Overview:

LivePerson is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with strong expertise in SQL to join our Revenue Analytics team. This position will be based offshore in India and will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth and strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with large datasets, excellent SQL skills for data extraction and analysis, and the ability to create meaningful dashboards and reports. You will: 

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI.

About the role:

  • Responsible for the full management of Salesforce for inMarket, providing insights, direction, discipline across all departments, and detailed support for the historical, accounting, and forecasting needs of the Company within Salesforce.  
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to design, configure and maintain Salesforce solutions that align with company needs and business objectives for Sales Leadership
  • Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes and gather feedback from users.
  • Faze out all 3rd party systems to integrate 100% in Salesforce to support all business units where deemed cost effective.
  • Lead any required data migrations, integrations, and management activities to ensure data integrity.
  • Create and document Sales processes to ensure data in Salesforce is managed correctly
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Administer and optimize the additional Salesforce module of CRM Analytics to support business processes and enhance user experience

Your Experience and Expertise:

  • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools, including standard Salesforce reporting functionality.

      Job Description

      Reporting into our Enterprise Data, Analytics and AI team supporting our Global Finance Modernization (GF Mod) efforts. As part of the GF Mod program, the primary focus of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial reports and analytics that empower Finance teams and executives to make informed strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will support the development, build, and deployment of dashboards and reports utilizing Oracle-Fusion Data Intelligence, as well as AWS Redshift and Tableau for data access and visualization. This role will collaborate with Finance, IT and contractor teams to manage analytics & reporting backlogs, improve data accessibility, and solve business challenges through data-driven insights.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Support the timely delivery of accurate financial reports, dashboards and advanced analytics within our product domain (Oracle-Fusion Data Intelligence, AWS, Tableau) for global finance modernization by coordinating daily with on- and offshore development teams.
      • Support functional design, systems integration testing and user acceptance test across the finance analytics domain and ensure that design meets business outcomes.
      • Actively engage with business stakeholders and SMEs through build, test & deploy. Assist in designing and hosting localization sessions for future waves and guide through go-live and hyper care.
      • Help creating and conducting change management and training sessions to ensure easy transition to new ways of working in the global finance function.
      • Contribute to the management of the analytics backlog, working with the broader enterprise-wide data and analytics team to prioritize development based on business needs.
      • Ensure that reports and dashboards meet quality standards, follow an established finance analytics data model framework and governance, and are offering key insights needed for effective business operation.
      • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve business processes through better access to financial data and insights. Assist in identifying new or improved analytics capabilities required to meet the evolving needs of Finance.
      • Serve as a liaison between Global Finance, IT data engineers, data scientists, and reporting developers to ensure technical alignment with business needs.

      The salary range for the role is $85,350 - $106,690 per year.

       

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.
      • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial analytics, reporting, or a similar role.
      • Experience with financial systems such as Oracle Cloud ERP, EPBCS, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence preferred.
      • Experience in cloud environments like AWS and data visualization tools such as Tableau preferred.
      • Strong understanding of financial statements, financial reporting, and finance analytics.
      • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance and IT.
      • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical details into business insights.
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience with product ownership or product management in a data and analytics environment.
      • Understanding of agile methodologies and backlog management.
      • Experience working in a global organization or across different regions.
