Your Role:

The Professional Services Director is an experienced, enthusiastic, hands-on leader who can promote Tenable industry-leading security products and the value proposition that we bring to customers of all sizes. You will lead a theater-wide Services Organization with the number one goal of ensuring long-term customer success. Additionally, you will collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering Customer Success and Technical Support teams in order to ensure a smooth transition post-deployment to the support/maintenance phase. 

The Americas Theater Lead is responsible for Services Sales, Services Delivery and the continuous improvement of the Americas Services Organization. This role will report to the Senior Vice President of Global Professional Services.

Your Opportunity:

  • Professional services theater leadership and P&L for the Americas theater inclusive of Services Sales book of business, revenue and profitability targets.
  • Serve as a role model in leadership, coaching, best practice realization, and creative problem-solving. 
  • Leadership of the theater-wide Service Sales  and Services Delivery teams to support successful implementations of Tenable solutions.
  • Sale of a services portfolio that supports strategic security services, customer onboarding, and successful customer adoption.
  • Oversee business development activities for Tenable Professional Services.
  • Positioning, scoping, and negotiating of Professional Services SOWs.
  • Coaching and sales enablement of the Professional Services Sales team members.
  • Maintain key customer relationships, serving as the company sponsor for key deployments.
  • Operational business management resulting in accurate capacity management to support the needs of the theater.
  • Work closely with sales, support, training and development teams to deliver customer success and realized value.
  • Accountable for defining the theater-level partner strategy and tactics  to  ensure consistent, successful delivery of subk revenue in the theater
  • Be prompt and provide high-quality service and leadership to align with customer goals and requests.
  • Act as a liaison between Customers and Product Management to drive improvements in product development.
  • Lead interaction and collaboration with other internal teams such as Engineering and Support as needed to address escalated issues.
  • Interact with all levels of management and roles within the customer organization and Tenable.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on existing customer up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Recruit, onboard and train new hires, both individual contributors and people managers.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the team; focus on people management skills for those managing employees.
  • Create an inclusive, supportive environment where all team members can do their best work.
  • Ensure people managers on team are accountable for their teams, embodying the Tenable People Manager goal(s).

Required skills and experience:

  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 12+ years of IT and/or Cyber Security experience
  • 7+ years of management experience in professional services 
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing people managers
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills and experience
  • Ability to have executive-level discussions about how to successfully deploy Tenable solutions.
  • An impeccable track record of delivering customer success
  • Knowledge of enterprise network security technologies
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture as well as on-premise IT landscape
  • Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
  • Excellent communication skills, including issue tracking, triaging and escalationmanagement
  • Experience in Process Improvement, Decision Making, Managing Processes, Planning, Analyzing Information and Developing Standards

About the role: This position is responsible for an employer worksite line of service and will provide execution of detailed project plans including tactical coordination of health center set up, participant flow, coordination of credentialing and licensing activities, and ensuring appropriate and correct clinical procedures are implemented and maintained. Provide subject matter expertise and consultative guidance where appropriate while implementing detailed, robust and repeatable activities to standardize health center operational processes.

Travel: 50-70%, night and weekend travel required

Essential Functions:

  • Provides leadership and communication to ensure knowledge transfer and best-practice sharing to new Health Centers in support of operational goals and objectives.
  • Communicates processes, policies, and corporate vision effectively with new Health Center colleagues.
  • Creates an environment of clear accountability for New Health Center colleagues and takes accountability for his/her own results.
  • Collaboratively performs a formal transition process from the Implementation Team to Operations, related to administrative operations.
  • May participate in strategic planning session in order to effectively utilize resources of the entire team.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) to prepare the project plan according to the scope of work for contract services.
  • Participate in site assessments and gap analysis and provide recommendations for action plans where change or improvement is needed.
  • Facilitate or participate in Internal and External Project meetings in preparation for implementation.
  • Actively participates in the health center set up.
  • Responsible for the completion of all assigned tasks in Project Plan designated as responsibility of the Subject Matter Expert in preparation, implementation and follow up as needed.
  • Monitors the status, assigns actions items and proactively identifies issues/roadblocks.
  • Conducts or participates in conference calls on a regular basis providing virtual collaboration in the implementation planning process and effectively communicates weekly project status and timeline updates.
  • Coordinate, facilitate, train /orient or present segments of the orientation process for new site implementations and additional hire orientation.
  • Work with HR, and Training & Development to create and update training materials for on-going clinical development of Health Center colleagues, as appropriate.
  • Consult with Medical, Legal or Compliance departments regarding regulations, practices act, practice law, certification requirements etc.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree and 3 years experience or Associates and 5 years experience or 7 years of consecutives experience in a related health care setting.
  • 3+ years of the experience in a Health related field.
  • Prior facility set up or process management required.
  • Training experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a virtual environment preferred.
Preferred Experience:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Ability to travel on a regular basis.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Detail oriented and well organized.
  • Excellent presentation skills, confident in all settings with individuals at all levels of the organization both internal and external.
  • Functional use of Microsoft Office Suite and web-based programs, specifically Electronic Medical Record (EMR etc.) preferred.

