Specific Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Achieve sales objectives and drive growth in assigned territory
  • Collaborate with district partners to maximize results and achieve sales objectives
  • Develop strategies to drive sales through analyses of market trends and an understanding of assigned territory
  • Develop effective territory call plan to engage healthcare professionals and drive sales results
  • Position products appropriately through product and prescriber knowledge
  • Proactively develop connections with new prescribers and actively build existing relationships
  • Prepare strategies to engage prescribers through well-executed sales presentations
  • Comply with all laws and regulations and act with integrity in the use of assigned Mayne Pharma property

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Must have strong computer skills (including MS Office and Sales Force software)

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent business travel required
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently
  • Frequent talking, hearing, visual acuity (detail/accuracy), and repetitive motion

In this role you will

  • Define and lead projects focused on continuous improvement
  • Design, implement and manage recruiting best practices including outreach programs to Universities and other talent acquisition pipelines
  • Implement and facilitate consistency of recruiting policies and procedures
  • Develop sourcing strategies, plans, and candidate pipelines
  • Successfully draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, to force dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and the HR team
  • Share ideas and collaborate on implementing strategies related to the recruitment of diverse talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company

 What you’ll be doing
  • Responsible for entering, updating and maintaining all of the standards metadata stored in the client's Metadata Repository .
  • Populates the Metadata Repository based on approved impact assessments and/or Case Report Form (CRF) specifications and annotations..
  • Posts Data File Specifications, Statistical Guidance Documents, and other related documents to the Metadata Repository..
  • Provides technical expertise for clinical databases, including but not limited to: Study Start Up, CRF design; Vendor data management; Acquisition & Processing for Lab Data; PK/PD Data; Data extraction and listing for quality review, Data Visualization; EDC support etc..
  • Ensuring the use of consistent, efficient, and quality processes to meet timelines and deliverables.
    Support delivery functional area goals and ensure alignment to global strategic directions.
  • Support strategic initiatives within DMM to enhance operational efficiencies using systems and systems enabled processes..
  • Collaborate with other Database Developer to develop and maintain a support model and ensure operational efficiencies.
  • Interface with customers on solutions, requirements, continuous improvement, deployment change management, user groups and workshops, etc..
  • Understand customers and stakeholders and ensure they are satisfied with support services and systems 
  • Able to resolve conflicts, influence and communicate with key stakeholders and user groups
  • Maintain a culture of high customer service
  • Support rapid response, audit and inspection need

What we are searching for
  • Database build background (Rave, Inform, etc.)
  • Has experience working in a database library and is familiar with DB build concepts
  • Experience with standards & metadata
  • SDTM, CDISC knowledge
  • MDR curation experience preferred but not required (preferably in Nurocor MDR)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Pretty self-explanatory but important nonetheless
  • Self-sufficient/problem solver
  • Critical thinking ability - helpful for requests that are more complex
