Your role:
Reporting the VP, Business Development, you will be responsible for developing a new book business. You will be provided with support and tools to help you identify and target mid-size partnership opportunities in the group transportation industry. You’ll work to build and nurture meaningful connections with the right contacts and tailor creative pitches and solutions to each client’s needs.
To be successful in this role, you must be at ease interacting enthusiastically with prospective partners. Excelling at this job will require a relentless commitment to building and maintaining great relationships, a strong work ethic and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
Your responsibilities:
- Identify prospective clients by conducting research on organizations across multiple verticals (travel/tourism, organized sports, corporate/property, limited consumer)
- Actively develop outreach plans and conduct via phone/email/social networks with the end goal being Bus bookings
- Develop creative opportunities via co-work with a regional team that drive positive brand impact to Bus and lead to sales generation
- Achieve through above activities sales targets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Work with Marketing to develop and execute B2B sales initiatives for large accounts
What you need to succeed:

- Proven sales experience where you get to determine your compensation based on success through uncapped commissions.
- Ability to build plans and strategies to penetrate the group transportation market in a B2B space.
- Proven ability to successfully take prospects through the sales cycle to completion.
- Ability to positively represent brand in-person and on-site at industry trade shows.
- Proven capability of cold-calling/emailing to gain access to new customers and segments.
- Have a strong appetite for acquiring knowledge #StudentForLife

- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
