Yardi Technical Consultant - FullTime Opportunity - Remote
The Yardi Technical Support Specialist is responsible for delivering software-based solutions to internal business units, and will troubleshoot technical issues to deliver solutions according to service level agreements. The Yardi Technical Support Specialist will also be responsible for communicating with the business, documenting and escalating where applicable.
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, computer science or equivalent work experience
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar technical role required
* Experience in working support cases from a customer relationship queue
* Intermediate-level knowledge of Yardi Voyager platform
* Basic knowledge of property management and accounting
* Highly effective written and verbal communication skills are required
* Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
* Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently or as a team member
* Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server is a plus
* Project management experience a plus
* Knowledge of Yardi Voyager's Investment Module is a plus
* Experience with the property management and single family housing environment/industry a plus
