Your Department

We run Open Telekom Cloud, a public cloud standard product based on open source community software and driven by principles of DevOps and with SRE in mind. This also includes DevSecOps and GitOps approaches. We have Software Developers, backend experts, fullstack engineers, SREs, and other roles working hand-in-hand. Lean structures, agile methods, highly motivated teams and an extremely dynamic business environment determine our actions. With this customer-oriented and agile orientation, we are the anchor point for the Public Cloud business in Deutsche Telekom Group.

We are measured by delivering a secure, stable and innovative platform. We work jointly with our platform partner and other partners out of the OpenStack ecosystem to create a highly innovative public cloud product based on European security and data protection standards.

Your Tasks                                                                                                                        

As a "Developer Public Cloud" you understand the latest developments in cloud and container technology. Customer-oriented, you will develop new products and automation solutions for the Open Telekom Cloud.

Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Technically fluent in developer’s languages, specifically .NET, VB, C#, REACT and proficient in the design and implementation of web-based applications, websites, mobile-friendly websites and mobile applications development.
  • 2-4 years’ implementation experience of Object oriented design patterns of enterprise architecture.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in development using ASP.Net Framework 4.0 or later, .NET Core
  • Strong experience with ASP.Net/Web services, XML, XSLT, Java script, Ajax, jQuery, ADO.NET.
  • Well organized able to prioritize and coordinate simultaneous tasks and projects while addressing customer needs.

  • Extensive knowledge of HTML and CSS

Job Description

The Salesforce System Administrator will support the administration and development of the Growth team CRM application. This role will also help support the administration of other Growth technology tools including 6sense, Ringlead and Zoominfo. The administrator must have strong problem-solving skills and poses a keen ability to understand and conceptualize applications from both a technical and user perspective.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify business needs, opportunities, and problems related to the CRM and document requested changes/business requirements.
  • Analyse requirements and collaborate with the Rev Ops Team to determine effective solutions and propose to key stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and estimate requirements with the Rev Ops Technology Team during regular Scrum Team meetings.
  • Actively participate in all Scrum meetings as a member of the Rev Ops Technology Team.
  • Collaborate with IT to design, implement, test, and deliver custom solutions where programming is needed.
  • Assist in the preparation, facilitation, and execution of User Acceptance Testing as necessary.
  • Assist in the training of stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of delivered solutions.
  • Maintain data integrity for business intelligence, working closely with the Business Intelligence Analyst.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions within the CRM.
  • Build and maintain relationships between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
  • Manager support queue of Growth Technology Service Desk tickets.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or related field of study

Experience:

  • At least 2-5 years of experience as a CRM Administrator, specifically Salesforce
  • Experience participating in requirements gathering sessions and writing formal requirements documentation
  • Strong requirements analysis abilities
  • Excellent working knowledge of business analysis, quality assurance, and system development methodologies
  • Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations in support of recommendations
  • Self-starter, able to work independently, and entrepreneurial; enjoys creating and implementing new initiatives
  • Superior verbal, written and presentation skills required with the ability to work and communicate with all levels of management

Exposure:

  • Strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into system requirements
  • Experience with Scrum (or other agile methodology) is a plus