About the role: As the Implementation Manager you will be responsible for providing implementation subject matter expertise for new health centers and expansion of services for multi-lines of service. Provides development, refinement, and execution of detailed project plans, including tactical coordination of health center set up, participant flow, coordination of credentialing and licensing activities, and ensuring the implementation and maintenance of appropriate and correct clinical procedures. Provides subject matter expertise and consultative guidance for health specialties while implementing detailed, robust and repeatable activities to standardize health center operational processes.

Travel: 75-80%, night and weekend travel required

Essential Functions:

  • Accountable for executing the PH best practices. processes, policies, procedures to efficiently and effectively implement new Health Centers and Expansion of services.
  • Provides leadership and communication to ensure knowledge transfer and best-practice sharing to new Health Centers in support of operational goals and objectives.
  • Leads a formal transition process from the Implementation Team to Operations, related to clinical and administrative operations.
  • Participates, actively in the development of a working health center model to determine the scope of work to be performed, staffing model, and the implementation budget. May participate in strategic planning session in order to effectively utilize resources of the entire team. May participate in finalist presentations as requested.
  • Collaborates with the Project Manager (PM) to prepare the project plan according to the scope of work for contract services. Participates in site assessments and gap analysis and provide recommendations for action plans where change or improvement is needed. Facilitates or participates in Internal and External Project meetings in preparation for implementation.
  • Acts as a SME (subject matter expert) in the preparation, implementation, follow-up and completion of all tasks in Project Plan, as needed, on implementations that may be complicated in nature or have multiple lines of service. Monitors the status, assigns action items and proactively identifies issues and roadblocks.
  • Conducts or participates in conference calls on a regular basis providing virtual leadership in the implementation planning process and effectively communicates weekly project status and timeline updates.
  • Coordinates, facilitates, trains, orients, or presents segments of the orientation process for new site implementations and additional hire orientation. Works with HR, and Training & Development to create and update training materials for on-going clinical development of Health Center colleagues, clinical operations processes and colleague on-boarding. May update the training and orientation materials for new site implementations.
  • Provides consultative guidance and perspective to clients, for issue related to medical specialty, operational process or compliance concerns. Serves as a consultant to the Regional VP (RVP) Operations and assigned Director Site Operations (DSO) on medical, operations process. related to provision of clinical services and delivery of services.
  • Collaborates with Health Center site staff on issues related to patient optimization and clinical services as requested by the RVP or DSO
  • Consults with Medical, Legal or Compliance departments regarding regulations, practices act, practice law, certification requirements.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least five (5) years of experience in project management, program implementations or business operations OR a high school diploma/GED and at least eight (8) years of experience in project management, program implementations or business operations.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a health care field.
  • Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
  • Experience communicating technical heath or medical information both verbally (on phone, one-on-one, to groups) and in writing (emails, letters, reports, presentations) to various technical and non-technical audiences (work group, team, company management, prospective acquisitions, external clients).
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
  • Experience with training preferred.
  • Experience working in a virtual environment preferred.
  • Experience with web-based programs, such as Electronic Medical Record (EMR) preferred.
Preferred Experience:
  • Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font style and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste and save functions, aligning text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a column, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check and/or printing worksheets) preferred.
  • Basic skill level in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: inserting, rearranging, hiding and deleting slides, navigating between slides, increasing list level, adding, centering and editing text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving objects, printing outline view and/or running a slide show) preferred.
  • Basic level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: opening a document, cutting, pasting and aligning text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and column width, sorting, inserting bullets, pictures and dates, using find and replace, undo, spell check, track changes, review pane and/or print functions) preferred.

While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated Colorado and New York City compensation is $72,000 - $80,000. We’re looking for an Executive Director, Program Strategy to join our Neuroscience team that is passionate about improving healthcare through innovative clinical research. As the Executive Director, Program Strategy, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your strategic and therapeutic expertise to advise, consult, plan and direct the design and strategy of new business opportunities and provide consultative services to customers. You’ll also support the Business Development and Operations efforts for key customers, and provide support and input as it relates to the RFP process.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Strategize with Business Development for all proposal development support related to Neuroscience studies; lead and partner with Operations and Business Development for planning of bid defense and capability meetings
  • Review RFP’s, assess monitoring strategies and resources to support budget development
  • Develop and improve the pricing and related strategies that provide the best scenario to meeting project margins on successfully awarded work
  • Ensure compliant and profitable project delivery that meets or exceeds customer and industry standards
  • Develop and foster relationships with existing/potential clients and networks aligned with Neuroscience

What we are searching for:

  • Bachelor's degree (PhD or MS strongly preferred) in a clinical, science or health related field along with 10-12 years in Clinical Trials Experience including 5 years in a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
  • SME in designing and/or managing clinical trials in Neuroscience, which includes strong knowledge of regulatory, scientific, technical, and clinical operations; extensive knowledge of the commercial and regulatory environments in the area of Neuroscience
  • In depth experience in public speaking and presentation delivery; excellent verbal and written communications skills with an ability to distill scientific or medical concepts into compelling and differentiating strategies
  • Able to motivate and manage a number of stakeholders and contributors to meet deadlines and to produce a winning service proposal and high quality work
  • Must be available to perform up to 50-65% of overnight business travel, both domestic and international
