Description

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to NPS feedback and apply learning to the responsibilities below to create a more efficient engagement strategy
- Analyze inbound requests from small and corporate customers and provide timely communications to these same customers
- Drive engagement across the small law base through automated strategies that help you develop and execute
- Help build the playbook for our tech touch strategy and use sub playbooks in Gainsight to manage each scenario with groups of customers
- Help shape future product trainings and resources by taking on feedback and sharing it with the customer enablement team
- Work extremely closely with Customer Communications manager so that customers know exactly who to reach out to for what and are never without a voice
- Represent small law/corporate customers and drive the awareness of key resources via omnichannel (social media, website, email, marketing, events, etc)

- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of tools (eg - Outlook, Work, Excel, etc)
- Demonstrates excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and organization skills, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Proven ability to drive a successful customer experience through positive customer interactions, provision of quality and timely deliverables, and task ownership

A Day in the Life:

- Ensure that leads and contacts are properly mapped to the right accounts and that opportunities are tagged appropriately to enhance marketing data integrity and accuracy of our measurements.
- Research, pull lists, and enhance data on specific target accounts which are part of our Account Based (ABM) engagements.
- Create reports and dashboards to support marketing programs and monitor program performance and impact on our sales funnel.
- Oversee operational initiatives across marketing channels to drive change and continually enhance process improvements and efficiencies.
- Drive continuous iteration to support increased funnel efficiency, database engagement, program success, and business direction for the Marketing organization
- Drive accountability by maintaining performance management dashboards that track the progress and performance of critical global marketing programs against business goals, including process improvement, assumptions package, KPIs/reporting, etc.

The Opportunity
You are an experienced counsel with expertise in contract negotiation, operationalizing data privacy regulations, and supporting varying business needs. While privacy will be a core aspect of your day to day responsibilities, other legal and compliance work is included with this role. Your Responsibilities

Experience with issues pertaining to domestic and international enterprise software licensing and data privacy is preferred.
- Develop and implement privacy related processes and controls within the organization
- Provide support to Imperva’s commercial legal team in the negotiation of customer contracts
- Anticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure issues are addressed efficiently
- Provide legal support for procurement and various business units regarding negotiation of vendor agreements
- Maintain and revise corporate policies as needed
- Support the corporate compliance trainng program
- Maintain and revise template privacy-related agreements as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Qualified attorney in your jurisdiction
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience at technology companies and/or law firms
- 1-2 years experience with data privacy related issues
- Familiarity with a wide variety of commercial, licensing, hardware, services and other software related agreements, including data privacy terms
- High integrity, well organized and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously
- Clear and concise written and oral communication skills and significant experience in working closely with both internal clients and customers/partners/suppliers
- The ability to perform well under tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible and able to react promptly
- Understanding of contract and negotiation principles in the business and legal context
- A team-oriented style yet are able to work with little or no supervision
- Able to apply sound business judgment
- CIPP certification preferred

The Opportunity
Imperva is looking for a passionate Senior Security Engineer to join our global InfoSec team. As a senior member of Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) team, you will be working with other seasoned security professionals using state-of-the-art security tools and techniques to detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to security threats and attacks against our corporate and production environments. You will be in the first line of defense, expected to have extensive knowledge on different security domains and policies with hands-on experience. This is a remote position that requires on-call rotation to cover 24 x 7 security monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, investigate, and triage security events when occur to maintain and mature our threat modeling
- Manage InfoSec ticket queue to conduct investigation, and document resolution
- Proactive network, endpoint, and email monitoring to hunt for suspicious activity and threat
- Perform threat research and prepare threat reports regularly
- Perform threat hunts and prepare hunt reports
- Develop security log correlation threat detection alerts and dashboards using SIEM
- Configure and manage security tools such as SIEM, email protection, EDR, DLP and vulnerability scanner
- Perform security gap and risk analysis quarterly
- Generate, review, and evaluate vulnerability findings
- Review and investigate DLP events
- Document, investigate and escalate security incidents
- Work closely with IT and other business units to review system configuration and integration
- Work with internal teams to develop and implementsecurity standards and best practices for the whole organization
- Perform 3rd party security assessments for new and renewing vendors
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in InfoSec field OR 7+ years of experience in an IT Operations role with InfoSec exposure
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Splunk Enterprise Security or other SIEM tools
- 3 years of working experience in security alert monitoring and investigation
- 3 years of hands-on threat hunt experience
- Strong understand of MITRE ATT&CK techniques
- Ability to interpret security logs and network traffic to identify attack pattern and recognize typical attack scenarios
- Strong knowledge in email, network, and endpoint security
- Strong contributor with prior global team experience
- Knowledge of data security architecture, data classification, and writing policies
- Strong organization skills, ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Maintain strong knowledge of recent security vulnerabilities, attack vectors, attack methods, and remediation techniques.
- Develop security standards and best practices for the organization.
- Solid verbal, written and interpersonal skills to enable effective cross-department communications
- Previous experience administering security infrastructure is a major plus
- Knowledge of cloud security architectures, strategies, and standards is a plus

- Work with the rest of the Security Data Governance & Compliance team to ensure you achieve teamobjectives
- Designing and building scalable IAM infrastructure, enabling others to take advantage of fine-grained access controls at lowcost
- Advising on key security capabilities concerning key management and encryption, including best practices around auditing, and governance
- Enhancing our incident response capabilities
- Recommending solutions for improving Egnyte’s security operations (network, identity and access, identity management, infrastructure)
- Sharing your experience with junior engineers to foster a culture ofexcellence
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience handling critical productionincidents
- 3+ years of experience with Linux system administration
- 2+ years of experience working in a Cloud environment, preferablyGCP
- Experience with distributed systems, networking, hardware, logistics and operations, or capacity
- Experience with at least one scripting language of yourchoice
- Ability to synthesize information from different sources to create clear and concise technical documents explaining the background and procedures for detecting and mitigatingrisks
- Strong background with CI/CD pipelines and security-related tooling
- Excellent communication skills, and being happy to collaborate with others, providing guidance and mentoring whereneeded
- Experience with containerized workloads
- Ability to write and deploy your own tools and automation (preferably in Python)
- Good command of English that allows you to effectively communicate and perform your tasks (B2/C1+)

- Experience with ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA, FedRAMP standards
- Experience working with Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Lacework, Prisma Cloud, orsimilar
- Practical experience implementing Zero Trust Networking mechanisms across cloudinfrastructure
- Expertise in cloud automation tools such as Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, etc.
