Job Summary: 

The System Support Analyst is responsible for providing support and guidance to our clients by answering their requests regarding both server-side and client-side applications and systems that will enable them to make a difference in their day-to-day operations and ultimately improve their delivery of patient care. 

 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

● Provide excellent System Support services: 

● Respond to client problems (phone/tickets) and proactively monitor client’s installations; ● Prioritize your workload based on client’s SLA and transfer tickets to proper department when required; 

● Analyze and troubleshoot the workflow of a complex integration of network devices, workstations and servers; 

● Log and document all incidents in the ITSM (ServiceNow and/or Jira) and fix client’s problems; ● Perform database maintenance using SQL statements; 

● Edit configuration files on Linux servers or troubleshoot applications on remote workstations running Microsoft Windows

Qualifications

Required Experience/Skills: 

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent 

● Experience in a customer service or technical support role 

● 3+ years of experience in Linux system and network administration 

● Remote troubleshooting (ssh, VPN tunnels) 

● Basic knowledge of SQL databases (Sybase, MySQL, postgresql)

Job Description

As a systems analyst, you will be the liaison between Balsam’s operations team and the technology team of software engineers and quality analysts. We are looking for someone who understands functional aspects of order management, order fulfillment and order shipment. You will implement, enhance, and maintain the order management system and ancillary systems integrated with the OMS. You will gather business requirements, create technical design documents and work with software engineers to develop the solution. System configuration experience with OMS systems is required.

This full-time position is part of the Enterprise Technology team and reports to the lead/manager of systems analysis. This role can work remote from anywhere in the U.S. or locally in our Boise, ID or Redwood City, CA office location.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain innovative solutions using order management systems and its integrations with warehouse management system (WMS), transportation management system (TMS) and related external systems/partners
  • Understand business opportunity, facilitate requirements gathering workshops and one-on-one interviews
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Design solutions that comply with technology architecture guidelines and prepare technical design documents
  • Oversee the solution development and ensure that the solution adheres to specifications and addresses business needs
  • Perform integration tests and coordinate user acceptance testing
  • Coordinate the implementation of the new solution, change management and end user training
  • Build process flow diagrams and document the operational steps of the system
  • Research new system functionality to improve operational efficiency
  • Implement new systems functionality and standardize business processes
  • Work with 3PL warehouses for integrations between their systems and Balsam’s order management system
  • Act as a technology subject matter expert and first point of contact for the operations team

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of systems analyst/business analyst experience in order management required
  • Experience with system configuration in one of the leading order management systems like IBM, Manhattan, Oracle, Magento, NetSuite, etc. is required (Applicants who do not have OMS experience will not be considered)
  • Strong experience of eliciting requirements and technical design documentation is required
  • Experience of IBM Sterling Order Management System is highly desired but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of IBM Sterling Implementation Framework is desired but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of other supply chain technologies like Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP), EDI is an added advantage
  • Working knowledge of retail distribution center operations/processes, including receiving, picking/packing, cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and distribution center applications
  • Experience in leading cross functional teams for requirements gathering, problem solving, design sessions
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience of using data to answer questions and solve problems
  • Experience with agile methodology and tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.
  • Communicate effectively with business and technical team members from entry level to executive level
  • Ability to think outside-the-box and provide creative solutions
  • Self-motivation and a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and focus
  • Advanced level knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, and Power Point)

Solution Development

  • Consult with business unit management and personnel to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures and problems.

  • Create and update business process documents as it relates to financials processes such as month end closing.
  • Create requirements document, functional specification documents, unit and integrated test scenario documents and other relevant artifacts necessary for implementation of IT solutions.

Operational Support

  • Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving day-to-day IT issues as it relates to financial applications.
  • Supporting the businesses on the core financial as well as on the custom process -- the core modules are GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, Intercompany, Tax, Costing, Reporting tools like Discoverer.
  • Supporting the SCM modules like PO, OM and INV which are integrated tightly with the financial modules.
  • Understanding and supporting the manufacturing process and solution and its impact on the finance module. This include supporting the account derivations of the accounting events and the reconciliation processes.
  • Troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying the root cause using TOAD/SQL Developer queries and providing the businesses the Ad hoc reports as and when requested.
  • Create or update end user training documents and guides.
  • Provide hands-on training to end users on various aspects of applications.
  • Coordinating and guiding offshore team for faster issue resolution.
  • Resolving product issues by opening, updating and escalating service tickets with product vendors.
  • Providing production support using service management tools and procedures for tracking, user communication and service level management.
  • Ability to work on on-site offshore model
  • Ability to support the businesses for Cloud Financial modules GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, Intercompany, Tax, Costing, Project Billing and Costing, Reporting tools like OTBI is preferred.

Project and Task Management

  • Create and maintain project plans to implement approved IT projects.
  • Monitor and control project activities per the plan and communicate status to key stakeholders. Implementing and following projects and enhancements using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Communicate and coordinate reports and other technical development from geographically dispersed teams.

Qualifications

What you will do

KIPP TEAM & Family seeks a full-time HubSpot and K-12 Student Enrollment Platforms Systems Analyst to support students, families, teachers, and school operations as we double in size to serve over 15,000 students in the next 5 years in Newark, Camden, and Miami.  This is an exciting and fast-paced role that will drive how our organization uses data and systems to improve the family experience enrolling into schools.  The Systems Analyst will use their creativity and skills partnering with Data, Student Recruitment, and Marketing teams to support, grow, and mature the use of HubSpot and other industry-leading student enrollment platforms. The role will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to social media marketing campaigns.

