VOTRE PROFIL :

De formation Bac+5, vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée de minimum 5 ans dans la data et disposez des compétences suivantes :

-       Vous avez développé une expertise technique et fonctionnelle sur l’une des technologies suivantes : MSBI, Power BI, Tableau, Informatica, Talend, Dbt, Hadoop, Spark, Scala, Hive, Kafka, Snowflake, Azure DB, AWS, GCP, Redshift, Athena, TM1, Jedox, Big Query, Looker…

-       Vous maîtrisez les concepts de base de l'informatique décisionnelle (modélisation, alimentation, restitution...) et/ou du big data

-       Vous avez déjà préparé et mené des ateliers métiers

-       Vous êtes capable d’appréhender le contexte métier

-       La connaissance du contrôle de gestion est un plus

Our Digital Marketing team works to create multi-channel digital marketing campaigns targeting non-customers with the objective of 1) building our database of prospects, 2) nurturing prospects and driving engagement to convert them to Marketing Qualified Leads that then get passed to Sales, and 3) help Sales convert them to Pipeline Opportunities and Closed Won deals.     
     
WHAT YOU’LL DO:     
This role will report to the Director of Integrated Marketing. In this role, you will be involved with integrated marketing campaign strategy and planning, and then lead the execution of our primary, non-vertical campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of campaigns across digital marketing channels and collaborating with the owners of each channel, including Direct/Web, SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Email with the objective of meeting our digital marketing targets on a quarterly basis.     
     
ROLE DESCRIPTION:     
Marketing Strategy     
  • Shape the strategy and plans for non-vertical (horizontal) campaigns across North America and EMEA markets.
  • Manage marketing brief development, campaign plans, and set objectives and metrics by quarter.
  • Own creation of campaign calendar and sequencing of campaign go-live dates working closely with each of the digital channels as well as other departments such as public relations and field marketing.
  • Develop the full-funnel content strategy for each campaign and work closely with Product Marketing to develop campaign offers such as ebooks, whitepapers, videos, and high-value offers, as well as coordinate topics for webinars.
  • Brainstorm new campaign ideas with sales and marketing teams.
Execution     
  • Oversee and manage the creation of all digital campaign assets including landing pages, emails, and social media ads.
  • Write copy for campaign landing pages, emails, social media ads, paid search, and display ads. 
  • Manage all creative requirements for the campaigns including submission of creative team requests via Asana.
  • Provide all requirements to Marketing Operations team for the creation of SFDC and Marketo campaigns, landing pages, coding of emails, list pulls and email sends.
  • Provide campaign details in SFDC and develop Outreach sequences for sales to leverage for marketing qualified leads coming from campaigns.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities are aligned/integrated from a messaging, content, and creative perspective.
  • Orchestrate teams/resources to bring campaigns to market on time and on budget.
Analytics     
  • Leverage analytics tools such as Tableau to track performance of campaigns by theme to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas.
  • Report on campaign performance on a weekly basis for executives.
     
LOCATION:     
The role is a hybrid role and is based in Mumbai, India. It will require weekly visits to the Mumbai, workplace location for meetings, events and collaboration with other marketing team members.     
The role does not require any travel.     
      
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:     
As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you are required to have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and analytical skills to be successful in the role. You should also have at least three years of experience in the same or similar roles and a proven track record of successful integrated marketing projects and campaigns.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any similar field
Experience     
  • 3–4 years of experience in Advertising, Digital or Product Marketing.
  • Experience working as a Marketing Manager or a similar role, as an individual contributor.

        The Senior ML Engineer is primarily responsible for high-quality Python and SQL scripts needed to bring machine learning solutions to life.         Qualifications

        • High proficiency in Python with 5+ years of development experience in modeling or data engineering
        • Excellent knowledge of SQL with 5+ years of experience in database and data validation
        • Working knowledge of Tableau with 2+ years of experience using BI tools for analysis and presentation
        • Working knowledge of Alteryx
        • Hands-on experience with deep learning architecture, e.g. transformers, LSTMs and convolutions
        • 2+ years of experience working with DL frameworks like PyTorch and Tensorflow
        • Wide familiarity and experience with statistical and mathematical concepts, esp. probability, systems of equations (LA), and optimization theory

        • Prior experience using ABM platforms like Demandbase and 6Sense is a big plus.

        About This Role

        As a Logistics Analyst, you will provide support to all aspects of shipping and logistics, including closely monitoring daily operations, resolution of operational and customer service issues, engaging with shipping partners, monitoring service level agreements, KPI reporting, and freight bill audits.
