Key responsibilities

  • Deliver an annual software sales target through New Business and existing customers (Channel Partners).
  • Proactively communicate with our Partners in France
  • Re-qualifying Inbound opportunities coming from the Marketing team.
  • Designing and leading outbound campaigns targeting key ESCOs and Enterprise Accounts.
  • Log all activities into the CRM.
  • Monthly forecasting: existing month (85% accuracy), existing quarter and next quarter.
  • Prepare & deliver online demonstrations of DEXMA's SaaS solutions to prospective Partners and big end-customers.
  • Be an active Social Media player in your Market, to engage with appropriate prospects and share industry insights.
  • The Account Executive reports to Sales Director

About You

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B Software sales both direct and indirect. If you’ve worked in the Energy Efficiency and/or smart buildings sector, that will give you a plus.
  • You’re a French native speaker and fluent in English. Other languages will be a plus.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience using a CRM.
  • You’re an Outgoing person: telephone calls, meetings, etc.
  • You’re passionate about establishing objectives, analyse performance, hitting your goals and repeat.
  • You have an analytical mindset.
  • You are not happy with just a job, you want to help on doing a real impact in the world.
  • Not specific Bachelor’s degree ​​required, but a Bachelors or Masters degree in Energy or relevant field will be highly appreciated.

      About you:

      • Proven experience in leading SW development team (10+ people)
      • Experience in working on a mid/large-scale product
      • Good judgment when to step in and when to step back to give your team space to act
      • Very good understanding of how to navigate teams within a long-term technical strategy aligned with a product roadmap
      • Strong leadership and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to balance engineering and product-related concerns
      • Solid communication skills, including good written and spoken English
      • Ability to manage a distributed team

      Position Summary

      Dodge Construction Network (DCN) is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who will provide technical development for DCN’s Salesforce application. This application is deployed by some of Salesforce’s largest customers and manages one of the largest construction information data sets in the world. This role will contribute new innovations and improvements to existing processes.

      This position reports directly to the Lead Integration Services Developer.


      For this remote position, there is a preference to hire in the Vancouver, B.C. area; however, qualified candidates in Canada and the United States may be considered as well.

      Core Responsibilities

      • Provide ongoing technical development on DCN’s Salesforce application
      • Contribute new innovations and continuous improvements of our existing systems and processes
      • Continuous research of the latest technologies to further improve your skillset and our products
      • Translate complex business processes into technical requirements
      • Effectively develop pragmatic solutions
      • Work closely with Client Services and Operations to deliver professional results
      • Implement unit tests and ensure more than 80% code cover and assist in other relevant testing

      Skills and Qualifications

      • University/college degree in Computer Science or equivalent
      • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing web applications and web services
      • Experience as a Salesforce Developer with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM, Force.com platform, development using Apex, testing and declarative tools
      • Hands-on experience in administration functions, e.g. Managing users, security controls, and data management as well as profiles, permission sets
      • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, architecture and API including Force.com, Batch Apex, Lightning framework
      • Understanding of governor limits and Salesforce best practices
      • Firm understanding of performance and scalability concerns in a production environment
      • Experience in planning and implementation of system upgrades and customizations
      • Experience with related integration technologies (JSON, XML, REST, SOAP)
      • Experience with T-SQL, JavaScript, jQuery frameworks
      • Solid understanding of SQL Server with the ability to write stored procedures and migration scripts
      • SQL Server Integration Service (SSIS)
      • Preferred experience to include Communities, Connected Apps, Sales Console and Chatter; ASP.NET, C#; Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, Developer certifications; Developing AppExchange applications, understanding security best practices; Creating reports and dashboards
