We are pioneering one of the hottest topics in the AI community, have put together a great team with awesome funding - so we are now looking to invest further in our marketing team.
Over the last couple of years, we have been building & evangelizing Causal AI as a new category., We have found a great story-market fit and are currently building the most sophisticated product in this new category.
We are currently in the early stages of acquiring Fortune 500 logos - mainly in retail, consumer goods, financial services and manufacturing - and refining our product-market fit.
The buying process for Enterprise AI platforms like ours tends to be quite complicated with many stakeholders and long sales cycles - we currently focus on top-down selling coupled with bottom up momentum from the data science community.
Summary
We are looking for an outstanding VP Marketing to lead and grow the marketing team, whilst shaping & executing on our GTM strategy.
The right candidate will play a critical part in this next stage of growth. Capitalising on the current product market fit, the VP Marketing will help us acquire the first logos across industries, and further strengthen our position as thought leaders in the Causal AI space.
Roles and Responsibilities
Devise & execute the GTM strategy
Lead product marketing & content creation, build out the ICP and the quite technical product
Shape the marketing budget and optimize ROI
Drive the execution of our ABM strategy. e call it Account Based Marketing & Momentum to align closer with the top-down selling activities
Build out the revenue funnel model including the reporting, and align this with the wider business model
Define further, and build out, the causaLens brand,to be reflected across all channels, and anchored in the company values and mission statement
Analyze, optimize and report on the GTM strategy on a quarterly and annual basis
Manage and lead a growing Marketing team, whilst working closely with the wider Revenue function
