MedTrainer is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to support our growing channel program. Our team is creative, motivated, and growing very quickly, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to jump into our fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Work with Channel Sales Organization to prioritize and execute programs
Drive leads, demos, and deals through our channel partners using various marketing tactics
Project manage and deliver needs from our channel partners or channel sales reps. This includes marketing content, co-branded content, emails, swag, and more.
Plan and execute channel marketing events. These will be both online and in person. They will be both small get-togethers and larger events. You will have additional marketing support for larger events
Work with design to turn copy into content. See projects all the way through to our end user. Some of the content you will need to write as well.
Measure your success. Find ways to understand the impact of our programs and spend so we can double down with our most effective channels.
Keep a pulse on the market, industry trends, and competitive landscape to help strategize and implement campaigns
4+ years of relevant marketing experience
Solid analytical/critical thinking skills - uses data to drive strategy and to focus activities.
Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading
Event planning experience is a must
Ability to maintain collaborative mindset in a remote environment
Ability to effectively manage deadlines and deliverables
Understanding of traditional and digital marketing methods and tools
Self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and making data-driven decisions
