The Enterprise Applications Administrator is responsible for providing Salesforce.com CRM support and data operations for the Enterprise Applications organization supporting the Progress Federal Solutions team. This role will provide technical support to end users of our applications and troubleshoot escalated issues to resolution. The Administrator will also support our Netsuite Order Management application supporting the Federal and Commercial business.
The Enterprise Application Administrator should have good logic and problem-solving skills, a natural desire to explore the breadth of Salesforce.com and Netsuite functionality, and must communicate and present complex problems, data, and potential solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:
- Manage Salesforce.com cases for internal users specifically focused on our Progress Federal Services users
- Perform day-to-day Salesforce.com administrative tasks and address production support issues. Tasks include problem analysis, data updates, ad-hoc reporting, and user & account management.
- Execute specific reporting and analysis responsibilities in coordination with the CRM Operations team through the creation of reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com.
- Support data quality efforts through using and managing various data quality and reporting tools in Salesforce.com.
- Provide Quote to Order support in our NetSuite Order Management application.
- Use knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture to apply the best response or solution to business needs.
- Support integrations between Salesforce.com and other installed applications
A STRONG CANDIDATE HAS:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- Experience in Salesforce.com administration.
- Salesforce.com Admin certification desirable but not required; should be familiar with Trailhead
- Experience with NetSuite or an aptitude to learn
- Enthusiastic team player personality
- Utilization of BI/reporting tools
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and be flexible enough to learn new technologies and tools as needed
- Experience in similar role is required

Position Summary

Primary Responsibilities
- Recruiting Management

- Partner with hiring managers to build out roles to ensure the job description encompasses their overall vision and needs
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment (postings, applicant flow, candidate communication, offers, etc.) to provide a seamless and convenient hiring process and to ensure the time-to-fill positions is kept to a minimum
- Coordinate and maintain the employee referral program to encourage and reward employees for referring highly talented individuals to work at TeeTurtle
- Identify potential talent sources and proactively build a network of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events
- Document and improve talent acquisition processes to ensure streamlined HR operations as our organization grows
- Represent talent management as the subject matter expert for talent training and development
- Employee Relations and Onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance cross-departmental communication and cooperation regarding recruitment
- Oversee the onboarding process in collaboration with hiring managers and the People Operations engagement team

Your role
