What we are looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to join the highly productive Product Team supporting the SoftOps Squad. The right candidate will work closely with the software developers and test engineers to understand software workflows, use cases, and specifications in creating automated tests across the application. The Senior QA Automation Engineer ensures CareerPlug is within range of our SLOs and focuses on telemetry/observability, and acts on issues before bug reports are submitted. Has a customer-first mentality and is genuinely interested in directly helping to achieve our mission to help people reach their full potential.
Our QA Automation Engineers drive the test-first culture at CareerPlug - they work closely with our engineers throughout the development cycle, balancing writing new tests with infrastructure improvements and innovation projects. This is an opportunity to make significant contributions to a high-growth product and directly influence the growth and future direction of CareerPlug’s software.

Anti-Racism Commitment
“My humanity is bound up in yours, for we can only be human together.”
—Desmond Tutu
We have a fierce commitment to living out our core values at CareerPlug. It’s what shapes our culture and community, and shows up in a resolve to be inclusive, and therefore, anti-racist.
We know that racism can be intentional or unintentional, but its existence is dehumanizing to everyone it touches. Our promise is to purposefully identify, discuss, and challenge issues of systemic racism and unconscious bias and the impacts they have on our company and our people. We’ve always fostered a culture of communicating openly, but we know we can continue to do better. We will challenge ourselves to understand and correct inequities and create a “best place to work” for every employee.
We choose to participate in this conversation and affirm our identity as an anti-racist company. We hope you will join us.
