Colorado Christian University was founded in 1914. CCU’s motto is--grace and truth. This motto comes from John 1.14: “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, the glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.” (ESV)
CCU's mission is Christ-centered higher education transforming students to impact the world with grace and truth.
Colorado Christian University cultivates knowledge and love of God in a Christ-centered community of learners and scholars, with an enduring commitment to the integration of exemplary academics, spiritual formation, and engagement with the world. We envision graduates who think critically and creatively, lead with high ethical and professional standards, embody the character and compassion of Jesus Christ, treasure the gospel, and who thereby are prepared to impact the world in their callings.
CCU embraces an educational model that was present at the foundation of many of the great western and American universities. It is made up of three pillars—competence, character and Christ-centered faith. Secular universities have abandoned two of those pillars. We think this is a major oversight that eventually undermines education. Furthermore, we believe this classical educational model is both life-giving and greatly needed in our time.
A leader in higher education, CCU has been consistently ranked in the top 2 percent of colleges and universities nationwide for its core curriculum by the American Council of Trustees and Alumni. CCU has had ten consecutive years of enrollment growth and has been named one of the five fastest-growing master’s granting universities by The Chronicle of Higher Education.
CCU offers more than 200 degree program options for traditional and adult students through its two colleges--the College of Undergraduate Studies and College of Adult and Graduate Studies. More than 9,000 students attend the University on the main campus, in regional centers throughout Colorado, and online.

What do we bring to the table?
- A team of aces willing to do anything for each other
- Competitive wages - $15-$20/hour
- An amazing benefits package
- A supportive work-from-home environment
What does our company do?
Have you ever tried to use a piece of technology in your home and found that it wouldn’t work? Maybe your WiFi’s down, or maybe it’s Friday night and you can’t stream your favorite show because your TV isn’t working. Frustrating, right? What’s even more frustrating is that there’s often nowhere to turn for help; unless for some reason you enjoy sitting on hold with your cable company (no judgment here).
Our vision is to transform the home technology ownership experience for homeowners. We do this by partnering with a nationwide network of home technology installers, helping them supercharge their service & support operations. We call these installers our Partners. Our mission is to unlock our Partners’ full-service potential by delivering world-class service and support to their clients (the people sitting at home with the broken technology), boosting their revenue and profits by providing better support to their clients, and streamlining their overall service delivery.
In other words, we spend all of our time figuring out how to provide the best support possible over the phone and through email to homeowners all across the country (and in Canada) who need help whenever their home technology stops working. And we want our support service to be so good that these homeowners are willing to pay every month to have access to our support.
What would a typical day look like for you in this role?
As a Client Receptionist, you will act as a first-point-of-contact via telephone for homeowners looking for assistance with their smart home systems. You will be responsible for answering, screening, and forwarding all incoming support requests inside and outside of regular business hours.
You will escalate incoming calls to our support team, or notate them for follow-up at a later time, based on the level of support for which clients are eligible. It is critical that you set a friendly and supportive tone for all end-users because we believe deeply in the value of providing a warm and personalized tech support experience.
You will work within our web-based ticketing system, interacting directly with our team of Technology Specialists to ensure that guaranteed response times and other important support procedures are consistently adhered to. You will assist in the upkeep of our ticketing system, ensuring that all support events are accurately documented.
When clients call in who are not already subscribed for a membership support package, you will walk them through their options and sell them the appropriate level of support that fits their needs. This will require active listening skills, and a level of comfort with basic sales skills. As you get more comfortable in your role, you'll be expected to assist in training others.
Most of all, you will learn best-practices for providing a kick-ass support experience in the burgeoning “smart home” market!
Curious if you’ll fit our culture?
- Do you believe there’s always room for improvement? We are constantly in the pursuit of perfection when it comes to our client experience.
- Do you always have a backup plan? Things rarely go according to plan, so it’s important to be prepared. Or have MacGyver’s cell number.
- Are you frequently putting yourself in others’ shoes? We pride ourselves on being empathetic to any partner’s situation, and give them the benefit of the doubt.
- Do you always dot your i’s and cross your t’s? Attention to detail is a must. We don’t bend on this one.
- Can you keep a secret? Good, because our end-users’ privacy is a top priority.
- Are you happy to lend a helping hand? We’re a small, tight-knit group and at times all wear a number of different hats.
- Are you transparent and do you prefer addressing the elephant in the room? We pride ourselves on being upfront and honest, and believe it’s one of the things that sets us apart from the pack.
- Do you pick up the ball that someone else may have dropped? We’re looking for people that own the company goals beyond just doing their job.
- Are you OK with making a mistake? We are too, as long as we learn from them and don’t repeat.
You're still reading? We already listed these above, under 'what you should bring to the table.' So what are you waiting for....apply, already!

Our goal is to empower local government employees with the tools, technology, and support they need so they can deliver exceptional service to their taxpayers and feel proud of the work they do for their communities. We contribute by building software to streamline local government tax assessors’ workflows using AI. Specifically, we streamline the change of ownership process for real estate and create more seamless ways for tax offices to communicate digitally with their taxpayers.
