Tech Skills:

Relational and Non-Relational DBs (Modeling and Optimization, SQL proficiency a plus).
Kubernetes knowledge is a plus, CI/CD Pipelines knowledge. React/NextJS knowledge is a plus. Serverless framework knowledge a plus.
Proficient creating technical documentation (APIs, Architecture decision logs).
Knowledge of microservice architectures, Application Integration Patterns. Knowledge of authentication, authorization, Single Sign On paradigms, platforms and tools (Cognito, Auth0, Oauth2, JWT, OIDC)
Web Development (React, JavaScript, CSS, html) is nice to have.

Requirements

Academic Training:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer with over 12 years of experience and a strong background in software design. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating scalable, efficient, and maintainable software solutions. Deep understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a leadership or technical leadership role, managing a team of engineers.

What You’ll Do

The fundamentals for the job…

Optimize testing and monitoring activities to ensure the quality of the systems and processes supporting the company’s operation.
Develop into a subject matter expert (SME) on certain lines of business and adjudication logic whilestaycurrent with regulatory guidelines.
Develop, document, and execute test plans, and test cases and scripts based on business functional requirements (independent of Software Test Engineer test plan).
Analyze, document, and report on test results to business stakeholders and SDLC teams.
Document and track issues identified during testing activities to ensure defect resolution and testing completion.
Perform functional testing of the specific adjudication changes being requested, their integration with the specific client rule being tested and related impact to other products. (e.g.member portal, platform visualization).

Qualifications

De formation Bac+5 école de commerce ou ingénieur, généraliste ou spécialisé :

Vous montrez un intérêt pour la compréhension et l’analyse de problématiques métier
Vous êtes intéressés par la compréhension dynamiques la transformation d’organisations
Vous appréciez échanger avec des interlocuteurs métiers pour accompagner l’émergence ou la qualification de leur ambition et points de souffrance, la définition de leurs besoins et interpréter avec eux les résultats de modèles
Vous avez une appétence pour les sujets techniques et faire le lien entre nos équipes de data engineers, data scientists ou full stack developpers et nos clients
Vous maîtrisez Power Point et Excel
La maîtrise de solutions de visualisation des données (ex : Power BI) est un plus.
Vous maîtrisez l'anglais oral et écrit.

Une certification scrum master ou PSPO serait un plus.

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to support the productivity and effectiveness of our Go-To-Market teams (Marketing, Sales, Order Management, etc.) and to create and translate the Account Master vision and strategy into a well-defined and prioritized backlog of user stories, with a strong focus on leveraging enterprise applications to enhance the sales journey. Senior Product Owner will lead our Account Master Scrum Team. This team is responsible for the data governance processes so that data is clearly understood, accurate, deduplicated, and metadata is defined. It develops a robust and intuitive salesforce application with appropriate controls, monitoring, and reporting and supports processes to systematically track and resolve data or process issues. The team is involved in the analytics and reporting in Progress BI environment and supports these functions and business processes.

Role Responsibilities:

Interpret our business needs, product strategy and vision to the technical development teams to ensure we build the right applications for the dynamic enterprise go-to-market opportunities.
Build user insights into all stages of the planning and execution processes through completing continuous stakeholder research and assessment activities.
Ensure continuous validation of features and stories with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
Synthesize information across vision, roadmap, and program backlog for the team(s).
Work closely with the Product Manager, triaging stakeholder requests, identify user pain points and champion solutions that improve value that users derive from the application(s).
Contribute to Enterprise Application Strategy and Roadmap, taking ownership of the Account Master aspects of this roadmap. Presents to stakeholders and end users.
Act as the voice of the user to the SAFe Agile team and drafting the team(s) specific objectives for the upcoming Program Increments (PI) and sprints, works with the team to decompose SAFe Agile epics into user stories and provides clarity on scope to aid the team with design and effort estimates
Drive Sprint goals and content through prioritized backlog and ensure definition of “ready” is validated through proper acceptance criteria, tests, quality, fitness for use and support the definition of done.
Own the backlog for the SAFe Agile team(s) which includes collaboration w/ PM, PO’s, Architects, etc. to ensure the proper sequencing of backlog items based on program priorities, events, technological implications, outcomes of PI and Sprints and dependencies with other teams; may also prepare and produce PI System Demo to fold the feedback into the Team/Program backlog. Manage product backlog execution risks and escalate to PM as needed.
Responsible for User Story prioritization, refinements, elaborations, story acceptance criteria, ensuring stories are clear, unambiguous as determined by the SAFe Agile Team(s).
Anticipate changes to supported third-party products’ lifecycle for the area of managed competence, updates the product backlog to ensure timely acceptance.

A strong candidate demonstrates:

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on Lead to Cash Enterprise Applications realm specifically focused on the Salesforce Sales Cloud domain; Accounts and Contacts health, data enrichment capabilities, firmographic data support, Customer segmentation.
Deep understanding of Enterprise Applications tools and their application within the sales process
Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services
Proven ability to articulate and execute against a strategic roadmap including an organized, well-defined visual Account hierarchy
Ability to lead others in solving complex problems using strong analytical skills and capable of deriving insights from stakeholder feedback and system data.
Proven ability to illicit input and dedication from teams outside of their span of control
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies and experience working in a SAFe Agile development environment
Ability to prioritize and manage a well-defined backlog, ensuring on-time delivery of valuable features
Ability to manage a consistent, scalable, and trustworthy coverage model so that reps, teams, and managers can efficiently manage their responsibilities
Communicate effectively to present complex problems, data, and potential solutions
