About you

To enable us on our growth trajectory, we’re searching for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with product questions, training and technical problems when using Assignar. You will be responsible for supporting our customers in Australia and New Zealand. Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.

You’ll ideally bring with you:

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with the construction industry (a plus)
  • Experience using zendesk software (a plus) and remote support tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience and poise when handling tough cases
  • Ability to explain technical jargon in layman's terms for our customers
  • Ability to work flexible hours to cover the AWST timezone

Day to day, you will:

  • Independently manage the allocated queue of support requests and assume ownership of incoming requests.
  • Be an expert on the Assignar platform, including product limitations, system integrations, and solutioning of workflows.
  • Provide high quality, articulate communication with customers - focusing on first-contact resolution whenever possible, and progressing the case along in a meaningful way with each touch point.
  • Consistently deliver timely, meaningful responses to customer inquiries, questions, requests and issues.
  • Review standard reporting requests that come from the Success team and customers. Assist with building reports based on specifications provided.

What success looks like

In the first month, you will go through extensive systems, processes and product training. Understanding all the ins and outs of the Assignar platform and start to help respond to tickets on Zendesk.

Product Marketing Manager

Product Marketing serves as glue that binds our product strategy with our go-to-market approaches in order to drive success and exceed our growth targets across sales and customer marketing.  

As Product Marketing Manager, your primary objective is to drive awareness and growth of CipherHealth across our key segments by devising and executing targeted campaigns in alignment with Growth Marketing. You will contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives, including product launches, growth campaigns, sales enablement, and branding.  With equal parts Product Marketer and Storyteller, you will help develop the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for our solutions by building a compelling narrative that will resonate with our primary customer groups and differentiate CipherHealth from the competition. 

Reporting into the Director, Product Marketing, you will be an essential part of the marketing team and collaborate regularly with our product, sales, clinical and customer success teams to ensure proper product/market fit for our solutions in a dynamic market.  You’ll play a critical role in building the go-to-market strategies for our products and positioning our products in simple, compelling and convincing ways to differentiate us in the market. 

A key aspect of this role is the ability to think outside the box and create new and interesting ways to reach potential clients and keep current customers engaged. The ideal candidate is highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, passionate about his/her work, and a self-starter. The ideal candidate understands how to analyze and understand key market segments, elicit customer insights, identify new areas of opportunity and develop innovative strategies for increased market penetration and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and company messaging
  • Drive the external launches of net-new products and updates to existing products aligned with the product roadmap
  • Project manage GTM execution for launches 
  • Partner directly with the Demand Generation team to develop campaigns and plays to increase awareness and drive qualified leads to the Sales Team 
  • Maintain detailed customer/prospect personas with pain points, messaging strategies, and where each persona fits in the buying process for the product

  • Ensure customer focus by collaborating with Growth and Product Management to bring the voice of the customer into marketing launches and deliverables  

Requirements

  • 5 – 7 years product marketing experience (B2B)
  • Understanding of and experience working in the healthcare space highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and visual storytelling
  • Proven success in executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once, with multiple stakeholders, and getting products/features launched on-time

As a Senior Frontend Engineer,you’ll … 

  • Develop the underpinnings of our Designer Extensioncodebase, building the future of how third-party developers can interact with the Webflow Designer in a performant, secure and user-friendly manner
  • Develop a deep understanding of our architecture and codebase while also learning about our product and the customers that use it
  • Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, designers and QA analysts in an autonomous, supportive team environment
  • Build and maintain unit and integration tests (Mocha, Jest, Cypress)
  • Mentor other engineers on best practices, code design considerations, and quality

What you’ll do:

  • Leads clinical capacity management and operational efforts, including availability assessment, capacity forecasting and optimization for all Clinical staff.
  • Manages Capacity Management and Provider Operations team by establishing clear goals and expectations, tracking progress against goals, ensuring timely feedback and addressing performance problems and issues promptly in alignment with our values. 
  • Advises Medical Director, People & Culture, and Finance as to Clinical Staffing needs, and mix (Tiering,1099), as well as optimal national-level state licensing mix
  • Develops and executes workforce planning strategy and oversees staff managing clinical schedules.
  • Establish and deliver reports on an regular cadence to the Executive team regarding utilization and capacity metrics
  • Designs and maintains rigorous analysis practices using business intelligence methods and approaches while maintaining data integrity. Typical areas of analysis include: Clinician staffing mix, capacity thresholds, forecasting, national licensure levels, panel status (open/close), credentialing, and provider template optimization.
  • Works cross-functionally with clinical leadership, finance, sales, product, and growth to understand key drivers and inputs of Capacity.
  • Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to manage capacity and wait time SLAs. 
  • Closely monitors capacity coverage gaps and makes data driven recommendations based on defined Service Level Agreements. 
  • Manages staff overseeing clinical licensing, including record maintenance, information compilation, and submission of the necessary forms in order to obtain and maintain clinical licensing. Ensures the timely submission of materials to state agencies in order to obtain licenses promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage administrative work and projects relating to the organization’s entity structure (PCs and MSO). 

What you’ll need:

  • 6+ years of experience in distributed healthcare operations and business process design/execution within a high-growth startup or healthcare environment and/or consulting
