What keeps you busy during a day:
Responsible for the Agile Artifacts: Facilitate team members in Planning, Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Assist the team in staying focused and maintaining scrum tools.
Definition of Done and Definition of Ready: Help the team and product owner establish suitable Definitions of Done and Ready.
Develop and Nurture Group Dynamics: Coach the team, mediate conflicts, facilitate decision-making, and promote self-organization. Mediate conflicts of goals between the development team, engineering manager, product owner, other teams, and management.
Facilitate Company Events: Organize project/program events such as retrospectives, refinements, and discoveries. Coach junior Agile Coordinators for growth.
KPIs and OKRs: Assist teams, including Agile teams, in creating their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Monitor the progress of Agile team KPIs and OKRs.
Serving as a Mirror to the Team: Reflect Modern Agile and Scrum values to the team, remind them of arrangements, and facilitate continuous process improvement.
Provide Support to Product Owner: Collaborate with the Product Owner on user stories, product visions, backlog prioritization, and release planning. Coach the Product Owner on Impact Mapping and Story Mapping.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Agile practices, attend conferences, and exchange knowledge with other Agile Coordinators in the organization.
Consulting and Coaching: Offer guidance to team members and the organization on Agile practices and Agile Engineering Practices.
Feedback and Innovation: Provide feedback to the team, encourage the use of Agile Management Innovations, and challenge the team with Agile practices like FedEx-Days.
Knowledge Sharing: Participate in organisational events and share insights through blogging, internal conferences, and other channels.
Maintain the Big Picture: Facilitate communication among stakeholders, help the team report to management, and promote the Agile community within the organization.

De laatste jaren is de organisatie en klantenportefeuille snel gegroeid en we zoeken een ervaring Scrum Master, die mee kan in deze snelle groei en teams binnen corporate organisaties kan coachen, adviseren, begeleiden èn inspireren.
Als Scrum Master coach, adviseer en motiveer je jouw teams. Je helpt jouw teams om Agile te werken en meer wendbaar te worden. Je onderwijst en helpt hen bij het Scrum framework of andere Agile frameworks. Maar besteedt ook tijd aan teambuilding en momenten om de transitie en de nieuwe manier van werken leuk en avontuurlijk te houden. Je coacht en motiveert de medewerkers om continue te verbeteren en goed hun rol te pakken - vanuit de theorie naar praktijk.
Daarnaast help je natuurlijk de Product Owner en Teammanager bij jouw klant met het beheren van de backlog, het verbeteren van het team en het managen van de stakeholders om zo de Agile manier van werken een groot succes te maken, die op alle niveaus omarmd wordt.

Als Scrum Master ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
▪ Begeleiden en faciliteren van het Scrum proces voor jouw teams bij jouw (corporate) klanten;
▪ Helpen bij het continue verbeteren van het team en de processen;
▪ Trainen, onderwijzen en inspireren van jouw klanten in het Scrum framework of Agile frameworks;
▪ (1-op-1) Coachen en begeleiden van medewerkers;
▪ Adviseren, uitdagen en ondersteunen van Product Owners en management;
▪ Presentaties, workshops en trainingen geven op managementniveau.
▪ Hbo of Wo diploma;
▪ Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Scrum Master binnen (corporate) organisaties;
▪ Aanvullende opleidingen op het gebied van Scrum of Agile frameworks, project management of proces optimalisatie zijn een pré (PSM, Prince II, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)

Description: The Scrum Master coordinates an agile development team, ensures all activities use the principles of the Scrum Framework. The Scrum Master work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