For instance, when properties get bought and sold, local governments have to process reams of paper in order to update their systems and perform the analyses necessary to update the tax roll. Turing Labs Inc. is hiring a Remote Technical Product Manager
Build a better sustainable world!
“Turing Labs is building the Palantir for the CPG industry” - Forbes
Consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies all over the world – including names you already have in your fridge, toiletries bag, make-up case, and pantry – rely on Turing’s AI technology to create new products faster, safer, smarter, and leaner. With our industry-leading platform, we leverage data and combine industry-specific AI technology to create new products 10x faster than the existing physical trial-and-error process.
Turing Labs is a Series A funded company backed by Insight Partners, Y-combinator, Moment Ventures, and several industry leaders.
The Turing team has decades worth of experience and passion for creating the next generation of products. Today, we employ some of the world’s best machine learning algorithms – and the people who create them – to help drive product innovation that impacts billions of people’s lives.
You can learn more about our journey and where we are going on TechCrunch, VentureBeat, The Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, and Forbes.
Join one of the fastest-growing SaaS on the path of becoming the default platform for product development.
Are you an experienced product manager with incredible drive and talent? Do you love building products and helping some of the biggest companies in the world create their next-generation products? Keep reading; we have an extraordinary opportunity for you.
Turing Labs is the AI-powered platform to formulate better and safer consumer product like cosmetics, shampoo, detergents, sauces, and plant-based alternatives. We are changing how some of the biggest companies in the world are developing – and we’ve recently raised a $16.5M Series A round to continue our mission of being the default platform for product development. We want you as our strategic product hires at what is already proving to be a category-defining AI company with a great customer list and backed by some of the best investors in the valley - including Insight Partners, Y Combinator, Moment Ventures, and others.
Simply put, the product you build will be used by the world’s largest companies to develop consumer products consumed by billions of people around the world.
If the following responsibilities sound interesting, let’s talk.
You help us to build something our customers want
Develop personas of customers and help us understand what they need. Then, without falling for the temptation to ‘build a faster horse,’ you will craft a product strategy and road map. You will know, and be eager to share, the ‘why’ behind every product decision and work with the executive team to map our route to success.
You see what others don’t
You’ll be operating in an industry where, often, things are done a certain way ‘because they have always been done that way.’ You’ll be recommending that improves the productivity 20x.
Ruthless prioritization
Customers, our team, and what’s going on in the broader market will be sources of an endless stream of ideas and ‘wouldn’t it be great if…’. It’ll be up to you to rapidly prototype and develop new ideas and features with our customers. You’ll be data-driven to ensure that product updates have the intended impact, and you’ll help us work with our AI/ML and engineering teams to define and deliver the objectives for each product sprint. You will live and breathe the interdependencies across our product, you will un-block blockers and champion opportunities across the organization. Most importantly, you will be helping drive the continuous feedback loop between the team, management, and the customers.
Early prediction of issues
A rapidly evolving product doesn’t come without growing pains, but as the product lead, you are deeply familiar with the inner workings of the platform. You will help build tools, systems, and processes so we can catch issues before our customers do. You are also eager to develop mechanisms to respond quickly, ensuring that the train stays on the tracks.
From strategy to execution
From the broadest strategy to the finest detail, you are eager to create a comprehensive, up-to-date plan for where we are going – and you help steer the ship as we move in that direction. You will capture feature requirements and distill them into a product funnel that the development teams can use to deliver successful products.
Foster a customer-obsessed culture
We are upending a market where the customer is placing trust in us to get things right. We want to build a company culture that is obsessively focused on our customers and creating products that delight them. You’ll be a key part of this culture and eager to serve as a reminder of why we do this in the first place: To help serve our customer base.
What you have to offer
- 4+ years of experience building end-to-end, data-heavy, complex enterprise software. You have a track record of delivering impactful products to market.
- You are at home conducting user research & user testing to collect new customer insights.
- Ideally, you have technical knowledge and experience building enterprise-grade software
- You are execution-oriented and you know how to make the right trade-offs. You are able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Your communication style is clear and concise, and you have an ability to translate deep technical concepts for a variety of non-technical audiences.
- Solid experience in writing specifications for technical and non-technical teams, manage project executions, and define roll-out strategies. Collaborative and low-ego; you work well with all kinds of personalities
This will put you near the top of our list
- You have built software for an industry that creates physical products, for example in the CPG, semi-conductor, or drug discovery space.
- Have experience building complex, technical software with an AI component.
- Have experience building products that run in cloud environments
Who we’re looking for
- You love building systems, processes, and tools to set up your team for success
- You enjoy collaborative work – internally and externally
- You are extraordinary at seeing patterns that others miss.
- You are a fast learner and are eager to gain a deep understanding of the market, customers, and product
- You are a natural mentor, helping others thrive and learn
- You are at home in a rapidly growing and evolving startup
What we offer
● An opportunity to take a crucial, early role in an exciting, rapidly growing startup.
● You’ll work with a smart, no-ego team
● Competitive wage, comp, and equity package
● Medical, dental, and vision package
● A monthly health & wellness stipend
