQs, etc. to enable the Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Liaison between GTM, Sales, Operations, Legal, Product, and IT to manage and deploy all SKUs and contribute to the new product introduction processes
  • Build, develop and grow a team of highly talented individuals 

You have the following experience and qualities:

  • 5+ years of Pricing, Product Marketing, Consulting and/or Corporate Strategy experience focused on enterprise software products
  • Able to analyze data and distill into actionable insights for senior leadership

About the opportunity

Are you a strategic thinker with a talent for balancing risk vs. reward and a track record of taking real estate operations teams to the next level? The Director of Real Estate Valuations will run the department that values and underwrites Homeward’s properties swiftly, accurately, and efficiently. 

The Valuations team is an internal function that equips Sales and Customer Experience to deliver a world class experience to agents and customers. They accomplish this by assessing market values and reviewing inspection reports to make holistic recommendations on contract prices and/or potential repairs. 

In partnership with Finance and C-Suite, The Director of Real Estate Valuations will be responsible for setting a vision for real estate valuations that balances sales conversion with financial risk, and executing that vision with process and tech development, reporting, and people leadership of the Valuations team. This role will report into the Senior Director of Transaction Operations.

 

In this role you will

  • Oversee Valuations Team and manage Homeward’s risk on properties we own at any given time, team SLAs, and OpEx efficiency
  • Enhance and cultivate a world-class property underwriting department by implementing innovative strategies, fostering a culture of excellence, and investing in the professional development of team members.
  • Generate comprehensive market insights and identify emerging trends to be reported to senior leaders, collaborating closely to implement tailored pricing strategies for each quarter.
  • Partner with multiple orgs within Homeward to help deliver a world class customer experience
  • Provide regular, insightful updates about Valuations’ performance to larger Ops and Finance stakeholder groups
  • Iterate with cross-functional leaders on process & policy enhancements to reduce risk and improve scalability, and create strong feedback loop with team to execute ongoing learnings and changes
  • Partner with Digital Product to create robust yet extremely efficient tech-enabled processes, reporting/dashboards, and data capture, leveraging automation where possible
  • Make decisions on escalated file requests, including values for high-risk properties, potential denials, and challenging inspection-related items
  • Partner with Mortgage Appraisals and Finance to stay up to date on regulatory and creditor guidelines related to property approvals
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of how our Homeward products relate to real estate contracts and industry best practices
  • Host weekly team meetings and 1-1 meetings with each team member
  • Manage the teams' schedules to ensure adequate coverage seven days a week
  • Serve as primary point of contact for key vendors, such as our BPO Vendor
