Conception

Développement et administration des systèmes qualité IT
- Définir les axes de développement des systèmes qualité IT sous sa responsabilité
- Diriger les groupes de travail pour mettre en oeuvre les évolutions des systèmes
- Piloter l’ensemble des activités du QMS et autres systèmes qualités IT en assurant l’administration et le bon fonctionnement des systèmes
- Développer ou faire développer les applications. Assurer la formation et les supports nécessaires aux utilisateurs. Faire évoluer les systèmes qualité IT et les déployer au niveau du Groupe

Référent Assurance Qualité informatique Groupe
- Proposer et mettre en oeuvre la politique Assurance Qualité IT pour le Groupe
- S’assurer de la conformité aux BPx des activités IT, effectuer une veille réglementaire et technique
- Diriger des groupes de travail transversaux et internationaux pour définir les plans d’actions nécessaires. S’assurer de la validation des systèmes informatisés dans le respect des exigences et des politiques définies, des délais et coûts impartis
- Etablir la liste des systèmes informatisés et définir le programme annuel de validation informatique avec les opérationnels et la DSI
- Identifier, centraliser et challenger les besoins des équipes Qualité en interface avec l’IT

Audit et support
- Auditer et contrôler le respect des politiques Qualité Groupe relatives à la métrologie, les validations et qualifications locaux, équipements, utilités, systèmes automatisés et systèmes informatisés du Groupe, tout en assurant une veille réglementaire et technique
- Proposer des actions correctrices et veiller à leur mise en place
- Apporter un support technique et méthodologique pour les équipes Qualité/Validations dans les usines, les centres de développement et les filiales
- Réaliser de manière ponctuelle des essais de validations

Budget et investissement
- Participer à l’établissement du plan d’investissement Qualité et DSI Groupe en chiffrant les projets. Assurer la réalisation des investissements prévus. Gérer les budgets alloués
- Proposer et mettre en oeuvre des solutions pour optimiser les coûts

Reporting
- Etablir, faire vivre et diffuser un tableau de bord permettant le suivi des différentes actions de métrologie, validations et qualifications du Groupe

Qualifications

  • Master en Pharmacie ou Bac +5 informatique 
  • 5 ans d’expériences minimum en Industrie Pharmaceutique
  • Formation en Administration fonctionnelle d’outils informatiques dédiés
  • Bonne connaissance des GXP et autres référentiels métiers (Normes ISO,…)
  • Connaissance des processus industriels pharmaceutiques et outils informatiques dédiés Industriel et Qualité
  • Maîtrise de la validation informatique
  • Anglais B2

  • Build out of Reserve calculations in managing different products such as Direct Debit
  • Interface with Credit Operations and Compliance personnel on merchant issues and risk mitigation as appropriate. 
  • Interact with Data engineers to identify applicable risk controls needed to be put in place to reduce fraud attempts.
  • Develop policy and procedures that offer guidance around Risk activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.  

- The average base salary pay range for this position is $120k to $140k

- May be considered for a discretionary annual bonus

  • Provide oversight and leadership in executing projects from planning to completion to provide results to the business​.

What you’re made of 

The bold requirements…

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree Engineering, Business or Economics (In lieu of a degree, equivalent relevant experience may be considered.)
  • 3+ years of experience in project management.
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, driving performance, and executing on deliverables while leveraging tools and techniques.
  • Experience in leveraging excellent communication to achieve commitment from stakeholders, good organizational skills for projects and problem-solving experience when issues arise.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job Description

In 2024, Cash App is setting its sights beyond the core programs that got us to 50M+ monthly active users, breaking into new audiences with cross-functional go-to-market work, increasing adoption of our banking products, and accelerating virality. To support this, the Customer Acquisition team is tasked with growing the Cash App network using measurable, efficient, and scalable levers. You will:

  • Own the top of funnel reporting that keeps our team accountable to new customer growth, and keeps the broader org apprised of how Cash App is performing.

  • Build out measurement for new programs our team is taking on, including referrals, the website, App/Play Store, and offers. 

  • Bring expertise to uplevel the measurement frameworks used for our core performance marketing channels.

  • Lead data governance and martech, pushing us toward simplified, accessible data. 

  • Collaborate with partners across Customer Insights, Finance, Product, and Product Marketing to align all our efforts, rooted in data. 

  • Build robust go-to-market reporting that sets goals for cross-functional teams and double clicks into the impact of our marketing and product initiatives. 

  • Conduct deep dives into our existing customer data as well as new audience opportunities, focusing our strategic approach.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 or more years of experience in a highly technical role working on core business metrics. 

  • You thrive on combining rigorous data-driven analysis, strong business and marketing intuition and judgment, and an ability to work well across a variety of teams to solve complex problems. You've likely held roles in business operations, product data science, or marketing analytics. 

  • SQL proficiency, comfortable both editing and at times writing ETLs.

  • Mode or Tableau experience is preferred, or fluency with other visualization tools.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate quantitative data into actionable business insights and recommendations. You can communicate complex data concepts and reasoning in ways that senior management, creatives, and other stakeholders can understand.

  • Experience leading projects that require gathering your own cross-functional buy in and presenting to senior stakeholders.

  • Experience in marketing-specific data is preferred, along with familiarity with mobile advertising channels and concepts (attribution, LTV, CAC, ROI, payback periods).
