VetCentric is looking for an IT Project Liaison who can translate larger program goals into well designed IT plans and schedules, and who can relentlessly communicate across teams and with senior leaders to ensure program milestones are achieved. Utilize your project management expertise to help shape business processes and help lead the roll out of new technologies. In this role, you’ll engage with clients to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones, and create realistic resource-loaded schedules to manage and report progress. You’ll advise and guide a high-performing IT team on the management of their overall portfolio against a backdrop of competing priorities and limited resources. You will write executive leadership-level communications.
You Have:

• Experience with supporting projects and programs in an IT/cybersecurity environment using project management life cycle methodology
• Experience with Business Process re-engineering and change management
• Experience with gathering, vetting, or prioritizing customer requirements
• Experience with creating executive level briefings and reports using Microsoft Office products
• Ability to provide solutions to complex problems and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to plan and execute IT project schedules and manage critical dependencies
• Ability to consolidate information and present to senior managers
• Ability to communicate with key stakeholders, process owners, and customers to manage expectations, eliminate gaps, and ensure success
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• HS diploma or GED and 18+ years of experience in a professional work environment or BS degree in CS, IT, or Engineering and 10+ years of experience in a professional work environment

• Knowledge of Project Online, Project Web Access, or Microsoft PowerAutomate
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail and manage both high profile/visibility tasks and granular project tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Possession of excellent customer service and organization skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• PMP, CAPM, or ITIL v3 Foundations Certifications
