Your Mission: 

BURST is looking for a Graphic Designer (UX/UI) who will be tasked with advancing marketing goals and improve, refine, and expand our consumers digital experience through clever and captivating promotional content. You will have a natural eye for design and color and have a passion for designing imaginative content that effectively resonates with your designated audience. This role will be critical in the quality and effectiveness of all content shared on the company website, app and wherever else our content ends up! 

You will report to our CMO and Lead Graphic Designer. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Create, manage, and optimize the content needed for web and app. 

  • Consult and collaborate with the product and data teams to design interactive site improvements to drive increased sales and conversation. 

  • Develop task flows, wire-frames and prototypes that propose creative solutions to business and consumer challenges.

  • Consult and collaborate with the internal development team to get both original creative and additional template work done and ensure that all content matches design deliverables. 

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions. 

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of customized graphic experiences for digital users. 

  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are effective, visually appealing and on-brand. 

  • Ensure all content is localized, copy edited, and abides by legal requirements. 

  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule. 

  • Maintain a competitive edge against competitor products and industry trends. 


What You’ll Need:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, technology or a related fine arts field. 

  • 2-5 years of experience in graphic design and knowledge of UX/UI best practices and industry trends (experience with UX related AB testing a plus). 

  • Must have app and/or web experience with a track record of strong design, proven execution, with expertise in HTML/CSS preferred.

  • You have experience at an agency or website.

  • You are familiar with user-experience best practices and have a proven track record in usable interfaces.

  • You can keep pace with agile methods and work within a team environment.

  • You have experience designing for adaptive and responsive frameworks.
  • Demonstrable expertise of Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.), Figma or other tools of the trade.   

  • Strong understanding of technology and standard business software like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Basecamp, etc.  

  • Motivated self-starter that requires minimal oversight and guidance.

What You'll Do:

Role Summary

You will be the Senior Medical Illustrator and Animator for Mytonomy’s Studio. To be successful in this role you must have a degree from a certified medical illustration program, at least 10 years of relative experience working with Adobe software or similar applications, experience with animation, motion graphics, video editing, typography, and audio editing. You will be working with a team and need to be comfortable with all stages of animation production. Being collaborative is a must! An interest in character animation is a plus.

About the UI Design Intern role:

The UI Design Intern will work closely with the Product Team to design new features and improve on current wireframes of the new digital ed-tech platform, MOMENTUM Membership, with the overarching goal of increasing member retention.

Job Description

In this volunteer position you will be asked to create a variety of high-quality 2D Map assets for the The Lays of Althas: Sundered Order (LoA:SO). These would be used as in-game Maps and potentially for promotional and/or web-related purposes. Past User Experience (UX) experience is recommended, but not required.

We would hope you can develop maps of a similar skill and design level as the following Althas Map linked here:

It is also recommended (but not required) that you have experience in developing motion graphics as well as experience using Unreal Engine 4 (UE4), particularly Canvas and/or Slate UI programming.

Communication is key to a smooth and efficient pipeline. You must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with other team-members and not be afraid to ask should any problems arise. We are an English-speaking team, so English fluency is a must.

Other duties include following team policies (given upon acceptance to the team) as well as attending meetings via Slack (our instant message program that we use to communicate).



  • Graphic Design experience (although we are looking for applicants who believe they can match the same skill level as per the Job Description)

  • Communication and Team-collaboration skills


  • Former Game UI and HUD Design experience

  • UX usability experience

  • Motion Graphic Design (2D Animation) experience

Job Description


  • Oversee graphic design department (report to head of marketing)

  • Fast mockups of landing pages, sales pages, checkout pages and ecommerce store designs

  • Work side by side with the copywriting/marketing team to integrate sales copy and marketing vision into page layout/design

  • Prep and provide design assets for development team to code

  • Design supplement labels and occasional printed material

  • Work with printers to coordinate print proofs for approval

  • Maintain and update branding documents

  • Ensure the designs follow brand guidelines

  • Utilize pre-built themes/designs as needed to speed up design work

  • Keep all company graphic assets organized

  • Find, hire and manage outside consultants to aid with specialized aspects of design when needed, including branding or overflow work



  • 5+ years experience as a graphic designer

  • Experience designing landing pages and sales pages

  • Knowledge of landing and sales page conversion factors
