What you’ll do:

  • Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives during the pre-sales process, owning the technical evaluation for prospects and partners from discovery through product demonstrations to close

  • Partner with our Channel Partners on enablement, demonstrations, and answering technical questions 
  • Act as Strategic Product Consultant to our existing clients and Customer Success team to help customers understand best practices around construction project management solutions and the many benefits they can provide
  • Serve as a trusted advocate, assisting customers in evaluating new products on the Procore Platform
  • Partner directly with the country leader to develop relationships in the region and P&T (Product & Technology) to achieve Product-Market Fit

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of construction industry expertise or pre-sales experience in the AEC industry in Germany
  • Previous experience working with sales teams to close new business by addressing prospects’ technical challenges
  • Ability to leverage strong technical aptitude to master Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders on time-sensitive projects
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both in-person and through virtual meetings, direct message, email, etc.

Veracity an RGP Company, is currently seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for HR / CSM to join our ServiceNow pre-sales team. The resource will be responsible for the creation of and delivery of product demonstrations for ServiceNow's HR / CSM product solutions to convey the business value of the platform and products, in a client consulting environment. The Senior Solution Consultant for HR / CSM will be responsible to develop, invest, and maintain thought leadership with deep subject matter expertise related to ServiceNow product capabilities and complimentary technologies in a client-consulting environment including one or more of the following: HR Service Delivery; Customer Service Management; Custom AppEngine Development; ServicePortal and the new NOW Experience Framework. Lead technical sales conversations and support an account business development executive.

  • Prepare client tuned proof of concepts and proof of value demonstrations
  • Lead demonstrations to illustrate business value of the platform and products
  • Consult customers on industry and ServiceNow best practices
  • Interface with ServiceNow technical teams as needed
  • Be a key member on pre-sales pitches and pursuit teams
  • Subject Matter Expertise on ServiceNow platform and product solutions
  • Identify improvements, new capabilities, industry trends and competitive landscapes
  • Assist the business development team to successfully close new business
  • Assist the business development team with defining, solutioning and sizing implementation proposals
  • Achieve ServiceNow Practice and Individual KPI’s and Metrics as defined

 

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

Technical Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years demonstrated pre-sales solution consulting experience 
  • Minimum 3 years demonstrated deep functional and technical experience in ServiceNow implementations
  • Working knowledge of web service standards such as SOAP, REST, XML, etc.
  • Working knowledge of web API’s, Data integrations/ETL, Relational Databases
  • Working knowledge of SaaS / PaaS environments such as AWS, Azure
  • Working knowledge of modern HTML5/CSS/LESS
  • Working knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, SSO technologies and standards
  • Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience in client facing, technical consulting roles
  • (CSA) Certified ServiceNow Administrator and (CIS-HR) Certified Implementation Specialist for HR and/or (CIS-CSM) Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM required

What you’ll do:

We are seeking a customer-service oriented Solutions Consultant to join our sales team and be responsible for actively driving the evaluation stage of the digital marketing sales process, working in conjunction with Account Executives and Account Managers as the key digital marketing advisor and product advocate.

  • Manage and own the development and delivery of digital marketing product demonstrations. Effectively provide clients and prospects with an understanding of the benefits of digital marketing products.
  • Represent all RevenueWell products to clients and prospects, including attending field events such as conferences, seminars, etc. as appropriate.
  • Effectively partner with the sales teams to position the digital marketingproducts appropriately to clients and prospect.
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs and pricing requests.
  • Create and consistently improve our presentations, demonstrations, resources and other sales tools for digital marketing
  • Manage competitive landscape and differentiation discussions (including competitive positioning matrices).
  • Manage prospect requests to pilot, test-the-test, or proof of concept presentations
  • Participate in sales support strategy discussions
  • Conduct annual user conference presentations both in person and virtually
  • Assist with new sales training for the
  • Convey client requirements to Product Management teams in order to help facilitate product enhancements and client feedback requests
  • Keep up to date and provide input on industry trends including updates to the sales team
  • Travel for in person sales and demo opportunities throughout the sales territory as appropriate
     

What you’ll need to have:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience with and thorough knowledge of digital marketing products
  • Very strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports.
  • Ability to effectively position digital marketing products to clients and prospects in partnership with the rest of the sales team.
  • Organized and analytical and able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to build strong cross functional relationships and work side by side with sales professionals to provide the highest customer service experience.  
  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of an organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.

    Job Description

    As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting the Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, ITX Solution Sales. You will help guide revenue for one of our  products with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This is a hands-on technical consultant who can go wide and deep on solution delivery and solution positioning during sales cycles.

    What you get to do in this role:  

    The Solution Consultant is a technical consultant with the advanced ability to develop, position and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.

    • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team
    • Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs
    • Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues
    • Guide strategic programs in top accounts such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement
    • Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and guide additional value
    • Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
    • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
    • Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role you have:

    • 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in (product specific area)
    • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
    • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
    • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence
    • Willingness to travel

    Work personas

    Required in Office

    A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.

    Flexible 

    A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.

    Remote

    A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
