Job Description

The DHS’s Hunt and Incident Response Team (HIRT) secures the nation’s infrastructure. HIRT provides DHS’s front-line response for cyber incidents and proactive hunting for malicious cyber activity. A3T provides support for on and offsite incident response to Government agencies and critical infrastructure owners who experience cyber-attacks by providing HIRT advanced technical assistance, proactive hunting, rapid onsite incident response, and immediate investigation, using host and network-based cybersecurity analysis capabilities.  Personnel perform investigations to characterize the level of severity of breaches and develop mitigation/remediation plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Acquires/collects computer artifacts (e.g., malware, user activity, link files, etc.) from systems in support of onsite engagements

·       Assesses evidentiary value by triaging electronic devices

·       Correlates forensic findings with network events to further develop an intrusion narrative

·       When available, collects and documents system state information (running processes,network connections, etc.) prior to imaging

·       Performs incident triage from a forensic perspective to include determination of scope, urgency and potential impact

·       Tracks and documents forensic analysis from initial involvement through final resolution

·       Collects, processes, preserves, analyzes and presents computer related evidence

·       Coordinates with others within the Government and with customer personnel to validate/investigate alerts or other preliminary findings

·       Conducts analysis of forensic images and other available evidence and drafts forensic write-ups for inclusion in reports and other written products

·       Assists to document and publish Computer Network Defense guidance and reports on incident findings to appropriate constituencies

·       Assists in preliminary analysis by tracing an activity to its source and documenting findings for input into a forensic report

·       Documents original condition of digital and/or associated evidence by taking photographs and collecting hash information

·       Assists team members in imaging digital media

·       Assists in gathering, accessing and assessing evidence from electronic devices using forensic tools and knowledge of operating systems

·       Uses hashing algorithms to validate forensic images

·       Works with mentor to identify and understand adversary TTPs

·       Assists team members in analyzing the behaviors of malicious software

·       Under direct guidance and coaching, locates critical items in various file systems to aid more senior personnel in their analysis

·       Perform analysis of log files from a variety of sources to identify possible threats to computer security

Core Competencies:

·       Knowledge of Computer Network Defense policies, procedures, and regulations

·       Knowledge of defense-in-depth principles and general attack stages with respect to network security architecture

·       Ability to characterize and analyze network traffic to identify anomalous activity and potential threats to network resources

·       Identify and analyze anomalies in network traffic using metadata

·       Reconstruct a malicious attack or activity based on network traffic

·       Examine network topologies to understand data flows through the network

·       Knowledge of network device integrity concepts and methodologies

Skill in preserving evidence integrity according to standard operating procedures or national standards

Qualifications

Qualifications:

·       U.S. citizen and ability to obtain DHS suitability

·       Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance

·       Minimum 4-6 years host investigations OR digital forensics experience with a High school diploma; OR a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related discipline,and with 2-4 years of host-based investigations or digital forensics experience

Desired Certifications:

·       DoD 8140.01 IAT Level II, IASAE II, CSSP Analyst

Job Description

The ideal location of this position would be in the West Midlands but flexibility will be considered based on the location of the ideal candidate. 

Hybrid working available.  

This position is a Monday to Friday role of 37.5 hours per week. 

We will be launching in 2022 the Oracle Human Capital Management system across our UK & Ireland businesses initially with the functionality of the Core HR and Payroll modules and shortly thereafter will commence work to implement further modules including talent management & development, HR helpdesk and Health & Safety.  We are currently looking for a HRIS Systems Analyst to work on this project and take responsibility for maintaining and updating the system requirements.

As HRIS Systems Analyst you will support the Eurofins UK & Ireland HR / Payroll teams to turn business objectives into system requirements to optimize processes, improve efficiency and improve the user experience with the system. You will be responsible for supporting implementation of system updates and will be the go-to expert for the Oracle HCM system. 

Within the role you will working closely with the HR, Payroll, Finance and IT teams. 

Duties include:

  • Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written technical requirements to support the ongoing development of the Oracle HR & Payroll system for UK & Ireland
  • IT project management experience to implement improvements 
  • Implement process improvements and policy changes designed to improve efficiency and the user experience with the system
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the Oracle system
  • Manage the support tickets for the system to resolve technical matters
  • Serve as a system administrator for HR systems and applications
  • Ensure security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms
  • Work with HR, Finance, Payroll and IT to maintain and improve the HRIS, including configuration, end-user access, security, and system efficiency
  • Work with group IT, Security and GDPR teams as necessary to maintain system / security requirements
  • Work with HR to create within the system template document suitable for mail merge
  • Support the implementation of the quarterly system updates, working with the relevant internal stakeholders to ensure system updates are understood, tested and implemented in a timely manner
  • Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that help to streamline and automate (new) processes
  • Work with relevant Group / IT Infrastructure teams to ensure security and infrastructure requirements are meet
  • Project work as needed to enhance the scope of the system

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s (or master’s) degree in relevant field.
  • 2+ years of HRIS/HR system support experience required.
  • Work experience with Oracle HCM system would be an advantage (or a similar global system).
  • Experience working with data, databases and pulling together reports.
  • Experience in working in an agile delivery environment.
  • Must understand the system development lifecycle process.
  • Understanding of HR / Payroll process.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work interdependently and as part of a team.

What you will be doing as a Business Systems Analyst at Shopify:

  • Researching and documenting the space that our tooling lives in, specifically around support workflows, reporting, and the integration with tools like Plinko, Portal, Concierge, Athena, & Zendesk.

  • Identifying areas of interest and opportunity within our space and leading your own projects to gain insights.

  • Optimizing processes and the flow of data between Help, Portal, Plinko, Athena, and other tooling to help create a delightful merchant support journey. 

  • Working directly with 3rd party partners to better grow our products. 

  • Staying current on technology innovations in the market and bringing knowledge of best practices and relevant innovations into Shopify.

  • Contributing to the design, evolution and roadmap of our business system landscape.

  • Partnering with other teams at Shopify to integrate systems and gain leverage from our data.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst to join our growing Supply Chain team! In this role, you will report directly to the Manager, Supply Chain and you will be tasked with collaborating, guiding, and training various teams in the organization on reporting, analytics, and best practices. You will be an integral part in furthering the company's push to be a truly Integrated Supply Chain.   • Subject matter expert in various business units

  • Participate in ERP / Ariba UAT testing and be main POC for Supply chain and sourcing UAT testing of new SAP S/4, Ariba, Fieldglass systems

 

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or other relevant fields

4+ years of experience that includes a combination of supply chain planning, operations, or system maintenance

Proficient in JDA, SAP, Tableau, Power BI and Excel (SQL preferred)

Experience working with and manipulating large sets of data and the ability to translate those findings into actionable solutions & processes

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated project management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills
