Payment Stability Team optimises payment performance and implements fraud solutions. The Team also builds dynamic routing (switching between payments), fail-safe mechanisms, and payment administrative tools. Payment Stability Team also owns fraud topics (promotion abuse,  cash abuse, account takeovers, etc) across domains at Wolt.

Product Lead for Payment Stability Team works with analysts and local teams to break down the performance of payments and fraud across different dimensions and prioritises accordingly.

As a Product Lead you'll help your team focus on the most impactful things by roadmapping, prioritising and planning for new features and products correctly (with customer experience and Wolt’s internal performance metrics in mind). This may sound like a very standard PM role, but rest assured, it's a lot more. The growth possibilities are endless and we are looking to indulge you with a lot of ownership and responsibility.

In an ideal world you'd be a mixture of data analysis skills, engineering understanding and business savvy with the go-getter attitude of a "could-be start-up CEO". You'll be working closely with the engineering team, so you need to understand our developers, and what it takes to develop a great product. The business savvy comes in when you need to work with our business operations, negotiate with commercial partners, run competitive analyses, or do user research to build roadmaps for new business areas or products.

You could come to this role from a multitude of different backgrounds, but previous experience as a product manager with a balanced technical background might have prepared you for a magical mystery ride as a Wolt Product Lead. Frankly, having a background in Payments products wouldn’t hurt either, far from it (i.e. this is pretty much a hard requirement unless you manage to convince us otherwise). 

It may sound like we are looking for a unicorn ???? (which we probably are) but we believe in unicorns - we are looking for the perfect fit to support us taking our product to the next level.
