Job Description

The QA Analyst, Application Delivery is a part of the Enterprise Technology department within Digital and Technology. The role primarily focuses on providing quality assurance against newly built systems within the various portfolios in the department such as Central Applications, HR and CRM. The incumbent will be responsible for building and maintaining test plans and interacting with the business unit as required.

  • Provide testing across multiple platforms (Central applications, HR, Finance, CRM dynamics, ServiceNow, Exhibition and LBE systems). 
  • Build/maintain/execute test plans, cases and automated scripts for applications across multiple portfolios within Enterprise Technology. 
  • Log, communicate and follow up on defects with the Product Owners, Business unit and Project managers in a timely fashion. 
  • Participate in project, team and development meetings as required. 
  • Ensure testing timelines are met and provide QA signoff for deployments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, or equivalent. 
  • Certifications in Quality Assurance or Software Testing
  • 3+ years of QA or Software testing experience. 
  • 3+ years of working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional, agile team. 
  • 3+ years of experience with automated testing tools and utilizing CI/CD pipelines specifically Azure Devops (or similar). 
  • Proficiency with bug tracking, test management tools using Azure devops (or similar).
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to lead root cause analysis discussions. 
  • Experience with testing large scale customer facing applications. 
  • Teamwork – work well with cross-functional teams.
