Qualifications

  • Min 2 years ‘experience in related field dynamic-supporting a large Talent Acquisition team is preferred 
  • Proven Experience with ATS systems required (preferably SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse or iCIMS) 
  • Experience/Exposure in managing Talent Acquisition partners/AI software partners (i.e. Glassdoor, Indeed, major job aggregating partners, Artificial Intelligence sourcing software etc.) 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience building reports utilizing MS Office and advanced EXCEL 
  • Proven success with high volume task management 
  • An “always on” mentality in support of the business and recruitment objectives

About the Role:

Exciting opportunity to be part of the Technology Operations leadership team!

We are looking for a Director to lead our IT field operations across implementations and support of all infrastructure systems including security systems (firewall), routers, switches, access points, servers, workstations, printers, and RF devices for warehouses/pharmacies. This role offers flexibility for either Onsite presence in Columbus, OH, or Gilbert, AZ, and requires travel between sites as needed, orRemote Work, with up to 30%-40% domestic travel required when working remotely.

You Will:

  • The #1 priority of this position is to ensure the systems supporting the warehouse/pharmacy are always up and running in both Columbus, OH and Gilbert, AZ
  • Maintain infrastructure services covering all network devices (firewall, routers, switches, access points, servers, workstations, RFs, and printers), operating systems, and applications uptime running on the physical and virtual server infrastructure - ensuring stability and up to date operating systems and patches
  • Lead a team supporting IT field operations by establishing continuous service improvement targets and individual team metrics, to help develop team members and overall team performance
  • Ensure proactive monitoring, performance tuning, security administration, capacity planning, and disaster recovery (server backups) of all applicable hardware, and systems
  • Ensure users are provided with efficient, effective, and timely support on a 24x7 basis; manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and responsiveness between multiple sites
  • Joint ownership of warehouse/pharmacy COTS systems with a focus on technical aspects including relationship management of the system integrators
  • Experience with vendor performance management - development and monitoring of SOWs and deliverables, SLA compliance, and general vendor relationship management
  • Oversee incident management and root-cause identification exercises to identify and correct major problems in collaboration with SRE and Business Operations teams
  • End-to-end planning, management, and delivery of operational and technology projects related to the warehousing/pharmacy environment
  • Communicate regularly with staff through group meetings and individual sessions; ensure issues/input from the team are listened to and that organization/department strategy, goals, and decisions are communicated consistently and on time
  • Assist with developing and enforcing IT procedures, standards, and best practices in collaboration with Corporate IT and Security
  • Provide IT license forecasting, contract negotiations, technology refresh, and budget
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant work experience 
  • 12+ years of experience in a Technology related role
  • 5 + years experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Pharmacies
  • Background in Retail or Healthcare industry preferred
  • Expert in proposing, implementing, and configuring  solutions to complex business-critical problems

Your designs will play a crucial role in improving brand awareness and attracting our target customers. You’ll get to collaborate with other talented designers and help shape the visual identity of our brand through digital advertising.

You Will:

  • Concept, design, and iterate on static and video ad campaigns across product categories
  • Have ownership of the creative strategy behind your assigned product category as it relates to performance marketing 
  • Create shot lists and art direction for capturing new content in our studio in NYC, as well as the opportunity to attend those shoots in-person and photograph the content yourself
  • Help build a scalable, systems-first approach to designing ads in Figma, in order to create and optimize an efficient workflow.
  • Work cross functionally with other designers, copywriters, and project managers to help maintain a constant flow of digital marketing assets
  • Manage various projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of design
  • Stay up-to-date on current advertising trends and suggest concepts that push our brand forward and effectively engage our target audience
  • Be comfortable working independently and trusted to take a proactive approach to your tasks

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
  • Graphic design experience for both video and static ads
  • 7+ of experience working on a fast-paced creative team or agency
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail
  • Extensive experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and familiarity with task management software like Monday.com or Asana
  • Experience using design systems, components, and auto layout in Figma. (If you’re a Figma wizard, we need you!)
  • Strong foundational knowledge of layout, typography, & photo editing and how to best utilize those design elements in digital banner ads
  • An interest in exploring how we can use AI tools to increase efficiency
  • Familiarity with testing and iterating on ads to improve performance marketing metrics
  • Enthusiastic self-starter who is resourceful & adaptable when working in a fast-paced environment
  • Great communication in regards to managing your time, setting expectations, and presentation

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that may include an equity grant.
