WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Manager, Internal Communications is the leader of internal communications targeting Primrose Support Team members, Franchise Owners and School Leadership. Working cross-functionally and across all levels of the organization, this leader will drive stakeholder understanding, alignment, engagement, and action. The Manager, Internal Communications is a part of the School Effectiveness team and reports to the Sr. Director, Communications. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        Leads the development, management, and execution of master editorial calendar activities for internal communications.
·        Ensures content is distributed across all appropriate channels with a high level of accuracy and quality. 
·        Supports execution of annual strategic internal communications plans and activities.
·        Manages communications activities to support company initiatives and communication campaigns.
·        Provide day to day leadership of a team, including providing mentorship, identifying development opportunities and leveraging talent as a resource for driving business results. 
·        Consult with internal teams on content needs, advising on the best method and frequency of communication.  
·        Champions Primrose culture by reinforcing unique terminology, brand standards, Primrose brand positioning, and platform strategy.
·        Serves as subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the organization.
 
Assists in supporting Franchise Owners in communicating with families and staff during a school issue. We seek to build teams of individuals who maintain trusted relationships, demonstrate accountability, influence without authority, have a service mindset, agility and curiosity. Our ideal candidate will possess a mix of the following skills and competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism 
  • 5 + years’ internal communications experience
  • Experienced with SharePoint platform and enterprise communications 
  • Leadership and development of people experience preferred
  • Experience in a franchised-brand preferred
  • Has a strong understanding of current and developing communication channels
  • Demonstrated ability to create, implement, optimize and analyze integrated strategies to support desired internal communication outcomes
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Agility, able to accommodate shifting priorities and, at times, manage ambiguity 
  • Ability to maintain trusted relationships with franchise owners, team members and vendors

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Associate General Counsel (Corporate/M&A) to join our legal team. As a vital member of the Legal Team, you will play a key role in providing strategic legal counsel and guidance on a wide range of corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, senior management, and external partners to ensure the company's legal interests are safeguarded and aligned with our business objectives.

You will oversee the Corporate Legal function within the Progress Legal Team, which includes responsibility for a wide range of corporate and securities law matters (further outline below) and supervision of members of the Corporate Legal function. The qualified attorney will work cross-functionally with internal departments and external resources as required, proactively identifying legal risks, engaging appropriate key stakeholders and providing support. The ideal candidate will have experience with – and will thrive on – working as a self-starter in an environment that is fast-paced, business and results-oriented and team-based.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:

Mergers and Acquisitions:

  • Lead legal support for the company’s acquisition and divestiture activities, including helping to craft acquisition and divestiture strategies, supervising legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating definitive documentation, coordinating outside counsel and supporting post-closing integration matters;
Securities and Regulatory Matters:
  • Oversee SEC and stock exchange compliance and reporting obligations, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, Section 16 filings, and registration statements;
  • Lead drafting and coordination of the company’s annual proxy statement and annual meeting process;
  • Lead legal support and help craft strategy for securities-related activities, including capital markets transactions;
  • Collaborate with external counsel to ensure compliance with securities laws and regulations;
Corporate Governance and Compliance:
  • Support the Chief Legal Officer in corporate secretarial duties, including preparation of Board materials, governance documents, minutes and other matters
  • Support the Chief Compliance Officer in drafting, reviewing, and updating corporate policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Monitor changes in legal and regulatory landscapes to proactively identify potential compliance risks and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Supervise entity compliance and corporate secretarial matters for the company’s global subsidiaries;
  • In partnership with relevant internal departments, help direct the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG initiatives
  • Oversee the management of the company’s enterprise insurance program
  • Work closely with other internal teams (including Finance, IT and Security, Internal Audit, Communications, People Team, etc.) to provide legal guidance and ensure alignment across the organization
  • Participate in compliance initiatives, including training internal clients on public company legal policies or issues, including code of conduct, ethics, insider trading and anti-bribery and anti-corruption issues; and
  • Drive process optimization to create efficiency/scalability and to align with the changing business needs of the company.

WHAT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL NEED TO HAVE:

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and member of a state bar in good standing, with a combination of 7+ years large law firm and/or publicly traded company experience (software or technology company experience is helpful but not required);
  • Extensive experience as a practicing mergers and acquisitions attorney, including experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence and managing the deal process and the deal team from a legal perspective (integration experience a plus);
  • Public company/securities law experience;
  • Excellent judgment and ability to assess risk and benefits and convey them in a clear and concise manner (particularly when working with non-Legal Team constituencies);
  • Able to see the “big picture” while maintaining attention to detail;
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Excellent project management, productivity, organizational and time management abilities; able to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Able to demonstrate confidence and competence to internal and external constituents; and
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, critical thinking and written and oral communications skills.

    Your role

    The Clinical Data Analyst II is accountable for clinical data review and analyzation of real time data for low to moderately complex regional or global trials collated from various data sources.

    What we are searching for:   

    • Bachelors in the biological sciences, computer sciences, mathematics, or data sciences and/or related disciplines in the health care domain. Masters preferred.
    • Relevant experience in clinical research or related fields (Site-Operations, Monitoring On-site/Remote, Data Management, Hospital settings), global study experience, preferred
    • Ability to use analytical tools to extracting knowledge and insight from data 
    • In-depth knowledge of clinical monitoring procedures

    About the Job

    From the comfort of your home, and under the direction of our Creative Director, you’ll work with internal clients to first understand their challenges, then craft executions that motivate desired audience interactions at every level of the marketing funnel.
