Overview of the role:

We are looking for an innovative procurement manager to drive and deliver our procurement function in and across our EMEA region. You will play a critical role in the whole process from selecting and onboarding suppliers, managing ongoing contracts and renewals, as well as advising and guiding the business on sourcing and procurement processes.

Main role responsibilities:

• Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective
• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to improve terms
• Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements
• Promoting a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs
• Overseeing and managing RFP’s
• Preparing procurement reports

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience in Corporate procurement
• In-depth knowledge of conducting category reviews, reviewing contracts and negotiation strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
• Management and leadership skills
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

At Superconductive, keeping a closely integrated Product Engineering organization is a core part of our culture. While some team members specialize in writing code and others in synthesizing customer insights, developing specs and requirements, and ensuring we build the right product, everyone must have a deep understanding of the product and a sense of product ownership. As a Product Manager, you will build a close collaborative peer relationship with Product Engineers.

We are looking for someone who will:

• Become a go-to person within the team for understanding our users’ needs and wants by analyzing usage data, interviewing users and studying market landscape and trends

• Build and maintain the roadmap for an area of the product, making a case for features and prioritizing them based on their impact on the KPIs and other factors

• Develop specs and requirements for features, synthesizing information from our open source community, customer success organization and product engineering team

• Effectively partner with UX designers and product engineers to ship features

• Use data and anecdotes to suggest and evaluate possible courses of action to improve metrics or achieve other product goals

As our growing Product Engineering team is doing more development in parallel, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is roughly ~70% “settler” and ~30% “pioneer” on the pioneer/settler/town builder scale.

Customer Implementation Manager

Dynamic's Customer Implementation Manager will lead, drive, and manage the customer implementation process and resources to deliver customer implemention projects. The role of the Customer Implementation Manager is to meet the goal of successfully delivering Dynamic customer implementation projects within project timeframes and budgets. The Customer Implementation Manager ensures that the project sponsor is satisfied with the outcome of the product implementation, and then transitions the customer to Dynamic's Acount Management team. In this “hands-on” position, the Customer Implementation Manager owns and drives the schedule, the deliverables, and the budget for the implmentations. The Customer Implentation Manager ensures that the right solution is delivered at the right time and that the project sponsor’s expectations are understood and managed throughout the project.

The Customer Implementation Manager will also be responsible for developing implementation project plans, and for managing deliverables and milestones within the project timeline, resolving and escalating risks, and managing the change control process.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Track and manage projects, maintain budget and timelines.
  • Facilitate the creation of the project budget by gathering resource requirements from all of the roles on the team.
  • Understand and agree with all resource decisions (hardware, software, and people) and track the actual expenditure against the plan.
• Manage master project schedules:
  • Collect all team schedules, validate them, and integrate them into a master schedule that is tracked and reported to the team and the project sponsor.
• Drive risk management process.
  • Identify and communicate project risks.
  • Track existing risks and manage their solutions or contingency plans.
• Facilitate communication and negotiation within the team.
  • Coordinate tasks between internal team resources and external, customer team resources.
• Effectively engage with customers on an ongoing basis.

• Drives process quality assurance.
  • Ensures that the project team adopts processes that focus on meeting the overall project quality goals, with an emphasis on eliminating sources of inefficiencies.
• Defines the key project processes to be used by the team and provide advice and guidance to the team on their implementation.
• Define project protocols and processes in line with the project design.
• Provide advice and guidance on effective implementation of the project processes; validate compliance with processes; undertake milestone reviews; monitor compliance; recommend process improvements.
• Assist customers with service requests during software implementation.
  • This may include running reports and preparing product deliverables.
  • This role typically ends at the conclusion of the implementation when the account transitions to Account Management.
• Identify potential new product enhancements based on customer requests and feedback.
  • Document and communicate new product enhancement requests to the product team.

Qualifications and Qualities:
The Implmentation Project Manager shall be technically sound, with a broad base of knowledge and experience, and the ability to relate technical issues to the underlying needs of the business. While the project manager may rely on the development and support teams for expertise on the specific technologies being used in the solution, they must be able to grasp the implications of those technical details very rapidly and understand their inter-relationships and their impact on the environment into which the solution will be deployed. The Implementation Project Manager must also be able to discuss those impacts with the customer to resolve rapidly any conflicts between the proposed solution and the existing enterprise architecture.

• Experience in managing a Project or Program Management Office in a corporate, technical environment.
• Must have a minimum of four years of experience in managing business systems implementation projects, preferably in the Healthcare Insurance industry.
• Must have strong project management skills. PMI certification (or equivalent) is required.
• Must possess strong business and technical writing abilities, and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with the healthcare insurance industry is highly desirable.
• Must be an exceptional planner who is highly organized with attention to detail, self-directed, efficient and able to manage complex programs on time
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver on crucial program objectives and understand the impact to various stakeholders

The Product Engineering team seeks an experienced Release Manager to join us. Role and Responsibilities

• Define quality standards for the teams in various testing technologies
• Own the development and execution of formal test plans using manual and automated testing processes to ensure the delivery of quality software applications

Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related field
• >2-3 years of previous release and/or project management experience (solid understanding of project management principles preferred)
• >5 years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development with both on-premise and cloud environments
• Experience with Quality Management Software and associated processes and standards
• Formal training in project management practices preferred
• Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Experience with Jira, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git
• Experience with Amplify, Netlify, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, EC2
