As a software project manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of frontend, backend, and mobile developers, quality teams, Ai engineer, DevOps engineers, mid and junior project managers, and more. You will manage and work closely with the development teams to ensure that all software projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing the development process, from planning and design to implementation and deployment.


  • Project Planning: You will work with stakeholders and team members to define the project goals, timelines, and deliverables. You will create a detailed project plan, outlining tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resources required.

  • Team Management: You will manage and oversee the software development team, ensuring they have the resources, tools, and support they need to complete their work on time and to a high standard. You will delegate tasks and responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide feedback and coaching to team members.

  • Budget Management: You will be responsible for managing the project budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project is delivered within budget.

  • Risk Management: You will identify potential risks and issues that may impact the project and develop strategies to mitigate them. You will also monitor the project for potential risks and take proactive steps to address them.

  • Communication: You will communicate regularly with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to keep them informed about project progress, risks, and issues. You will facilitate effective communication between team members, ensuring that everyone is on the same page.

  • Quality Assurance: You will be responsible for ensuring that the software developed by the team meets the required quality standards. You will develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures, conduct code reviews, and ensure that testing is thorough and effective.

  • Documentation: You will ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. This includes project plans, schedules, status reports, and other project-related documentation.

  • Continuous Improvement: You will continuously review and assess project performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to improve efficiency, quality, and overall project success.


  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in software project management
  • 3+ years of software development experience 
  • Proven experience as a project manager in a software development environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience overseeing software development using technologies like AngularJS, Nodejs, AWS, and Flutter.
  • An extensive understanding of Management Information Systems, software development, IT infrastructure, and relational database systems.
  • In-depth understanding and strong knowledge of the Software Develop Life Cycle (SDLC) and Jira.
  • Expert Experience Managing projects in Jira


  • Start-up experience (we love entrepreneurs).
  • Knowledge of restaurant tech and operations

Our growing company is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Software to to lead lead customer / project onboarding and delivery to both internal and external stakeholders. They will contribute to the full lifecycle of project delivery including planning, coordination, product release, and success management.



Primary Role & Responsibilities

The candidate will lead (champion to both internal and external stakeholders) the delivery of software and related services as well as establish, grow, and maintain customer relationships.


Customer & Project Onboarding

  • Kickoff customer implementation process
  • Design and launch project schedules that align with internal and external requirements
  • Engage stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal / external sessions to advance project objectives


Project Delivery

  • Maintain project delivery schedules and communicate schedule and delivery expectations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Present software and related digital service deliverables to customers, in both one-off and extended rollouts
  • Identify and manage project schedule risk



  • Work alongside our Commercial team and support customer contract and sow process
  • Contribute to the product process by championing customer requirements with our internal product development team
  • Support and advocate for customer support needs with our application support and integration teams



Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years of related professional experience


Required Qualification & Education


  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
