Job Description

As a Test Developer:

  • You will design and develop all aspects of automated testing along with creation, execution and maintenance of automated scripts
  • You will define and prioritize acceptance test cases that meet the user story acceptance criteria and execute the test cases during sprints;
  • You will monitor test coverage and adjust test cases as needed to ensure maximum integration and user stories coverage.

  • You will review user stories and proposed test cases with testability in mind and drive testability improvements in every solution

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in test automation area
  • Experience in API and UI testing is a plus
  • Experience with automated testing tools (SoapUI, Postman) and automated testing frameworks (Selenium);
  • Knowledge of scripting/programming languages (e.g. C#, Java) is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, generate and prioritize test cases and an understanding of complex systems;
  • A keen eye for detail and analysis, and you always keep the users´ needs and wants in mind;
  • Fluent in the English language;

Your tasks and responsibilities in a nutshell

  • Direct contribution to Personio codebase as a frontend engineer, as part of a product team
  • Identifying, documenting, and communicating technical improvements within your area of responsibility in the team
  • Support in the development and reinforcement of frontend engineering standards and guidelines
  • Close collaboration with technical (backend, QA & infrastructure) and non-technical (product, design) roles to understand and challenge end user requirements and ultimately translate these into effective technical solutions
  • Participating in cross-team engineering initiatives as individual contributor
  • Helping with selecting, onboarding, and coaching of junior members of the team

What you need to succeed
  • In-depth experience working on fast-scaling and complex systems
  • Track record in software craftsmanship, test-driven development, clean code, and SOLID design principles
  • Deep knowledge in JavaScript and strong expertise in React and Redux or a similar stack
  • High standards for the quality of UI and experience interpreting and executing on the outcomes of UX research and Product Design
  • Sound experience in automated testing, performance monitoring and optimisation
  • Coaching experience. It’s important for you to learn from and teach peers, and to continuously help junior team members appreciate and apply best engineering and UX practices

You’ll be part of a team of exceptional SAP solution analysts who are responsible for the day-to-day support of Contact’s SAP environment. You’ll get to be the champion in the on-going deployment of SAP Fiori. It’s also an exciting time to join the team as Contact embark on their migration to an SAP S/4HANA platform. Here’s a snapshot of other tasks you’ll get involved with;

  • Identifying, resolving & managing assigned incidents and requests ensuring appropriate processes are followed and according to agreed service levels

  • Based on cust dev, our analytics and competitor analysis - identifying further growth points for retention and LTV/CAC, forming a product roadmap, setting priorities in feature and content development.
  • Conducting experiments in terms of monetization (experiments with on-boarding, paywalls, and prices) and modeling the product economy.
  • Prototyping and modeling user behavior, use cases.
  • Together with a CRM marketer, planning and evaluating the effectiveness of communication with users.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the role of a Product Manager in a product (including game dev) company engaged in the development of iOS mobile applications from 5 years (of which it is acceptable if part of the experience (2-3 years) was in the role of an analyst, and the rest in the role manager's product).
  • English - Upper-Intermediateor higher (sufficient for telephone interviews with users from US & Canada)
  • Experience in working on a project monetized through subscriptions - deep knowledge of this type of monetization, experience in conducting tests with subscriptions, on-boarding, and Paywall.
  • Experience in improving retention through experiments with UI, UX, content, and/or communication with users (emails, push notifications).
  • Work with Amplitude and Tableau.
  • Experience in telephone cust dev.
  • Ability to identify and understand the needs of the target audience and its segments.

    Job Description

    Unbridled is looking for a Web Developer (front-end development in a WordPress environment) who is passionate about creating and managing custom web solutions and integrations in high-performing, secure, and reliable hosting platforms. Candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external clients.     Successful candidates will have the following:

    • Work with web hosting managers to monitor uptime and performance, resolve any downtime or performance issues, help develop performance metrics and reporting
    • Serve as tech support for all live WordPress websites in Unbridled’s web hosting environment
    • Embody the Unbridled brand and culture, including: character, change, credibility, and community
