Job Summary:
The System Support Analyst is responsible for providing support and guidance to our clients by answering their requests regarding both server-side and client-side applications and systems that will enable them to make a difference in their day-to-day operations and ultimately improve their delivery of patient care.
Duties/Responsibilities:
● Provide excellent System Support services:
● Respond to client problems (phone/tickets) and proactively monitor client’s installations; ● Prioritize your workload based on client’s SLA and transfer tickets to proper department when required;
● Analyze and troubleshoot the workflow of a complex integration of network devices, workstations and servers;
● Log and document all incidents in the ITSM (ServiceNow and/or Jira) and fix client’s problems; ● Perform database maintenance using SQL statements;
● Edit configuration files on Linux servers or troubleshoot applications on remote workstations running Microsoft Windows
Required Experience/Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
● Experience in a customer service or technical support role
● 3+ years of experience in Linux system and network administration
● Remote troubleshooting (ssh, VPN tunnels)

What you will do
As a System Analyst you will act as the 3rd line of support in between L2 (Resolver Layer) and R&D. Deliver workarounds where applicable to downgrade the criticality of a given Defect
Work with R&D/Product Management to determine how the functionality in the application should behave.
Assist R&D/Product Management with troubleshoot defects as they step through source code debugging sessions
Test released Hotfixes’ from R&D/Product Management
Collaborate with the other members of the L3/Tier3 team (including PSM’s) to determine the sequencing of issues to be corrected by R&D/Product Management
Verify defect documentation from Tier 1/2 is complete and that the steps are easy to follow ensuring successful reproduction of defects
Provide feedback to customer support agents and management to ensure documentation standards are kept to the required standard
Work closely with customers to understand the criticality of defects and their business case
Ensure ServiceNow and Azure DevOps is monitored and updated for your module
Manage the Known low impact defects forum for your product area

Take part in remote sessions with Support Consultants, Professional Services or Cloud Engineers to troubleshoot complex customer issues
Assist Customer Support Managers with identifying areas of functionality in the application where Support Consultants may need extra training

What you’ll do:
Serve as a technical advisor for Talent Technology, leading recommendations for new systems and updates to platform architecture that increases efficiency and reliability, ensuring alignment with Global Talent needs, corporate objectives, and IT standards.
Participate in cross-functional system implementation efforts, including crafting comprehensive system design specifications that translate business requirements into technical requirements, setting expectations around technical feasibility of requested features and functionality
Drive continuous improvement of HRIS platform (Workday) and integrated tooling by identifying and remediating tech debt and recommending feature enhancements with consideration for business goals and ROI.
Own technical systems documentation and communication about tool maintenance, upgrades, stability, and security
Review functionality delivered in HCM platform (Workday) releases and integrated tooling and partner with Global Talent Organization to assess business impacts and enhancement opportunities. Consult on how to enable key business initiatives through new or existing functionality.
Work with the IT Analytics team to integrate Talent Tech data with the data warehouse to support our Global Talent Organization in making informed decisions
Partner with IT Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance teams to drive stability, reliability, and compliance of HRIS platform (Workday) and integrated tooling.
Drive efficient and effective change management and quality assurance processes, ensuring Talent Technology adheres to enterprise security and compliance standards.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field
4+ years of experience working within Workday, including hands-on implementation and deployment efforts across multi-dimensional teams
Experience in an operational/systems administration role supporting the implementation of technology solutions with responsibility for requirements gathering, performing assessments, and presenting solutions to maintain system health and efficiency
Deep passion in researching for standard methodologies, industry benchmarking, bringing in productivity/automation and efficiency
Ability to develop strong partnerships with business stakeholders across a wide variety of operational and technical disciplines and levels
Ability to consider end-to-end process dependencies and advise on downstream effects of changes
Experience with structured data, data management, data governance, and ensuring data quality within enterprise applications
Experience with in house and 3rd party implementation, integrations, and ongoing maintenance of SaaS solutions, experience with Workato or Workday Studio a plus
Experience working with a ticket/task tracking system (e.g., JIRA) and working in an agile environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to implement and maintain Procore’s Legal technology. This includes design, configuration, development, documentation, training, reporting, and support.
