The DHS’s Hunt and Incident Response Team (HIRT) secures the nation’s infrastructure. HIRT provides DHS’s front-line response for cyber incidents and proactive hunting for malicious cyber activity. A3T provides support for on and offsite incident response to Government agencies and critical infrastructure owners who experience cyber-attacks by providing HIRT advanced technical assistance, proactive hunting, rapid onsite incident response, and immediate investigation, using host and network-based cybersecurity analysis capabilities.  Personnel perform investigations to characterize the level of severity of breaches and develop mitigation/remediation plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Acquires/collects computer artifacts (e.g., malware, user activity, link files, etc.) from systems in support of onsite engagements

·       Assesses evidentiary value by triaging electronic devices

·       Correlates forensic findings with network events to further develop an intrusion narrative

·       When available, collects and documents system state information (running processes,network connections, etc.) prior to imaging

·       Performs incident triage from a forensic perspective to include determination of scope, urgency and potential impact

·       Tracks and documents forensic analysis from initial involvement through final resolution

·       Collects, processes, preserves, analyzes and presents computer related evidence

·       Coordinates with others within the Government and with customer personnel to validate/investigate alerts or other preliminary findings

·       Conducts analysis of forensic images and other available evidence and drafts forensic write-ups for inclusion in reports and other written products

·       Assists to document and publish Computer Network Defense guidance and reports on incident findings to appropriate constituencies

·       Assists in preliminary analysis by tracing an activity to its source and documenting findings for input into a forensic report

·       Documents original condition of digital and/or associated evidence by taking photographs and collecting hash information

·       Assists team members in imaging digital media

This work is a partial remote position on a case-by-case basis.

The DHS’s Hunt and Incident Response Team (HIRT) secures the nation’s infrastructure. HIRT provides DHS’s front-line response for cyber incidents and proactive hunting for malicious cyber activity. A3T provides support for on and offsite incident response to Government agencies and critical infrastructure owners who experience cyber-attacks by providing HIRT advanced technical assistance, proactive hunting, rapid onsite incident response, and immediate investigation, using host and network-based cybersecurity analysis capabilities.  Personnel perform investigations to characterize the level of severity of breaches and develop mitigation/remediation plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Monitor external data sources to maintain currency of Computer Network Defense threat conditions

·       Perform analysis of log files from a variety of sources (e.g., network traffic logs, firewall logs, intrusion detection system logs, DNS logs) to identify possible threats to network security

·       Receive and analyze network alerts from various sources within the enterprise and determine possible causes of such alerts

·       Track and document Computer Network Defense incidents from initial detection through final resolution

Core Competencies:

·       Knowledge of Computer Network Defense policies, procedures, and regulations

·       Knowledge of defense-in-depth principles and general attack stages with respect to network security architecture

·       Ability to characterize and analyze network traffic to identify anomalous activity and potential threats to network resources

·       Identify and analyze anomalies in network traffic using metadata

·       Reconstruct a malicious attack or activity based on network traffic

·       Examine network topologies to understand data flows through the network

In this role you will be responsible for the execution of the Outdoors & Security division’s data and analytics strategy, including developing and supporting data analytics efforts in alignment with business requirements and priorities. In this role you will be responsible for the execution of the Outdoors & Security division’s data and analytics strategy, including developing and supporting data analytics efforts in alignment with business requirements and priorities.  This role will also support the end-user analytic visualization and tooling, working with key business stakeholders. • Work with end-users, product management and development team members to document relevant business processes, detailed requirements in the form of user stories, and functional designs

We will be launching in 2022 the Oracle Human Capital Management system across our UK & Ireland businesses initially with the functionality of the Core HR and Payroll modules and shortly thereafter will commence work to implement further modules including talent management & development, HR helpdesk and Health & Safety.  We are currently looking for a HRIS Systems Analyst to work on this project and take responsibility for maintaining and updating the system requirements.

As HRIS Systems Analyst you will support the Eurofins UK & Ireland HR / Payroll teams to turn business objectives into system requirements to optimize processes, improve efficiency and improve the user experience with the system. You will be responsible for supporting implementation of system updates and will be the go-to expert for the Oracle HCM system. 

Within the role you will working closely with the HR, Payroll, Finance and IT teams.

We are currently looking for a Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst to join our growing Supply Chain team! In this role, you will report directly to the Manager, Supply Chain and you will be tasked with collaborating, guiding, and training various teams in the organization on reporting, analytics, and best practices. You will be an integral part in furthering the company's push to be a truly Integrated Supply Chain. Come help us engage and inform the team that will build the fastest fiber-optic network in America!

As Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst, your duties will include:

• Maintain master data accuracy in SAP, Ariba, Fieldglass and other finance and ERP corporate systems, support finance and supply chain planning reports
• Develop documentation and provide additional systems training to help implement best practices
• Collaborate primarily with supply chain inventory planning, IT and procurement
• Subject matter expert in various business units
• Work cross functionally to assist in projects or provide system related resolutions
• Participate in ERP / Ariba UAT testing and be main POC for Supply chain and sourcing UAT testing of new SAP S/4, Ariba, Fieldglass systems

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or other relevant fields

4+ years of experience that includes a combination of supply chain planning, operations, or system maintenance

Proficient in JDA, SAP, Tableau, Power BI and Excel (SQL preferred)

Experience working with and manipulating large sets of data and the ability to translate those findings into actionable solutions & processes

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated project management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills

BONUS POINTS FOR:

• Master’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or other relevant fields
• Experience in the telecommunications industry
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or system maintenance