Our home office is in Newark, NJ and remote options are possible. This role may have up to 6 travel requirements per year.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Act as primary administrator of HubSpot for KIPP NJ and Miami, including the development and management of workflows, business critical configurations, reports, dashboards, and processes to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Collaborate with Data and Regional Student Enrollment teams to establish best in class ‘Enrollment Platform’ protocols (including Application/Lottery/Registration)
  • Provide effective support to the Regional Student Enrollment teams across three cities for HubSpot and Student Enrollment platforms, including training, implementation, configuration and documentation

Job Description

Procore is looking for a Staff Business Systems Analyst to join our Talent Technology team. In this role, you’ll align business strategies with technology solutions to enable a high-performing, healthy company that scales. You’ll serve as a bridge between IT and our Global Talent Organization to design and operationalize innovative and effective technical solutions that drive efficiency and a world-class employee experience. As a successful Staff Business Systems Analyst, you have strong knowledge of Workday business process architecture and are well versed in supporting an enterprise business systems function within a global IT organization. This position will report to our Senior Manager, Talent Technology, and can be based at any of our US offices or remotely in the US. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as a technical advisor for Talent Technology, leading recommendations for new systems and updates to platform architecture that increases efficiency and reliability, ensuring alignment with Global Talent needs, corporate objectives, and IT standards. 

  • Participate in cross-functional system implementation efforts, including crafting comprehensive system design specifications that translate business requirements into technical requirements, setting expectations around technical feasibility of requested features and functionality

  • Drive continuous improvement of HRIS platform (Workday) and integrated tooling by identifying and remediating tech debt and recommending feature enhancements with consideration for business goals and ROI. 

  • Own technical systems documentation and communication about tool maintenance, upgrades, stability, and security 

  • Review functionality delivered in HCM platform (Workday) releases and integrated tooling and partner with Global Talent Organization to assess business impacts and enhancement opportunities. Consult on how to enable key business initiatives through new or existing functionality.

  • Work with the IT Analytics team to integrate Talent Tech data with the data warehouse to support our Global Talent Organization in making informed decisions

  • Partner with IT Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance teams to drive stability, reliability, and compliance of HRIS platform (Workday) and integrated tooling. 

  • Drive efficient and effective change management and quality assurance processes, ensuring Talent Technology adheres to enterprise security and compliance standards. 

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field

  • 4+ years of experience working within Workday, including hands-on implementation and deployment efforts across multi-dimensional teams

  • Experience in an operational/systems administration role supporting the implementation of technology solutions with responsibility for requirements gathering, performing assessments, and presenting solutions to maintain system health and efficiency 

  • Deep passion in researching for standard methodologies, industry benchmarking, bringing in productivity/automation and efficiency

  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with business stakeholders across a wide variety of operational and technical disciplines and levels

  • Ability to consider end-to-end process dependencies and advise on downstream effects of changes

  • Experience with structured data, data management, data governance, and ensuring data quality within enterprise applications

  • Experience with in house and 3rd party implementation, integrations, and ongoing maintenance of SaaS solutions, experience with Workato or Workday Studio a plus

    Procore Technologies is hiring a Remote Staff Business Systems Analyst, Legal Systems

    Job Description

    We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to implement and maintain Procore’s Legal technology. This includes design, configuration, development, documentation, training, reporting, and support. This position will partner with the Legal Operations function within Procore’s Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance department to drive improvement, optimization, and new capabilities to ensure systems are functioning, integrated, efficiently deployed, and aligned with the overall Procore technical architecture.

    As a successful Senior Business Systems Analyst, you’ll facilitate system upgrades, communicate system stability and improvements and maintain updated documentation. In addition, you’ll manage and monitor integrations between systems and be part of larger corporate integration initiatives.     This position will report to our Director, Business Systems and can be based remotely from a US location or in our Carpinteria, CA headquarters or Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately!

    What you’ll do:

    • Work with business stakeholders for project intake and prioritization, as well as set requirements analysis for projects
    • Drive the development of a systems roadmap that will drive scalability, business optimization, and zero-touch processes
    • Implement process and feature improvements to increase productivity, drive efficiencies, automate processes, and increase reliability
    • Perform administrative functions to support business users (e.g., developing workflows, page layouts, formulas, approval processes) that will provide better user experiences and efficiencies
    • Develop and provide reporting from systems when requested, train others on building reports and dashboards 
    • Provide day-to-day end-user support and training, advising on best practices and providing tips on system usage, and ensuring integrations between systems are working appropriately
    • Communicate, log, and resolve planned or unplanned system downtime and system support issues 
    • Partner with IT to administer licensing & permissions and maintain security matrix of roles & permissions, as well as with cross-functional teams within the Enterprise Business Systems org and other key areas of IT to deliver highly secure, integrated, and scalable solutions
    • Maintain the JIRA scrum board for Legal Technology

    What we're looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years experience in solution evaluation, configuration, implementation, integration, and administration of various Legal Technology applications, ideally including:
      • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and associated integrations with Salesforce CRM and CPQ 
      • Ironclad
      • Docusign
      • SimpleLegal 
      • eDiscovery 
      • No/low code workflow/business process orchestration tools
      • OneTrust
      • Entity / Subsidiary Management tools
      • Legal intake optimization and project management 
    • Experience with data management, transformation, cleaning, and de-duplication, as well as with use cases, data dictionaries, process and data mapping and class diagrams
    • Experience with 3rd party SaaS application integration, ongoing maintenance, and support
    • Ability to interact with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines and skill sets and work well with all levels of management, but also able to work independently to resolve issues
    • Experience building and analyzing Tableau and Salesforce dashboards is highly preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a pleasant, supportive, and customer-focused personality able to work across all levels in an organization
    • Ability to comfortably and successfully navigate ambiguity and rapidly changing environments
    • Proven ability to manage multiple, often competing project workloads and activities between longer-term strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations
