We’re looking to add a Sales & Business Talent Acquisition to join our People team. This new team member will be instrumental in attracting and hiring the best Sales & Business talents for Nextail, as we continue to make the retail world a better, more sustainable place.

The cloud-based platform uses AI (artificial intelligence), prescriptive analytics, and optimization to deliver agile merchandising decisions. The Sales & Business Talent Acquisition role is essential to secure our growth and we’re looking for someone that is strategic enough to set-up relevant talent attraction strategies while being hands-on when it comes to building hiring pipelines, qualifying candidates, training the team in interviewing skills and ultimately hiring the best sales and business talents.


This role can operate remotely within EU timezone.


You will:


  • Partner with the Revenue team (CRO, VP of Sales, Head of Sales, VP of Customer Success) in order to hire exceptional talent across our wider revenue team: Customer Success Manager, Senior BDM, Sales Development Representative, Digital Marketing Specialist, Sr Change Manager and more ????
  • Drive Sales Talent Attraction Strategies (passive outreach, inbound, identify the right channels to reach candidates) to identify the best Sales talent.
  • Own the whole recruitment cycle and candidate experience along the way.
  • Build excellent relationships with your internal stakeholders and showcase the best recruitment practices.
  • Manage ATS and operational aspects of job (JD creation, job posting, scheduling etc).
  • Help with evangelizing our company in relevant communities.

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to partner with our hiring managers, business partners to determine their key needs.

You will strategically align with the business, and facilitate the identification and acquisition of top talent to fit Gameloft needs.

What you can expect & what we want you to do:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process with a focus on a variety of technical roles
  • Recruiting external candidates/ Head Hunting
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify key requirements for each role
  • Ensuring the existence of a constant candidates pool
  • Engage, screen and interview qualified candidates
  • Facilitate interview process and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
  • Maintain data reports and performance metrics to share with hiring teams on a regular basis
  • Drive offer process, including extending offers, negotiation, and closing candidates
  • Be the key contact for recruiting updates and provide weekly updates with hiring managers
  • Identifying strategies to raise awareness in the local market

Qualifications

 

  • 3+ years experience in the technology industry
  • Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
  • Strong network and knowledge of the local and external market
  • Passion for social media, technology, and the video-game industry is a big plus
  • Able to work in a creative and dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Microsoft Office – Advanced Knowledge
  • Very organized and result-oriented.
  • Being a team player, but also being able to work independently
  • A proactive mindset, who shares ideas and brings them to life

            What you will need to be successful in this role:

            • Demonstrated success recruiting in a high-volume hiring environment for fast paced and growing company

            • Proven results and be metrics driven; well versed in behavioral interview techniques and best practices

            • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change; proven ability to manage a large number of REQs in different disciplines
