WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
As a sales/business development representative (S/BDR) you are an inside sales representative that focuses on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. You don’t focus on closing business, but connecting with as many leads as possible ( inbound and outbound) and determining if they’re good customer fits.
We will need you to help us move these leads through the sales pipeline. You will work hand in hand with the marketing team and you will be a fueling the pipe and the sales team with great leads.
You will be helping for
- contact every lead and determine who stays and who goes.
- educate, answer questions, and send resources to potential customers.
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales process.

By becoming one of our business developers at Commuty, you will help Companies and Real Estate actors make their transition towards smarter and greener parking, mobility management and office management. You’ll offer them an innovative all-in-one software. Most of the time it’s their first step towards digitization, we really make a difference!
As an experienced B2B SAAS business developer you will have a crucial role in the acceleration of our growth, and you’ll need to make sure we keep the right pace to meet our targets.
You will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and Marketing will be your main lead generation source. Basically, you will drive our sales in Flanders and Brussels regions to start with.
You should also have a good knowledge of the B2B SAAS sales funnel, negotiation, Customer Relationship Management and know a thing or two about entrepreneurship.

Month 1. Understand Commuty, our why, our how, our what.Understand the product and it’s added value. Learn how our team works and what everyone does. Analyse everything we’ve put in place and experienced on a sales level. We’d also love to hear your recommendations for improvement!
Month 2-3. You have built your own pitch, and feel more and more comfortable with our product. You close your first sales.
After 6 months, you fuel our growth, our prospects love you and you love them.
After Year 1. Either you want to hire and train other business developers or you’d rather open a new market or segment. We’ll look at how you want to grow yourself and grow the company.

Growth Hacker - B2B lead generation - Brussels, Louvain-la-Neuve & remote

You have a significant experience in B2B lead generation, that you’d like to use to serve a cause that matters?
You love finding creative solutions to complex issues?

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
As Growth hacker at Commuty, you will be the key generator of new leads for our sales team. We will need you to increase our lead generation volume and quality, in a sustainable and scalable way.
Your role will be to define and implement the best tactics and hacks to get there. You will create, plan, monitor marketing campaigns and decide to scale or kill them, until we reach the right volume and quality. You will work hand in hand with our Content Marketeer.
We need you to be analytical, and be able to put relevant reporting in place to make data- driven decisions, and adapt our strategy when needed.
We need you to be curious, creative and eager to learn, in order to challenge and test new tools, technologies, campaigns, channels permanently.
We’ll also need you to have technical knowledge and skills, to automate campaigns as much as possible, from the start of the campaign up to the input in our CRM. We’ll need you to master inbound and outbound marketing strategy tools, website optimization, SEO and SEA basics as a minimum.
Although you will have the opportunity to be coached by a growth senior expert, you should ideally have previous experience in growth hacking. You have to be hands-on, but also be able to look at our growth from a distance and take strategic decisions.
