WHAT WE SEEK
We are looking for aTechnical Recruiterwho is an expert with the full life cycle recruitment of IT Professionals. The successful candidate will be the catalyst for the growth of the company by addressing its manpower needs.
Responsibilities
- Support for ongoing improvement and execution of the end to end recruitment process.
- Devise various recruitment and sourcing campaigns/plans/strategies (including forecasts and costs) to increase the pool of candidates.
- Management of all sourcing channels/job portals including procurement, addition, or termination with providers.
- Communicate with hiring managers for talent requirements and ability to formulate approved job descriptions
- Source talents either passive or active using different sourcing channels like LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobstreet, Social Media and other job portals.
- Conduct screening interviews and facilitate online testing for candidates.
- Facilitate and coordinate technical interviews with the Hiring Team and candidate.
- Create and finalize endorsement documents, job offers and contracts.
- Coordinate, plan and conduct onboarding activities for hired contractors.
- Lead process improvement efforts in the recruitment process.
- Manage recruitment analytics and create recruitment generated reports for the management
Qualification
- At least 3 years of experience working as Technical Recruiter, either as an Individual Contributor or in a team.
- Understanding and experience of end to end technical recruitment activities for IT related and other non-IT positions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to listen and accept constructive criticisms regarding work and performance.
- Self-starter. WE are a Startup.
- Has familiarity or experience in handling the following positions/technologies:
- Mobile Developer (Flutter)
- Frontend (Angular)
- Backend Developer (Node.Js)
- DevOps (GCP, AWS)
- Web Developer (Wordpress)
- Knowledge and experience of at least four of the following tools or software (Office 365, Slack, Trello, Basecamp, Monday.com, Zoom, Slack, Time Doctor, Google Drive).
Educational Attainment
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent
Plus-Factors
- 1 year working with a Tech Start-Up Company
- Proven success in an Executive Search Firm/ Head-Hunter setting
- Experience in hiring for Leadership roles especially for IT.
